seems manychat can link existing whatsapp business number to manychat using the coexistence option, so does this mean that the chat history can be accessed either by the manychat dashboard or through the whatsapp application?

I want to build a manychat that get published to whatsapp and then show this inside our website as clickable link, now since the pricing depend on number of messages we can send, so how we can prevent a case where a fraud/hacker generates many unneeded messages to consume the pricing quote? Thanks

I want to publish the ManyChat inside Whatsapp, where i will have 3 options for the users to interact:- either directly message the number on whatsapp application scan QR code click on an image inside our web sitenow we have those options for the trigger:- so not sure which one i need to use and why to achieve the 3 options? I am reading through the pricing at https://manychat.com/pricing . but let say we chose the Business plan which come with 7500 active contracts. so i have these questions:- what does active contract exactly means? whole chat? or per message, so a chat can consume let say 10 active contracts? can we specify to stop replying if we exceed the limit? or to say if we go beyond 7500 active contract, to only answer questions up to extra 50 USD??thanks

Is there a way to detect the language from the user first message, any provide further questions in the desired language? or i will need to explicitly ask the user about his/her language regardless of their first message language?For example, if the user say “Hi” , i can reply in engligh, if they say “Salut” i will reply in french without explicitly asking them about their language. is such a language detection possible? Thanks

Is it possible to use Manychat to auto-dm from keyword comments on a reel? We do this for Instagram and wanted to start using it for TikTok, but it doesn’t seem to be an option when trying to set up the automation trigger. If anyone could help, that would be great!

When someone comments on a post, no DM is sent at all.Here's what I've already tried:- Reconnected Instagram from scratch (deleted and reconnected)- Updated Instagram permissions multiple times- Recreated the automation from zeroStill nothing works. Has anyone experienced this? Could it be a Meta webhook issue on specific accounts?Any help appreciated!

Hey,I have deleted all my contacts and im trying to re import them. Systems show 0 subscribers but after importing it says 406 contacts ignored as if they still exists. There was no change in the contacts’ details, i just removed some of them.
