I set up an automation to answer the answers of the AI ​​bot I prepared from Chatbase in Instagram chats. But it only answers my first question, not any subsequent questions. What could be the reason for this? By the way, while "Rule triggered: Contact Event" appears in the first question, this does not happen in the other questions. How can I fix this?

I have renewed the permission multiple times daily, but I can't establish a proper connection to my Instagram profile. It only recognizes 2 reels and nothing newer. The automations are not working either, not even with the 2 reels it finds. This is in the pro version. What else can I do? It is really urgent. In all our reels, we write at the end: comment with x and you will receive z.

Brain fart!!  I’m trying to use only one keyword ONLY in an IG automaton, “Travel”. Now whenever someone makes a comment like “I want to travel” it’s starting the automation. How do I create only the one keyword starting the automation, not the mention of it? Thanks!

So I use HubSpot to capture and nurture leads for my clients, and I would like to know if can I store contacts on HubSpot without increasing my contacts subscription. I intend to use the tool for community management and not lead capture. Can someone please explain how the contact subscription works?

Hey, I have a fitness business where I sell coaching and low ticket programs on my app. I have about 13,000 contacts from instagram on manychat and I am unsure on how I can optimize and monetize these contacts. They feel like a waste because I heard there was a 24 hour rule where I cant even message them anymore. Please help Im paying over $150 a month for these. Best,Jared

One of our clients was worked with by another agency that linked the account to one of the personas and he no longer has access to the Manychat account because he no longer has a work email.Now I try to link this page to manychat but it asks me to send a request to an admin who no longer has access.what can i do?

Hi guys, I’m exploring dynamic images and got stuck.Essentially I want to retrieve an image from my server and display it on messenger. I’m getting 200 response back (see screenshot) and everything looks fine for me but the image is still not showing in Messenger nor in Live Chat section on Manychat.Do I need another block to display the image or what? Maybe there are size and resolution requirements I’m not aware of? Can somebody help me with this issue?

I didn't notice that my contacts have reached 1000,  so Manychat paused the automations,  now if I upgrade my plan, will  Manychat reply to the comments that people have commented  DURING THE PAUSE PERIOD?

I have an automation set for instagram reels. When someone comments they receive an inbox message. On my end, it shows the message sent. On their end, they receive an empty message that doesn’t show the content of the message (textbox+button)

Regarding ‘Welcome Message’ start flow button restore.In the WELCOME MESSAGE flow, the 1st ‘COMMAND’ button connects to a FLOW button, which should read: [FB] BB CORE Growth Tool Greeting [CUSTOMIZE]. However the box is empty! Anyone know how to restore it?

Hey! I’m new to Manychat, so this may be a very simple answer, but I don’t seem to have access to the User Input field. I have a pro account, but even then when I go to create the “reply in dm” the only fields I can build are text, image, card, audio, video, and gallery; I don’t even see “user input.” All tutorials I have seen show that I should also have “user input” as an option so I can ask customers a series of survey questions. Has this feature changed and been grouped into another feature? I know I can create a text reply with multiple button response but that doesn’t seem like the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
