Hace dos días llevo intentando iniciar sesión a Manychay mediante Facebook que es como normalmente lo hago, pero estoy presentando fallas y no encuentro ninguna forma de acceder 

Olá! Tudo bem?Recentemente realizei o pagamento do plano Pro (2.500 contatos) e já aparece para mim o selo de conta PRO. No entanto, ainda continuo recebendo avisos de que atingi o limite da conta gratuita, e minhas automações permanecem pausadas.Acredito que possa ter ocorrido alguma inconsistência na atualização do status da conta.Poderiam, por gentileza, verificar e normalizar a ativação completa do meu plano?Desde já, agradeço pela atenção e fico no aguardo do suporte.

O Meta aplicou limitações a essa funcionalidade."Eu um “hackzinho” que aprendi na configuração de outras contas, mas agora preciso redefinir as contas que deram erro para tentar configurar novamente usando esse novo método que vi em um vídeo.

If I sign with a customer and make him a chatbot, I must add a new account (the customer’s) in "accounts" ? Is there an additional subscription or only the one of my account that includes the others? Salut, je rencontre un souci depuis quelques temps.J’ai une automatisation attachée au canal WhatsApp mais depuis que je l’ai mise en ligne, peu importe le nombre d’essai que j’essaie de faire, celle-ci ne fonctionne pas. Mais dans le chat en direct de Manychat, l’automatisation a bien été lancée mais celle-ci n’apparait pas sur WhatsApp 

Manychat was just updated to where I can’t send out more than 1 link! All of my links sent cannot be clicked? I have sent out over 200+ messages and people are very frustrated because they can’t open them! How do I get the old manychat back? I am going to have to delete my account if I can’t get this fixed!! Please help!!! 

-----KINDLY HELP ITS FRUSTRATING ------ I’m building a chatbot for a cleaning business, and I’m facing an issue with Instagram testing.Here’s what’s happening:I created a complete flow for the business with a main menu and service buttons. When I preview it in ManyChat, everything looks fine. But when I test it on Instagram, the buttons get mixed up. For example, if a user clicks a button for one service, Instagram shows the buttons for other services as well.To fix this, I tried creating separate flows for each service:1 main menu flow 3 service flows (sofa cleaning, marble polish, deep clean) I connected these flows using Start Automation from the buttons in the main menu.Despite this setup, the Instagram test is still showing mixed buttons.Has anyone faced a similar issue? Could this be an Instagram routing problem, or am I missing something in ManyCh

Has anyone experienced this? For some people, when they click the follow button, it doesn’t register, they click it over and over again and it doesn’t move to the next step. It’s not everyone, but it’s troubling!  

is there any way to resend logged messages  due to insufficient funds in your Wallet.I just see in the log that there are like 70 messages that were not sent.. is there a way of knowing to whom they belong…?

I’m facing a small issue while using the Data Collection node in ManyChat and would really appreciate some guidance.I’ve selected the System Field: Phone to collect user phone numbers. However, I noticed that it is accepting numbers with as few as 7 digits, whereas I specifically want to restrict inputs to exactly 10 digits (valid Indian phone numbers).I had a couple of questions regarding this: Is there a way to enforce a fixed length (10 digits) for phone numbers in the Data Collection node? What exactly does the “Field Number” option represent in this context? Does it allow any control over validation or input constraints? Hello, community, i can’t get this issue solve no matter how, i design a simple flow like the screenshot below: When i test this, i found that, after the AI step send the link, when i reply ‘thank you’, the AI reply ‘welcome with the link again’, how can i get this solve? i tried to prompt the AI don’t include the link in the message when saying welcome, but it doesn’t work.

I need help. My Manychat is a Spaz and has been non stop sending people the "follow" before my link. It keeps repeating the message for my potential customers. How can I stop this?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to get the Instagram “Follow to DM” (Say hi to new followers) beta to work, but it still won’t trigger even after a full reset.What I did:Removed the Instagram connection in Manychat, then reconnected using “Connect via Meta” (the new Unified Instagram onboarding flow). Set up the Quick Automation “Say hi to new followers” and clicked “Go Live”.What’s happening:When someone follows, no DM is sent.My question:Is there a way to confirm whether my account is eligible for the beta, or is it only visible when the automation is available?

Hello,How do I get is to stop sending my auto DM after I have connected with someone? When they message it comes up my Auto DM again (when it shouldn’t)

Anyone who knows this issue? Our manychat was previously managed by a person who is no longer with us, and  our manychat is still connected to her FB admin account, we’re trying to refresh permission, even though I’m also an admin but it won’t go through.What’s the best course of action?Thanks!
