Currently for the CAPI to work properly, we need to ad CTWA trigger for every single ad we use on our campaigns. This is simply not sustaible at scale, what happen when we use dozens of ads per campaign, adding more variations and angles every day or week.I’ve seen in other competitors that this is not the case, CAPI works just fine with leads coming from ads. Having no need to add a CTWA trigger to get workflow working as expected.Please, we need ASAP. It’s vital in the new age of Meta Ads.

Acho que devo ter feito algo errado, pois agora, sempre que clico na minha conta para adicioná-la ao Manychat, aparece a seguinte mensagem: "Sua solicitação foi enviada. Peça ao proprietário da conta do Manychat com esta página para aprovar sua solicitação".O problema é que não aparece nenhum campo para aprovação no ManyChat. Já criei, excluí e criei uma conta no ManyChat novamente, mas o problema persiste. Não tenho problemas com a página do Facebook, apenas com o Instagram.Por favor, ajude

Hola amigos.No puedo ver los mensajes automaticos desde whatsaa que envia el sistema de many chat. Desde mi dispositivo me aparece como ËSPERANDO MENSAJE, ESTO PUEDE TOMAR TIEMPO. Esto me sucede desde mi dispositivo con los mensajes automaticos que envia many chat, sin embargo si yo intervengo  en forma manual, esos mensajes quedan con normalidad.Por otro lado, al cliente le llegan e interactua con normalidad con los mensajes, hasta incluso lo he probado con otro dispositivo para comprobarlo, el cliente puede leer los mensajes normal.Si alguno tiene idea de la  solucion se lo agradeceria porfavor.

Hi everyone,I’m on the 14‑day Trial in my current workspace, but I’ve already entered my payment details and need full Pro features (especially the Broadcasting tab) immediately. Right now the sidebar still shows “TRIAL”, and Broadcasting isn’t available. The Billing page displays my card on file with a charge scheduled for the day the trial ends.Is there a way to skip/terminate the trial period and switch to the paid Pro subscription now, or must I wait until the trial expires automatically? If the only option is to contact Support, what’s the quickest path (info to provide, form link, etc.) to get them to flip the workspace from Trial to Pro?Thanks in advance for any tips!

I’m experiencing an issue with ManyChat’s automated follow-up flow.After editing the message content, the flow no longer sends messages according to the scheduled time and displays a “Time Setting Error.”No time-related settings were modified during this update. The automation was functioning correctly prior to the content changes.Since updating the content, the system consistently triggers a time setting error.Could you please advise which configuration or component might be causing this issue?

Hi everyone,I’m setting up an Instagram comment-to-DM automation in ManyChat and want it to trigger only when someone comments exactly “Thanks”.From what I can see, the IG comment trigger only supports keyword inclusion, not an exact match — meaning it also triggers when there’s additional text before or after “Thanks”.Is there any workaround (filters, regex, conditions, tags, etc.), or is exact-match triggering simply not supported for Instagram comments at the moment?Appreciate any confirmation or best-practice insights!

Since about 1 hour messages via API no longer send with existing parameters. Nothing was changed and suddenly it’s breaking.We are not using message tags and the type is Instagram, not Facebook. Something must be broken here on ManyChat’s side.Please let us know how to fix this asap. Thank you!

Hi everyone! I’m using ManyChat to reply to comments and send information about the promo I’m currently promoting. However, I’d like to know how I can create another automation only if the user doesn’t reply to my message. I’ve read all about the 24-hour window, but I can’t find the condition for “not answered” in ManyChat. If anyone can help, I’d really appreciate it!

Have set up a very basic DM automation for testing purposes and it simply does not seem to be working for me.Is there anything I could try troubleshooting? I’m not sure what might be causing it not to work tbh.  

Every day or so I get a message that our TikTok account is disconnected and needs to be refreshed. Is this a normal issue? It is stopping us from making our chat flow work. None of our other accounts(FB or IG) are having this issue. (Yes we have a business account and it appears to work fine when it is refreshed and connected.) 

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with sending WhatsApp messages via the ManyChat API and I’d appreciate some guidance.Here’s the situation: Incoming WhatsApp messages are received correctly in ManyChat. The message is successfully sent to n8n via an External Request. n8n processes the message correctly and returns a response. The HTTP request to set custom fields in ManyChat works fine (I’ve confirmed the fields are being updated). However, the reply message is not sent back to the user, even when using a fixed text message in the flow (no variables). I’ve tested: sendFlow with a very simple WhatsApp flow A fixed message (no dynamic content) Correct subscriber_id and flow_ns Correct API headers and API key

Hi Team,Our WhatsApp AI integration has been running for months without issue. As of today, ALL!! calls to the /sendContent API are failing for users within the 24-hour window.This is a business-critical issue for us. We have not changed our code or payload structure.The error we receive is: ”Message tags are no longer supported for Facebook Messenger.”.Please confirm if this is a known issue or an unannounced update to the API requirements for WhatsApp.Regards,Alexander

Não estou conseguindo fazer os disparos em Massa de Whatsapp. Estou usando os mesmo templates que sempre uso até o último dia 06/02/2026, porém, hoje (09/02/2026) o ManyChat informa um erro ao tentar fazer o disparo, segue o print abaixo:  Alguém saberia explicar o motivo e o que eu preciso modificar para conseguir disparar? Pessoal, identificamos um problema ao enviar áudios pelo canal WhatsApp.Quando o áudio é gravado dentro do app ManyChat no Android (usando o microfone na conversa) e enviado ao cliente, o destinatário usando WhatsApp no iPhone recebe a mensagem, porém ao tentar reproduzir aparece o erro: “Este áudio não está mais disponível”.Testes: Gravado no ManyChat iPhone → funciona Gravado no ManyChat Web / PC → funciona Gravado direto no WhatsApp → funciona Gravado no ManyChat Android → falha apenas no WhatsApp iPhone Parece ser um problema no app ManyChat Android ao gerar/enviar a mídia de áudio para o WhatsApp (formato, codec ou upload da mídia).Alguém mais já enfrentou isso ou o time ManyChat pode verificar?

Bonjour,Lorsque je souhaite relier mon compte messenger à manychat, il me crée automatiquement un autre compte, et pas un canal supplémentaire.Dans l’urgence j’ai fonctionné comme cela, mais là je suis limité et je voudrait pouvoir rattaché mon compte messenger comme un canal supplémentaire sur le compte pour lequel j’ai payé mon abonnement et donc ne suis pas limité en terme d’automatisation notamment. Merci pour votre aide

I have more than 200 automations active and they all seem to be working normally. However, the last one I created yesterday worked until it reached 1,268 contacts and then stopped working.It’s an Instagram comment automation where the user comments a keyword and receives a DM.I don’t believe it’s a permissions issue, since the others are functioning properly. Has anyone experienced this or found a solution?

Hi  Is there any built-in trigger or contact/conversation event that fires when a WhatsApp conversation is marked as “Closed” in the Inbox? My goal is:- When an agent clicks “Mark as Closed”- Automatically reset custom user fields (language, menu_choice, session fields)- So the next message always starts from language selection Currently, I don’t see any trigger like “Conversation status changed to closed”.Is the only workaround using Tags, or is there a native solution I’m missing?  Thanks! 

I have refreshed my permissions several times. No DMs and more importantly replies to the comments on my post are being made. I have followed the guides. I have tried to reach out to support n the chat and never get passed to a human. I pay for pro and feel the support is terrible. Any one have any similar issues and was able to solve it.
