Hello. I was trying to start an automation to welcome new followers and it keeps giving me an update instagram permissions message. I refreshed permissions but it didn’t help. Anyone know why? Thanks!! 

Hello… Total newbie to ManyChat. I am using the free trial for now with plans to upgrade to Pro once I understand how to do certain tasks. Here is what I need help with and have no idea how to set this up. On particular IG posts, in the description, I will be asking users to Comment “Wine” in order to receive a Free PDF guide. In addition, I will be telling them to follow me on Instagram first, so I can DM them.  IG won't deliver the DM if they are not  following. Once the users follow my page, ManyChat will automatically respond to these comments with a line that says something like, “Sending over my Free Guide now. Please check your DM”ManyChat will then send a DM to each of these users….Thanks for requesting the free PDF guide! (the PDF guide will be attached) I would then take over, and personally DM the next day with an upsell to receive the full PDF guide. What is the proper way to set this up? Thanks, Steve 

In ManyChat, tags are often used to track user behavior and prevent users from re-entering the same automation flow multiple times (for example, avoiding sending the same onboarding sequence to someone who has already completed it).What are the advantages and disadvantages of using tags as a control mechanism to prevent automation from triggering again for users who have already interacted with a flow?  Are there better alternatives or complementary strategies (such as custom fields, conditions, or event tracking) that can provide more reliable or scalable control?

I’ve set up a meta ad. Hi, my question is this: I started a new automation from scratch. I'm trying to set it up so that Claude is having conversations with people who follow me up until they schedule the call, and I'm having an issue. I created a Claude trigger, and nothing worked. Can somebody help me with this automation?  I know I'm missing a step, but I have not been able to figure out how to do this properly.

Hi fellows, I have found that the Next Step after AI Step never gets fired. I have read the documentation about it but it doesnt explain about the next step after AI Step. In my case, People are engaging and chatting with AI perfectly fine but at the end of each message from AI, the person should get a link or button to continue to next step or start another automation. I have tried asking the AI Step in GOAL and in CONTEXT to continue to next step but it does not. I have even tried asking the AI Step to do this by adding a separate task and it did not work. Check attached screenshots. Is there any workaround to this? Note that I have also tried asking AI Step to send a button to the reader; on clicking this button, the reader should get redirected to my Automation but the AI Step generated a button that redirected to a phone number 000000000 and tried to start a new chat. Which also does not help.

I’ve set up the automation, filling in all the suggested inputs. When I test it, it only sends the first one and doesn’t give the user the button to click, or anything past that. So I don’t actually get to send the link. I’ve tried several times and it’s always the same issue. And I can’t find the link to contact support. Can anyone help?

I am not able to login my main account which is connected with my instagram and now i cannot create new account because it says that my instagram connected with some other account for which I have to login from that and disconnect which I cannot. This morning I was able to edit a ManyChat automation, and an hour later I received an email saying that my subscription had expired because apparently the last payment couldn't be processed. But that's not true—all payments are in order, my account is fully funded, and I still have 5 days left on my subscription.At the same time, I can no longer log in to ManyChat; I get the following error:{“0”:“Access denied”,“state”:true}What happened? 🚨 URGENT - Need ManyChat Staff Help ASAP 🚨I've been trying to connect a client's Instagram account to a new ManyChat workspace since Friday and I'm completely stuck. I'm a paid subscriber and have an open support ticket (#476467) but need this resolved TODAY.The situation:My client's Instagram account is stuck connected to an old/inaccessible ManyChat workspace. Brand new (mostly) to ManyChat. Tried to connect client’s Facebook via Messenger. Clicked the WRONG profile, and imported the wrong business. Now my free contact limit has been maxed and there’s no way to fix that?That feels like something ManyChat should be able to help with. Very frustrating.

Where is the automation “When someone new follows you” I don’t see it 

I can only log in via Facebook, and suddenly I’m getting an “Access Denied (profile)” error when trying to sign in, so I’m completely locked out.I already checked with Meta and my account/permissions are fine, so it doesn’t seem to be coming from Facebook.This happened out of nowhere — I’ve been using Manychat for over 2 years, paying monthly, and never had this issue before. No warning, no explanation, nothing.I’m honestly worried because I have no access to my account and don’t even know what happened, and I’m still being billed.Has anyone experienced this or knows what could be causing it?Thanks 🙏
