Hello, I consider buliding whatsapp business using manychat. does manychat use only official whatsapp API's?

 I'm currently having trouble with my Chatbot...I've created it using Open AI, Manychat, and Make Automation. As I was testing out a flow I notice some things were off so I deleted the stuff I added and it was back to normal...Well at least I thought it was. Now I have random messages sending even after turning the trigger off and remove what was no longer needed from the flow. If there's any way someone could help me I would appreciate it 🙏🏽

hello… im trying to setup a quiz in my bot, where the question have a limited time to be answered, but i can fnd a way to set it up…  im using a text message with 3 buttons, so..  what i expect is.. if the person doesnt chose any of the buttons whitin the next 10secons, it wil go to the next step… is here anyone who can give me a hand on this?

  Hi there. I’m not able to sign up for Manychat Pro account. It’s connected with my stripe account and asking me to verify payments via stripe but I’m not receiving any links from stripe to verify payments. Also, I’m able to find any other place to update my payment details or credit cards details. It’s showing verify payment, the moment I click on verify payments, it’s asking me to enter registered email to receive a new payment link via stripe. But I’m not receiving anything.I have been waiting to hear from Manychat team for more than 10 days but I haven’t received any support reply. Can someone here help me fix this issue? Looking forward to hearing from awesome people here in Manychat community.Thanks!

my automation is working with Instagram comments but there are some issues i cant understand right now my Comment DM Automation somehow run once for each user and if they Comment the Keyword for second time they don't get any Reply from my automation should i change any settings? or this is the right behavior?

Manychat automation triggered with instagram comment from any post start only one time and when user send same comment for other / same post its not worked. Help please!

In the last few posts I’ve made on Instagram, I have had amazing response to the Comment a word automations...my last one had over 1500 comments!  But so many of the people are flooding my email box with messages telling me the link is taking them to video of John Travolta! Or the screen is blank, or something like that. The John Travolta video freaked me out! But when I click on the link that is sent to them it takes me to the correct place...what could be the problem? I am missing out on a ton of business because of the glitch--could I have done something wrong? It worked in the past and I haven’t changed how I am doing anything.  Thank you in advance for the help!

Hi! I set up automations to have those quick reply’s in DM, when someone comments on my post. It worked for 2 or 3 times, now I would like to set up a 6th automation, but when I try to set up a trigger, the button at the left corner is switched off and a message appears” You can not activate the widget on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access”. I don’t use any pro elements in my trigger, is very simple. (Comment “webinar” and you get the link to webinar in DM) Also I’ve notice some off my automations are switched off at the moment, and when I want to switch them on, I can see a notification saying “set up trigger to activate”, but when I do, I’m going back to “You can not activate the widget on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access”I know free plan it’s up to 1000 users, but only few people clicked on my message on instagram before.Thanks for any help!

I sent out a reel yesterday on March 25th that got loads of comments.I can’t see any of the comments on IG except for a handful of them.ManyChat sent out automations like normal but to only like 6 of the 50+ comments. I haven’t changed settings.What’s going on? This was one of my better posts and I can’t even manually look at the comments. 

My account was blocked even though I followed all the policies, I need help to resolve it I am following all the possible policies

How can I prevent clicking a button continuously? I want the test button to be clicked only once.  

In the Welcome message, I setup an automation to deliver 2 links to purchase a product.  Now I want to add a second automation to it to deliver a free ebook that is related to the product.  I want to setup an optin to collect emails and then have the pdf sent directly to the DM and the email address.  I’m stuck on setting up the optin automation…..actually the whole funnel for it.  I know I need to put the pdf in Google drive to link.

Hello. We made automatization on comments with special words in Facebook.But the Manychat answering on the comments only that was leaven under the poston the page. If this post reposted to another group and people are leaving there comments, automatization not started and not answering to the people!  We choiced options:1) When the follower leaving  comment under the “ ANY PUBLICATION” and comment contains special word !2) We turned on and off the option "Track first level comments" In both cases, nothing changes!How to solve this problem ?

When trying to save i get this error. I want to send a DM when user comments something that contains “Example”. Connected with this trigger there is only a send message instagram action, that is giving me this warning. I Do not want to send a comment reply, i want to send a DM, but i cant publish since i am getting this error.  

Why aren't my automations working?

I have been trying for 2 days to try to connect this which seems like it should be so simple.  I have a Facebook page that I am admin for, it takes me to the steps where is shows my IG account and my FB page, it gave me a message saying you’ve now linked Mnaychat to FB but then in the review connection section in FB, when I try to do that I get an error that says You must be an admin of this associated Page’s business in Business Manager to confirm the IG account.  But I am… so frustrated and ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

I have my IG set up so my product link goes out when someone types in my keywords but I can’t seem to figure out how to do that on FB. Help!

Dear All, I need your help. All of my Actions for Notify Admins does not have the options section where I can designate who will get the notification and how the notification will be sent.However, I can copy a previous Action for Notify Admins from another flow and everything works properly.I have sent a ticket to Manychat for help...and of course there has been no response. I have read the fix the Manychat recommends and have watched several videos to see if I was missing anything I have deleted and updated the notification email. I have refreshed permissions numerous times. I have deleted the cookies on all browsers, ie. Firefox, Chrome, Safari (I originally saw this issue on Firefox and have subsequently verified the same issue on the other browsers) I have refreshed the Manychat page numerous times I have run a virus scan on my macI need help! I have exhausted all the things that I kno
