I speak with people both here in the United States and occasionally internationally. In my contact step I offer people three options: Call, International Calls and Email. The international calls option I would like to go to WhatsApp so they can call me that way. I can chat for free with people internationally in WhatsApp but not in the traditional way.How do I create a WhatsApp contact option in the Automation section?

Hi, I'm writing about the functionality of Telegram for Business. I have connected my bot to my Telegram account so that it can respond to potential customers. Technically, the bot is set up via Manychat. But after connecting, I tried to send a message from my other account to the main one to check how my customers would see my messages And here's what I noticed:Messages are not displayed in Manychat, although according to the logic of the functionality, when I give access to the chat, any messages should be displayed in Manychat Can you tell me how I can solve this issue and what I need to do to make Manychat see dialogs that start on my main account?

Hi,I'm facing a issue with an automation that is triggered from manychat and appears in every new chat. I've reviewed all the automations but couldn't find the setting responsible for this, and I'm unable to stop these messages. How can I locate and disable this automation?Is it possible that there are automations being triggered from somewhere other than the Automations page?

I have tried to make a payment to subscribe to a pro account, but it always fails. The payment process also doesn't go through and always returns to the pro package offer menu. Is there a solution?

Hello,  I’m trying to append some text to a Text Custom User Field, however I can’t manage to do it. HI there, we ran a very succesdful comp and stopped the automation being live some time ago. however the keyword is still triggering the whole automation when people DM us which is causing a lot of confusion. How do I stop it> I cant fid any specific info! thanks Kura

I have a template I want to share protected and locked for editing. When the template is uploaded into a new account, it uploads correctly and looks ready to go, but the only trigger available to turn on is for message keywords. All the other triggers are grayed out, disabled; and, well… locked. Despite the fact that I selected them in growth tools and they are visible in the automation folder. They simply can’t be enabled because they are locked for viewing (which is what I want). But I also want them to be able to actually use the template lolI know there must be a way to enable the triggers, because what would be the point of sharing a locked template if they can’t actually enable the triggers to turn the automation on? That would defeat the purpose of a locked template, so I’m sure there must be a way! I just can’t figure it out.TLDR: how do you enable a trigger on a locked template without viewing the automation? The toggle switch is grayed out/locked.

Look, I feel stupid asking this. But I try to surround myself with people much smarter than me. 😉I have a flow I turned into a Template. I shared said template with a friend.When the template is installed, all triggers disappear. Is that normal, or did I make a mistake?Prob the later, but worth asking before diving down the rabbit hole.

Hello ManyChat Support,I am experiencing an issue with linking my Instagram account to a new ManyChat account. Here’s the situation:I initially had a ManyChat account linked to a newly created Facebook account. Unfortunately, that Facebook account has been suspended. To resolve this, I created a new ManyChat account linked to my older, active Facebook account. When I attempted to connect my Instagram account to this new ManyChat account, I received the message that it already connected to a ManyChat account and that account should grant permission. Since the original Facebook account is suspended, I cannot access it to pass ownership or make any changes.Is there any way to disconnect the Instagram account from the old ManyChat account or transfer ownership to my new ManyChat account? I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.Thank you for your help.Best regards,

I am trying to send people to my podcast and using the episode number as the keyword. Well, I realized now that Ive gotten into double digits, that all the numbers are sending the single number episodes. For example, keyword 12 is sending episode 2 because “2” was the trigger work for episode 2. Episode 18 is sending the flow for episode 8. Episode 16 is sending the flow for 6. It’s like it’s ignoring the 1 and sending to the single last digit.  I have is set to trigger for SPECIFIC word “18” “16” etc….but it’s sending to flows for 8 and 6 etc….. Can someone share what I’m not doing right? 

When I press the set live button on ManyChat, it does not run.It can be previewed but not executed.I don't know why.Please check if it is not working because it is a free version.

I just signed up for Many Chat.  My account is set up and I went through the step by step process of (what I thought was) linking the automated reply to my IG account.  It’s not working. I’ve asked and asked for help. I’ve received no help or assistance whatsoever from anyone.  I NEED HELP.  I really cannot make this more clear.  PLEASE HELP ME.

The quick reply buttons are not functioning properly—they keep appearing when they aren't necessary, such as in chatbot messages, and they don’t disappear after I send a new message, which is quite bothersome. This issue isn’t limited to one specific chat or bot; it affects all quick reply functionalities throughout the app. I’ve checked this on multiple Android devices, and the problem remains consistent. It also occurs with ManyChat bots, suggesting that the issue is widespread and affects various quick reply options across different bots and conversation flows. Ideally, these quick replies should vanish once you move to the next part of the conversation, but they linger and show up where they aren’t needed.
