I’m interested in creating a bot that can receive audio messages, transcribe them using ChatGPT or another AI, and respond based on the transcription. Is this possible with Manychat?

I’m probably missing something obvious, but after the customer get a whatsapp message (automation), I want the next message to send AFTER they reply to the first.    I can add a smart delay, but I don’t know how long the customer will be typing for.

I’m new to ManyChat, and having difficulty setting up what I’d consider to be a fairly basic flow.This is just a proof of concept I’m trying to build out and it isn’t working.The “Quick answer” button in my flow below is showing up as “Get updates” as you’ll see, and then nothing at all happens after that even if I click on it.What gives? My goal is to be able to let users opt-in from their Instagram DMs. I’ve been working on this for nearly four hours solid and am not getting to where I need to go.Thanks! ManyChat Instagram test 

I need my employees to record audios, send them to customers and also call them.  I wanted to keep all my operation within Manychat but in order to do it, I need them to be able to do these things.  Is it possible? Or I would have to integrate other platforms in order to have those capabilities? 

The normal “start a campaign” button on the many chat Home Screen isn’t available. This is my preferred way to assign campaigns and not sure how to get this button back. Please help!

Hello, i have question about process for list creation and optin.Someone explained me than to make a list, i create a sequence, and after that, in my flow, i connect my sequence and create my optin. I would like to verify with you if the process is correct or not, because i have double doubt : - My first doubt is about the process to create my list, because i don't understand why the woman advice me to create a sequence to make my list.- My second doubt is about the collect of my optin, because there is the option"Subscription List / Messenger List / Subscription Lists allow to send messages after 24-hour window. Hello, I have a question about the pricing and contact list structure. For example, if the price for 500 contacts is $15 per month and an additional $30 is charged for every 1,000 new contacts, is this fee recurring monthly, or is it a one-time calculation based on previous months?If I start with 500 contacts in the first month, add 300 new contacts in the second month, and another 500 in the third month, does the pricing plan stay the same, or does it adjust to the cumulative total of 1,300 contacts? Does the system calculate charges based on the total number of contacts accumulated over time, or just based on the new contacts added each month?Could someone please clarify how this is calculated?

Hi,Is it possible replies to Facebook posts tk be replied to via manychat?   I know you can reply to messenger which is were story replies go to but what about post replies ?Thanks

In this video: ...at 2:41 I took this screenshot of multiple buttons:  I attempted to replicate that:   However in my image all the quick replies get forced in to their own line.Granted that video is ~nine months old and my client says they keep changing things.My question is: how, if still possible, can I replicate those side-by-side button options?

So it’s been made clear to me that in order to allow people to type certain words to get certain results (e.g. contact, help) that I have to setup an entirely new automation, fine.So my primary automation has the contact ...bubbles? Cards? Whatever. So how to I link my second automation (Keyword, Contact) to the specific bubble/card in the first automation?

I am using an AI step module and only the modules with AI stopped working, what can I do?

There are a lot of people who DMs us our own reels without any text and that is an unsupported message type for manychats and hence no automation is being sent to those people. There are more than 100 people who DMs us this kind of message and we are losing on all such leads. I can’t manually assign 100 dms per day to some automation.What should be the solution in such case??  

Hi there, so i’m new to manychat and I set up an automation that if a user states a word, we send them this DM.But the problem is it’s not sending them the link, it just says get updates and that does nothing.What is going on here?This is causing some issues and I’m unsure how to solve it.

I have an automation from an IG keyword trigger from a comment. And I am getting people who are receiving the second message after clicking the trigger sometimes 5 times. I am not sure how to turn this off. I think it is because they are click it multple times, but can it be changed to once they click it once they get it or is there another way to format this so that it does happen?The workflow for the funnel. Getting it multiple times, this person got it three times.

I see in my IG settings that it says that I have given permission to manychat...however I still can not see my IG account on my manychat dashboard. Can someone help and to verify this is so that potential buyers can comment and receive a link in DM

I’ve tried logging in like I always do with google, and it tells me that “A Manychat account for this sign-in option does not exist. Please try another sign-in option or sign-up.”

Hi! I set up ManyChat back in May when I started my instagram account. I followed all the steps correctly and tested it out and automated DM’s sent to people who commented the word I chose. Now my follower account has grown substantially and so I just tired testing automation on older posts before I do a fresh new post. I had friends comment the word correctly and it’s no longer sending the link to their DM. Any insight?? I’m scared to make a fresh post with a call to action with all my new followers if it’s not going to work.
