Hello, Manychat Family! We’re aware of an issue where webhooks are not being delivered for some Instagram accounts. This may cause automations to fail to trigger or stop when a button is clicked. Hello! I setup the Instagram new follower automation so a message gets sent when I receive a new follower… it says it is live, but I’ve received around 10 new followers since setting it up about 7 hours ago, and it is still showing I have 0 runs of the automation. Any idea on how to resolve this issue?

I’m unable to reconnect my Instagram Business Account (@bencorde) to ManyChat because the Meta authorization page only shows the Instagram login, not the Facebook login required for the new API.Every time I click “Update your Instagram permissions to say hi to new followers,” it sends me to Meta’s “Authorization Request” screen → I log in with Instagram → and get this message:“You can’t log in with this Instagram account. Currently, the instagram inbox automation only works when a user writes a message (trigger only for new messages). But because we have a feature that requires users to first share a post (post/reel), and that post then gets analyzed by our bot and he gets a reply, but because ManyChat currently only can input text from users, not this, we will likely cancel our subscription because that's not possible. Is there a workaround for this? And if not, then I would like to make this into an idea. 

Like if you have this same issue ‘cause this is extremely frustrating and I’ve seen too many posts regarding this.Other automations are working. I’ve tried refreshing permissions and tried contacting support. They have not been helpful at all. I followed support’s recommendation to the T and it still it isn’t working. I have Messenger, Insta and WA connected. I have a CTWA ad active, Click from facebook Ad and Click from Insta Ad turned on. But in Meta Business manager I when I click on Create New to conenct to ManyChat as a partner - nothing happens. crickets. Anyone have a similar experience?

Hi, so I’ve set up an automation where I want every comment on my reel to get a DM. With the important condition; that if someone comments 10 times, they only get the DM once. Everything seems to be set up correctly, but it does not work. I have keywords configured for comments that ask about value, for example.And I've configured several different texts so that ManyChat responds with a different text for each comment.I noticed that it's sending a default text for all comments, and this text isn't even configured in the automation.This is the text: "I sent you a message!"Anyone else having this problem?

Hello, when I send a message or automation to my customers through live chat, it doesn’t get delivered. Also, my account still appears as pending. How long does it usually take for the status to change to connected or something similar?   

I have tried everything I’ve been able to think of to solve this issue, but when I try to set up an automation I get this error message: Couldn't create automation. Try again later.I reached out to support yesterday and still no response. This morning, I tried again, and for whatever reason, it worked. But now, this evening, it’s back to giving me the same error message. Anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it? I have switched to a paid account, but the automation “say hi to new followers” still does not work despite having refreshed my authorizations with instagram account, disabled/enabled the automation.it is marked as live but don’t understand why on all new followers it does not work. it had worked for several weeks under free account, I have checked on many other issues on this forum to ensure I did not miss anything. may you please help me?  

Im working on the “say hi to new followers” automation for one of my client to get a lot of chat started.this is the logic i would like to have.new follower → wait 27 minutes to seems real human → opening message → if they respond they will get a vocal message and it is working. if contact hasn’t engaged they should get a fup message but it doesnt work.Can you help me?  

When I had my free trial it worked fine, but now that I am a Pro user it isn’t working anymore. Please advise on how to fix this. I tried the delay and then removing the delay and still no luck.
