Hi,We have WhatsApp Automations and had always used smart delays in them. Now we are not able to update the Automations because we get this error message: Set Delay duration of less than 24 hours for delivering the next messages. Do you have similar experiences? And how can it be fixed?

When I send people messages on Insta an old ManyChat automation keeps sending to their feed. Thanks for your help

On Meta Business The status is “connected” but on manychat is “pending” for the Whatsapp.What could be?

I'm testing automations for automatic responses on Instagram. It happens to me that the first test with the same user (the one who asks) to do the test works correctly, but if I want to test the automation with the same test user the automation does not work, if it does if I ask with another new user, but the second question doesn't work.Does the automation work only once per user or do I need to configure something else?Note: at the moment I am using the free version, and then if the product works for me, I will move on to the paid version.thank you

I'm trying to connect this new automation on Instagram, but it's not working.A window pops up saying “Update your Instagram permissions to say hi to new followers.” When I click on the “Update Permissions” button, the business.facebook.com login page opens. I can't log in through Instagram; it kicks me out and says “You cannot log in to Instagram using this account.” Logging in via Facebook simply redirects me to the page I was on before.Please advise how I can grant permission and connect this automation.PS: This is a Meta company page, and I am the manager. All other Manychat features work without any problems. 

Manychat was connected and working with my Instagram creator account.  I switched it briefly to a business account, but switched it back. Refreshed manychat’s permissions, but now can’t get manychat to recognize the account and connect to it. I need to automate something asap. Can anyone help troubleshoot. I just made a new post on my main feed to test it but manychat still isn’t seeing it. When I look at the permissions on Manychat it still says the IG is a “ Business Portfolio” which it’s no longer . How to change that? Or maybe that’s not the issue on why manychat isn’t connecting and picking up new posts? I’m stumped. Thank you.

I have been working in marketing for several years and would like to start my own business helping small businesses automate their tools, including Instagram. Is it possible to have a kind of professional account so that I can access several client accounts that they themselves could also access, but without having to share login details?The aim would be to support them in using Manychat, creating sequences and automations for them, but allowing them to retain control over these in the future. Is this feasible? In the last reels Instagram identified me as a robot and gave me a week's penalty without being able to respond to the messages I receive / write messages in my chatHow do I avoid this? Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue while trying to connect my WhatsApp Business Account to ManyChat.Each time I try to complete the setup, I get this error message:“You can't complete the setup process because your business doesn't meet WhatsApp's policy requirements…” (screenshot attached).My WhatsApp Business Account is already linked to my verified Meta Business Manager, so I’m not sure why this error keeps appearing.Has anyone faced this issue before?Do you know what steps I can take to fix it or what could be causing the policy rejection?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I am signing up my clients for manychat and of course wanting to get referral commission. If I create an account for them and connect their pages and help them with sign -up process this counts as a referral assuming I use my affiliate link? Also, I would use my socials to connect their page and ad account as I am doing a DFY managed service, would this affect how it shows up as a referral or do they need to connect from their social profile initialy. Thanks!Austin

Hello!This sounds silly, but I can’t get connected to ManyChat.For almost a year now, I keep trying to play with the connection, and it says I have an account and it’s connected to my IG, however it says ‘Virtual Assistant already connected to Virtual Assistant.Switch Instagram to continue with another account or request access from the owner of Virtual Assistant.’….except I am the owner.I have spent a significant amount of time searching for somewhere i have to approve this, and including in Meta, and cannot find anything.I really want to be using ManyChat, but I truly can’t figure out how to work around this issue.Please help.

Hi! Im trying to create the new automation to autodm new followers and it asks me to update my permissions. The it takes me to this page but it allways throw an error.  The error says > You can't log in with this Instagram account. Try using a Facebook account that you know is connected to this Instagram account.

I'm relatively new to ManyChat, but I have a specific question:I'm having trouble sending sales information from my WhatsApp channel to META. I create a new flow and add a META ACTION/EVENT at the end, but ManyChat won't let me select the pixel to which I want to send this information.Also, the "META ACTION/EVENT" field in the flow only allows me to enter the sale price. This doesn't make sense because I have over 200 products, and the price changes constantly; it's not fixed. How can I send the exact price to META through the pixel?How can I solve these two problems? Could someone help me?

Hi everyone, I’m facing a serious issue with my Instagram account and I’d love some help or insights from the community. Whenever someone tries to follow me, a pop-up appears saying “Beware of potential scams” and shows my account creation date with a confirmation button. My account is old, active, and I post regularly. My Instagram Business account is connected to ManyChat and I can see new contacts appear in my Audience list when they send me a DM — but no automation replies are sent at all.Here’s everything I’ve tried so far: Tested on a new ManyChat account with a simple “send hi” flow — same result. Confirmed Instagram account is Business (not Creator/Personal). Tried with multiple external IG accounts to trigger the flow. Flow is published, trigger is a keyword, and the first step is a simple message. Checked in Live Chat — incoming DMs appear, but automation doesn’t start. Hey! I am setting up a new follower DM automation and I am asking a each new follower a question. They then click on a button to answer the question and then are supposed to be sent a reel. But I can only figure out how to send the reel where it opens a browser inside the Instagram app. It doesn’t just take them straight to the reel. See screenshots for context. Is there a better way to do this?  I am just adding the URL of the reel to the bottom action. But this opens it in Instagram as if you’re opening an external link. Any tips?  

I am experiencing an issue with the integration between ManyChat and Instagram. Whenever my customers respond to automatic messages sent through ManyChat, their responses go to the "General" inbox on Instagram instead of the "Primary" inbox. This is causing me to miss important interactions since I don't see these messages right away.I have tried adjusting settings in both ManyChat and Instagram, but I haven't been able to find a solution. I would appreciate any help on how to make sure that the automated messages from ManyChat are directed to the "Primary" inbox instead of "General." Please help me 😭
