Hi all!  So Sequences!  They are frustrating! I am trying to set up a relatively simple sequences that contains 4 newsletters (weekly newsletters for each week of the month of May) and I am certain that I know how to do that (set up a “Condition” node that looks at the date and time and sends out the relevant email when a new contact is tagged appropriately and subsequently subscribed to a sequence)…...but Manychat does not agree!  I have tested this with a few dummy accounts and, even though I have the first message of the Sequence set up as “Immediately” send, I don’t get an email immediately!  Instead, when you’re looking within Manychat at the dummy contact account (and trying to figure out what’s going on), all you get is a message that says:“New message from sequence: Test Sequence copywas received on May 1, 2024 4:06 PM”But I don’t see a follow up sentence that says “Email message sent” I don’t understand what I’m possibly doing wrong.  I have included a screenshot of the simple

Hi everyone!  Seeking help with sequences. Very new user here so hoping someone can lend me hand. I’ve set up a sequence and have roughly 200+ ‘subscribers’ which I manually subscribed. When I sent up a auto DM flow to drive people in our app, it's only fired out to 6 subscribers not all of them. I’ve set it up to send immediately, although still only sent to the 6 people. Can anyone let me know why it’s only going to such a small cohort?  Thanks so much!

I've noticed a recent change in the ManyChat dashboard where the Growth tool button is no longer visible on the left side. Consequently, I'm encountering difficulties when building a bot, particularly in following video instructions which now require an upgrade. Is there a new video tutorial available that explains the updated process for accessing the Growth tool?

 I'd like to find out if there's a way to add labels like these. With multiple customers messaging simultaneously, having labels like these would make it much easier to keep track of what stage I'm at with each client.

I don’t get it. At first, I thought this service was GREAT. I was contemplating paying!But then, the cracks started to appear.Somehow I ended up with two triggers in my very simple automation (customer comments a keyword… sends a message). Then only one of the triggers would turn on.If I tried to make a new automation, I couldn’t turn the trigger on (despite using NONE of the pro features here). So I found out I could duplicate the automation that worked, and usually that would mean I could turn on one, or the other, of the triggers. Not always the same one. Sometimes the first one. Sometimes the second one.I duplicated my automation again today, assigning it to a different post. Changed the keyword.Can’t turn on either of the triggers. I keep getting a warning that:You can not activate the widget on the Free plan. Hello, I wanted to set up a main menu for Instagram and Fabecook DMs.I created a menu for Messenger and the same menu for instagram.In Facebook Messenger the main menu can be seen, but in Instagram nothing shows.I already worked through the connection stuff an Instargram, but all seems to be connected right. Can somebody help me? Greetings Verena

HiI am quite new here, I set a few automations (triggered by specific words) on my IG and FB account, but I am seeing that some followers on my FB are getting GET STARTED message on their messenger, and I don’t know what and what that is.
