Please HelpI'm having trouble connecting Manychat to my Instagram account. I think I must have done something wrong, now whenever I click on my account to add to Manychat, the following response appears: "Your request has been sent. please ask owner of Manychat account with this page to approve your request”.The thing is, no field for approval appears within Manychat. I have already created, deleted, and created a Manychat account again, but it persists. No problem with Facebook Page, just with Instagram.Please help

Hi there,I am trying to decide whether Manychat will be helpful to my business or not, and I'm confused by something in the automation sequencing.The main feature I am interested in is sending people direct messages when they comment on a post. When setting up the automations, there are three options for this:  Specific Post or Reel, All Posts or Reels, and Next Post or Reel.We pre-schedule all of our social media content...so if I am trying to create this automation for all of them, I assume I would pick All Posts or Reels.My question is:  How does Manychat work when multiple posts are using the same automation?Let's say my automation for all Posts and Reels is set to send people a message when they say "Myco" (our brand name), and there are 10 posts that have went out recently that this automation applies to.If I want to send them specific resources depending on the post they comment "Myco" on, how would that work? For example, on one post they comment on I want to send them a link t

Could you please inform usabout what the issue might be related to?Your message could not be delivered. Automated comment replies aren’t working. I have refreshed permissions and even disabled the connection and reconnected it again. It has been working for a few weeks with no issues. It looks to have stopped commenting 5 hours ago.I have it set up for when someone comments a “keyword” I send them a DM and also reply to their comment saying that I sent them a message, but the reply comment isn’t sending anymore.I have a Pro account. If there’s anything you could do to help, I’d appreciate it.

Does anyone know how to set up an automation on Instagram for a draft/scheduled post, rather than one that’s already live, so it goes live as soon as the post does?

Is there anyone of you who were able to add a user to an IG automation manually. We were having some issues with IG automated DMs this past week and we missed a lot of people. We wanted to DM them with the actual message that they are supposed to receive but we cannot. So, I was wondering if there’s a way we can just manually add them to the workflow. 

I’ve gotten myself into a bit of a mess! I created an account but I linked the wrong Google sign in.After a search I learned the only way to change this is to have support do it. I wrote a ticket but after 48 hours I hadn’t heard back, so I disconnected IG and deleted the account.I created the new one, and made the same mistake! I feel so silly. But now the new account won’t let me connect to IG, view settings or delete my account to try again. It says Request Sent to connect the IG but the original account is deleted so I don’t know where the request is sent.I think I need everything deleted and to try to start fresh, although it won’t let me. I’m trying to get this set up for my company, but so far I’ve just made a mess of everything! And I still haven’t heard back from support. 

I want to send a message to many contacts once a time.They were all received my direct message before.Can I do this?

Hello there!I have created an automation for my FB business page and IG one, and it’s been going pretty good.But there is a problem. We are on the PRO plan ($15/month, for context).People respond to our Reels/ Posts with: “Community”/ “Italian”/ “Yes”, etc. It is running a flow for sending link to join the community on Skool.But from what it seems, only 30% of messages are delivered. And I don’t know exactly why.On IG it’s showing 100% sent/ 100% delivered.But on FB - 3249 Sent/ 33.8% delivered.Meaning, only 1000 people get the messages. But, idk exactly, is this something from Facebook? I found this one, that maybe people didn’t enter on the facebook to get the messages (like logging in). But I find it hard to believe.Let’s say maybe for 5-10% of people, but 70% to not login again? And some of them comment again on the videos.So, idk exactly what is the problem, and what to do. I wandered about this because on the Skool community we have only 1000 people that got on the about page (li

So I have clicked on the “send message within 24 hours” to trigger the drop-down menu. It does not have the “send as comment” reply option. So what do I do now? Thanks in advance! 

In an automation, is there a way to send the “flow_ns” value through an External Request?I understand that I can get that value from the URL in a browser, but I would like to have that value sent to my backend for logging purposes.I tried to see if the field was available when clicking the “Add Full Contact Data” in the Request form, but nothing came up.Thanks!

Hi everyone,I’ve been struggling with an issue where Quick Replies are not working at all.Here’s what I’ve already tried: Refreshed permissions multiple times Removed and re-activated my Facebook/Instagram page several times Double-checked my automations and blocks to make sure there are no empty steps or button conflicts Despite doing all of this, Quick Replies still do not appear or function.Has anyone else experienced this recently? I have a pro account and am unable to click the go live button. It is blue, but when I click it stays blue and nothing happens. It is extremely frustrating because I have been paying for pro for years and I finally got a viral video, during the video going viral I was unable to set up the many chat. So thousands of people commented and never got delivered the lead magnet. I am frustrated because I don’t want to remove the video and risk losing all this traction but the dm automation is not working and I have been trying different options for over an hour. I refreshed all permissions, delete other automations, refreshed the page, started the automation over. So far nothing has worked. Has anyone else ran into a similar problems and how were they able to solve it

Hi,I’m building my first automation with Manychat and can’t get my automation for Instagram DM to work.When sending a DM to the account (using my iPhone app) I do get the first message and see the 2 buttons (highligted in yellow below). But when I click either of the buttons nothing happens. Grateful for any support! (And yes, I’ve tried “Refresh Instagram Permissions” )

Hey there.I am having an issue where the messages sent by ManyChats automation are appearing in my whatsapp for businnes as “Waiting for message” and it is not letting me see the messages. It goes as far as even some automation messages not getting sent at all. I have double and triple checked my Meta for Business account and I don’t see any issues leading me to believe that the issue lies there. May I get some help? Here are some examples (in spanish):

Hi, I’ve been working on a proyect to help small brands automate their responses in Instagram.Can’t verify my app yet with meta so I thought using Manychat API was a smart workaround.I need clarification with contact usage.If a Business I automate, receives 500 DMs per month, am I ok with Pro suscription? I mean, what happens in ten months? Is it still 500 per month or is it 5000 contacts? $15 vs $45 Is the client doomed to “carry” forever a contact that was a one time purchase or they reset each month?This is key in my business model and it would be a nice Yes or a hard No depending on the answer.Thank you very much,Santa  

after i connected my whatsapp business account number to manychat via coexistence- all new messages received on the phone are marked as read. how can it be fixed, if at all?
