Hi everyone! I have built an automation that works fine for Android devices but not in iOS.I use conversation starters.When iOS users click, none of the flows trigger. Does anyone know what’s going wrong?

I'm currently encountering an issue with DM automation for comments on Instagram.The automation process I've set up involves sending a private message to individuals who comment the word "extract," providing them with a link to download a PDF. However, despite testing it with several accounts, I've noticed that it's not functioning as expected.Initially, it worked smoothly with my primary account, where I tested it by commenting on posts made by real individuals. However, even with the same account, I'm no longer receiving any messages in my DMs when I comment with the keyword "extract." I'm uncertain if there's a limitation on sending multiple links to the same person.Furthermore, when I tested the automation with other accounts, the outcome was the same - no messages were received upon commenting with the designated keyword.I would greatly appreciate any assistance or insights you can provide on

I created an automation for Instagram and it says it's active but it's not working. Everything seems to be connected, I refreshed the page, deleted the video and re-uploaded and it still doesn't work. what could be the problem?

Hey guys, I've been trying to set a custom field using Make <> Manychat and it worked. But the problem is, the date format is not being set in the right format, because it looks like Manychat does not accept the formatting I chose and sent from Make. I found a way to format the button variable inside Manychat! But now my problem is, the button name using the variable custom field is not being accepted, it says: "Button Title is longer than 20 symbols", when it's really not. If I format with only Day in the date, it is still giving the same error message. Anyone here can help?

Hey! I made a flow of 4 questions to trigger when someone comments on post. For the first 2 questions, trigger worked well but not after that.  Last 2 questions are not being answered in messenger. I checked but it is not happening. How can it be done? 

Today is the first time I’ve ever tried to use ManyChat. I’m wanting to automatically send a message to to anyone who comments on a reel or post with a trigger word. I’m connected to fb and instagram. I’ve gotten my actual messages through here so it definitely is connected and works. I attempted to post a reel today, set the trigger words up in ManyChat, used the “add button”  link with correct and working urls. When I tried to comment from my personal account though to confirm it was working, I got an error message. Attached is a screenshot. I’m really not sure what to do here- I took the post down in the meantime. Help please!

When I try to preview my Instagram comment to reply flow by clicking on the Preview button in the upper right side of my screen, go to my phone (using another IG account, as directed), find the account I want to test and send the code that Manychat provides, I noticed that all messages are duplicated.How do I fix this?Thank you.

I was so happy with ManyChat until I opened Instagram on my computer. Now I need some help. I have a simple trigger setup seen here.When I look at one of the chats that this link has been sent to on my phone I see this… I have been seeing some people reply with ‘updates’, and I couldn’t understand why. I opened Instagram on my computer. The same chat above looks like this from my computer. When clicking on updates, it appears to go nowhere… What am I doing wrong? Please help

I duplicated an automation last night and selected “next post,” intending to use it for my scheduled post from this morning.The first message sent I checked was sending the links from the automation it was duplicated from. Upon checking the automation on my MC mobile app (iphone), it was correct.Upon logging in on a desktop browser the links were NOT correct.   It did not correct itself until I selected “edit automation” then it corrected itself without me changing or editing anything.This has happened SEVERAL times and I’m only now realizing there is a discrepancy between an automation duplicated and saved on the mobile app and what is actually saved in the system. 

I had configure a twice retry on the quick reply if the customer don’t choose one of the quick replies. But it ain’t retrying.When i tested from manychat to my facebook it works as it supposed to, retrying twice if contact dont use the quick replies.But when i live test it from a facebook ads it won’t retry. picture one shows how the configuration was donepicture two shows how it works when i’m testing from the manychat to my facebook chat (which works just fine)picture three shows how it works when im live testing it from a facebook ads, which doesn’t do the retry on the quick reply   

Hello, I’d like to know if there’s a way to tag who opens a WhatsApp broadcast? Because I want to send another broadcasst just to openers. Any ideas?

i didnt go over the character limit. in fact i still have 70 left however when i tested it, only half of my message is actually being sent before the link is suddenly there…… i need this fixed ASAP

Hello, I used ManyChat for an account once to automate comments replies with a free trial. Then I forgot about the feature. Today I got billed $95. Is there a chance I can get the money back, because I really haven’t been using the website anymore. If you can, please check my history of usage. Please help.

Pessoal, já estou dias tentando conectar meu WhatsApp no manychat para realizar uma automação, porém acontece um erro relácionado a verificação, acusando que n tem como conectar pq n estavao conseguindo verificar a conta, mesmo ela já estando verificada. Entrei em contato com o suporte, mandei foto, vídeo e tal, aí eles me disseram que vão ver o que está acontecendo de errado, já que a conta está mesmo verificada. Por fim, o suporte não me retornou.Já pesquisei em diversos foruns, sites, vídeos brasileiros e estrangeiros e não abtive sucesso. Alguem tem ideia do que pode ser ? 

The automation seems to be functioning correctly in the business suite, yet not all conversations are appearing in the live chat panel, even when the 'all conversations' tab is selected. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

how can i send one message to all subscribers in my bot in manychat pro in messenger ?

I am setting up a flow for an upcoming IG live so that we can send users who comment the keyword our affiliate link where they can sign up. However, I am unable to add a photo in the “comment reply” box where I want to include a message, photo, and link. I have done this in the past but multiple flows were involved, and this one is very simple so it’s just one automation. Am I missing something? In the other flows where I was able to do this it was labeled as a “send within a 24h window” and that let’s me add a photo, but when I press set live it tells me I need to change it to a “comment reply” where I can’t seem to add a photo,

Is there any way in manychat to engage users whose last interaction was more than 1 year ago ? There is an option to send messages to users outside the 24 hour window using Paid Broadcasts. But, using that, I am not able to send messages to users whose last interaction was more than one year.

Well, not only that the messages in the flow appear repeated on my test IG account, the flow is not working at all.The flow should ask for three values to make calculations, it asks for the first one and then it jumps to the last message showing me the results (wich are obviously wrong)…Don’t know what to do with this thing and frankly, very frustrated with the outcome.
