Hello!We are planning on upgrading to the “Pro Version” and starting with a free trial of Manychat by purchasing the $25 option. Suppose we exceed 2500 contacts, and say we made contacts of 3000 in that same month, will $45 be automatically debited through the credit card (as it is a card from the US), or will we be notified before it gets debited? Also, can we choose a $45 plan directly? Or should we compulsorily start from $25?We haven’t proceeded with the payment, but while we were proceeding for our payment, we didn’t have an option to choose for the $45 version, and also it just asks for our card details which is confusing.  If we have clarity on this, we’d like to directly go for the $45 payment instead of the $25. Please clarify.  Thanks.

Hello There!I want to Integrate ManyChat with Whatsapp.I have already connected a verified business meta page, bought a phone number, and did all the other necessary requisitions.I have initiated the process of setting up a Whatsapp bot and stopped in the middle of the process (the part where you pick the bot’s name).Now I want to continue with the setup process but when I try to re-open the Whatsapp setup process I get a blank page.I tried to connect to Whatsapp by clicking:Settings → Whatsapp (under “Channels”) → ConnectI don’t understand what causes this issue but I’m currently stuck and cannot proceed (or even begin) developing the bot. My screen after clicking “Connect”

Dazed & Confused! Hello Everyone, Skip Belcher here. I am a retired K9 S&R Captain, and a little lost in this grid! I've downloaded Botbuilder  Core 7.0 twice (2X) but not Botbuilder AI 2.0! Can I get some help on to correct this? 

I have this automation flow that triggers on each comment on posts or reels. I would like to store the comment itself as a contact property that I will process later on.Does someone know how to do that? Manychat must have this data as it can trigger the automation when the comment is posted, but for some reason I don’t know how to access the valueMany thanks! ☺️ 

I have unsubscribed almost couple months ago but still manychat charges for it. What do you guys think? Thank you

HI all, I am setting up a Win a Rug competition using Manychat. We have done many comps over the years but Manychat seems like we can make this much more personalised and engaging than before, as well as collect emails. Has anyone had much success with something like this? thanks! Kura

Hey everyone, i noticed that once a contact has commented once, they cannot comment again the same trigger word to get the auto reply. it will only work once per post… is there a fix so that no matter how many times they comment, they will still get the automation?

Hello,I am trying to connect my Instagram profile. I go through every step but I always go back to the first screen (image) and nothing happens. When I try to check if I am connected to Facebook, I can't click on the button Connect. It shows this: Then I tried with other profiles which are supposed to be Admins to the page and still the same. In Facebook it says I am connected to ManyChat but I am not. Can someone please help? 

Buttons need to stop working after the question is answered. I am new to ManyChat and am trying to migrate from SendPulse, which has been disappointing.I am facing the following challenge: in a WhatsApp flow, I need to create multiple-choice buttons, like 'Yes' or 'No'.However, after the user selects one of these buttons, such as 'Yes', the flow moves on to the next question which will present 'First' or 'Second' buttons. I need to ensure that the user cannot press the buttons from the previous question, 'Yes' or 'No'.Could someone please tell me how to do this without having to do programming using variables?"I mean, is there an existing function like the 'Multiple Choice' shown in the article at https://support.manychat.com/en/support/solutions/articles/36000003046-user-input-and-custom-fields#reply_types under the 'How does it work?' section?This support page seems to be completely outdated.

I had just set up my first automation. Then I was looking for ideas for conversation starters. I started a conversation with someone else’s bot & while his messages were coming in, my bot just randomly sent him a link to my ebook.I went back to my automations and don’t see why that happened. I followed the instructions slowly while setting up my automations. Now what?Thanks for your help.

I am helpless! I can’t connect to the Telegram. There is a problem with application ManyChat! I am on mobile app, but I can’t connect! I keep going around in circles, it tells me to enter Telegram, it gives me a link and it doesn’t let me go to Safari, then I enter the application and nothing happens. Please help me!  

Hi! Broadly, I’d like to store the keyword used to trigger a conversation in a spreadsheet. Specifically I’m building out a spreadsheet of geodata and phone numbers. Ideally I’d like to be able to have people comment their city, and then get a DM from me saying something like “yes, we’re going to [KEYWORD], what’s your phone number, I’ll text you when we come”, which would trigger more of the survey, but the keyword would ultimately be stored as well. Any thoughts on this?

I have an automation setup for when a user comments “Learn” on a Reel or Post, I send them an automated DM with a link to my free guide. Is there a way within 24 hours to send another follow up DM with something like, “Did you get it? Is there anything I can answer for you re digital marketing?” Thank you

hii have connected 2 account to Manychat from instagramtoday i got an error that one of my accounts lost connectionthere is a button in settings so i can refresh instagram connectionbut when i hit the button everytime it shows me refresh connection for the other pageso i cant refresh my connectioni also deleted the other instagram account in manychat so i can refresh connection in my main account but it gives me the other insta channel againso i have no idea how to connect again my instagram account to manychatany idea how i should reconnect to my instagram?

Hi everyone, I’d love some support <3Does anyone know how to create a message that after 2 mins if someone has not responded to a message, that the bot sends them a reminder automated message,  The way i have currently created this is 2 ways: for messages with no quick replies  (ie the question requires customer to type answer) there is a button called “if customer does not respond’ then added a message onto that, and then with quick replies (ie the question has multiple ‘buttons’ a customer can choose to press) on quick reply settings ive added a rule that after 2 mins - send an automated message  neither of these options are working in the instagram preview.  Has anyone got experience with this? 

Is there anyway to specifically make a trigger be just that word? For example, we have a trigger for ‘POSE’ and someone commented the surd ‘suppose’ so it triggered the message.. but are we able to just make it be that one word? 

Hi! New to Manychat - so we just tried with our first sequence on IG using keywords as triggers and that went well and so we want to replicate that for FB as well.When we tried to create an FB sequence, we had to connect FB and my client had to create a new Manychat account for that. So question is, is it possible to have the IG and FB in just one Manychat account? Or does it have to be separate for different channels? By the way, one the main account (with IG) FB is already connected but when I try to make an FB sequence, it doesn’t show options for FB. Thanks!

I'm new to Manychat, so I want to add Instagram as a channel. Every time I log in, I link Instagram, but when I want to connect and it says 'confirmed'. Then I get the same message to RETURN to connect. Continuously again. Instagram just doesn't connect. I don't know what to do. Who can help me or has the golden tip?

Hello, I have trouble with manychat. My situation:I paid for pro on Arpil 29, 2024. And I have tried to delete my manychat account on the same day. (cancel subscription, Remove Team, Remove channels) and I got message. “You have canceled your subscription, it will end on May 26, 2024, after which you can delete your account.” <It means that can I use many chat until May 26? or it means that I have canceled my subscription, that’s why I can not use manychat anymore? Anyway, I log in the manychat and try to use it, but It does not work. My two IG accounts are visible but the connect button isn’t clickable. Should I subscribe again? And once I do, will I be able to reconnect my IG accounts to Manychat? My account is activate now. However, every connect, activate button are not activating now…… How can I do? I am troubling my business because of this problem… Please let me know how to do… please
