I am trying to test something. I already have an IG account set up with a chatbot, and I want to add another IG account. I am assigned as admin to that other account (it doesn’t have any Facebook page linked, it’s just the IG account), and I have access to it thru Meta Business Suite, but for some reason when I try to add it to Manychat, it doesn’t show up.I already tried doing what was explained here and here, without luck.

Remove the Existing Facebook Account: Please disconnect the current Facebook account that is connected to my ManyChat account, as it is no longer in use. Add New Active Facebook Account: Connect my new, active Facebook account to ManyChat. Ensure that all relevant permissions are granted and the page is properly integrated for messaging automation. This will ensure that my ManyChat account is linked to the correct Facebook account for communication and automation purposes.

Hello,I noticed that the response mapping option is disabled when trying to configure my request map. Does anyone know why this feature is unavailable? Is this a limitation in my setup or something related to the tool?Any insights would be greatly appreciated!Thank you! 

I want to know how to delete the WhatsApp number that ManyChat provides when opening the account, as they charge me 0.66 cents for this, but I am no longer using it because I entered my own number. I don't know how to cancel this subscription.

Hello team,  I’m so familiar with manychat since I was a social media manager at a company last year, I created Manychat Account for them and created many automations for them.  now I want to use the knowledge to make money, how can I manage multiple FB/IG pages on Manychat without asking my clients to make me their page admin, is there a secure way to do so? I know each client has has to have a specific ManyChat account weather its Instagram or Facebook, I want to work as a freelance only to make them bots, broadcasts and more of Manychat services.  Is it possible? Thank you for your assistance 

Twilio assigned me a phone number for WhatsApp but for SMS required me to get one from Twilio… could we use the same number both for SMS & for WhatsApp?

I have an automation set up, so when a follower sends me a message with a keyword, it triggers an automation. After that, I start the conversation with the Follower. But sometimes the user sends that keyword in their messages again, and my automation gets triggered again. Since this happens, when I’m not active in the conversation, the 30 minutes pause function does not solve the problem. Is there a way to stop followers from entering one automation multiple times?

Hi all, I’ve just setup my manychat account. I’m still on the free version. I’m trying to use manychat mobile to reply on whatsapp however it says “You can’t send messages from this Manychat account. Please log in to Manychat’s web version and follow the instructions to resolve this.” Does this mean it is not possible? Or is there something i need to do to set this up?

Hello,I need some urgent help.I’ve been using Manychat for months with pretty much no issues.I’m running a keyword comment trigger that DMs the user and then collects email in exchange for me sending them a free guide.I’ve been receiving an influx of comments over the past weeksOut of nowhere about 24 hours ago, my account stopped auto-replying to comments and it stopped sending out DMs to everyone. It basically just completely stopped working.I have went through all of the troubleshooting, refreshing permissions, and anything else I could find.Can someone please help me? This is really hurting my business.Thank you for your support very much. 

I’m facing an issue where messages sent through ManyChat automation workflows for Messenger aren’t appearing in Bitrix24’s open channels. However, messages sent manually or outside of the automation workflows do show up correctly. Has anyone experienced this problem or knows how to resolve it?

WhatsApp broadcast frequently encounters with message not delivered, this started happening about a month ago, why is this? Technical support keep telling me is because the user blocked us, which is not true. Why would multiple clients request for us to contact them and blocked us? Our normal WhatsApp account is able to reach these clients.

Now I am trying to start a flow via Make automation. But now it says Flow does not exists. But I grabbed it from the top URL like it said and still nothing.

Right now I have it set up, where when someone updates their email in ManyChat, it sends that new email address over to the email marketing platform (in this case to Drip via Zap). But what it does is create a brand new contact vs replacing the email address that was previously there.Is there a work around for this?

Hi all, Recently I ran a post on Instagram driving people to comment, and in return we would DM them a link. As it was a free pass, I knew it would do really well - so didn’t include autoreplies to their comments, as I know sometimes Instagram could stop you commenting for 24 hours.It’s done really well, 6k uses in like 48 hours - but now a lot of people are not going the link. They are being told we’ve sent them a message but are not able to view it. Is this a Manychat issue in that it’s struggling with the volume - or is Instagram starting to block them being sent because it views it as spam? Would love to know of any work arounds! As it’s annoying because I’m having to manually send lots of people the link when they complain that it is not working!Thanks,Harry

Hello, friends!Only the first day I registered in Manychat. And I mistakenly changed my email after registration. I did not understand correctly. I thought it would be visible to all users, so I wanted to change it. Now I immediately have problems. Can't log into Manychat. What should I do? How to fix it?Please help.

Is there a way to automatically mark contacts as closed after a certain period of time?  I don’t want inactive contacts going towards my monthly bill, but don’t want to have to manually close out all of the DM conversations that I’m receiving.

Instagram Comments, Automatically reply to users who comment on your Instagram posts.Its say Disabled (Pro Featured) but on Pricing page it says its available with FREE plan     

I’m in Facebook Ads Manager and in the Partner App section I’ve selected ManyChat. However, when I select ManyChat as the partner app none of my message flows (which are live in manychat) are showing up. The error I’m getting is that is says “Message flow doesn’t exist”. But they do exist. Are are live. I also have the Admin role in ManyChat - which I know is also an issue sometimes. Is there anything else I can check in terms of permissions? What else could cause FB Ads Manager to recognize that the Partner App ManyChat is there but not be able to access any of the existing flows?

I Have several Manychat flows that I updated the website links and made sure everything was turned on. Now the flows are not sensing when the keyword is typed and I son’t know what to do and I cannot find a customer service email or anything to get help.

Hi, I am trying to collect names from IG Automation. So I try to ask leads about their name, then save their name to custom field, then later on I put down the custom field (the variable), the saved information (which is the name of the lead) will be shown. However, it only shows the code of the custom field. I tried to change the name of the custom field to see whether it will work or not, but it can’t. Do you know why? Did I put down anything which causes this issue? Thank you.
