Hello!  I have been quite perplexed trying to make this, but is there a way to have a flow triggered (or continued) at a date and time of my choosing instead of the contact’s time zone?  I’ve been racking my brain trying to think of a way to do this with all that I know of Manychat and have been VERY surprised that there is not a way that I have found thus far.Also, I found this  ...and I upvoted it! Brand new to Manychat and set up 2 automated trigger flows in IG.Setup want find and I found the flow to be incredibly easy to set up.HOWEVER, neither of them are working when I use IG to put in the trigger word into a comment.I have spent at least an hour looking for the solution and no luck.They are both active and live.  But not working.Is there something obvious I am missing that someone here can point out to me?Thanks,Gina (feeling like a dunce rn)

Estou desenvolvendo um fluxo para o Whatsapp que tem uma conversa fluída com o cliente utilizando o ChatGPT. O problema que estou enfrentando é que, se o cliente envia 2 mensagens seguidas, o GPT responde 2x. Ao que tudo indica, as duas mensagens acabam fazendo o loop do meu fluxo, fazendo com que ele gere 2 respostas. Teria alguma forma de concatenar essas duas strings e fazer uma validação ou pausa de X segundos para que o cliente tenha tempo de digitar várias mensagens e o bot junte tudo isso e responda com uma só resposta?Se puderem me ajudar agradeço demaisss!!!!

I have setup an automation for Instagram DM’s, but I have an issue where one user messaged us without the keyword to initiate the automation. The user then provided their email (which the automation is scheduled to do) however, if the user then messages again, it restarts the automation. Any ideas where I am going wrong? I’ve attached a screenshot of my automation.Thanks in advance!

Hello, I'm new to Manychat. I was wondering if this is a bug or am I doing something wrong?I created an automation for my business with a wide variety of products.Here's a sample of my setup:Comment "1" > public comment response > receive the link to checkout product A via DMComment "2" > public comment response > receive the link to checkout product B via DMand so on...I tried testing it and the first time, I received the correct DM, but the 2nd and 3rd times, the only correct response that I am receiving is public comment response but the reply via DM is just the same as the first one that I received.When I tried testing it using a different Instagram account, I received the correct DM.  Is the "Opted-In through Widget" condition only valid for the 1st comment you posted? And those succeeding comments, yo

I have a simple workflow in which after a keyword message a reply dm is triggered with a link.However when i go to the dm in instagram after this sequence i see “Get Updates”. When i click “Get Updates” it creates a message “Get Updates” in the chat. A user left a message asking for more info after putting in the keyword. The auto reply should have sent them the link. Why is the user asking for more info if the auto dm is working?I’m really hoping that people are getting the link and not a button that creates a new message. I ran the preview from a different IG and it seemed to work but it’s scary looking at past messages. Is this normal 

My Instagram automation is getting triggered by a comment, but is not responding to the button that is supposed to be triggered next. It is not registering the action taken by user. Please help me, I need assistance as soon as possible. Additionally, it's not getting triggered to some comments, even though they have the exact keywords.See, MC has sent 15 messages on first trigger, but is failing to recognise the following action.

I have a problem adding a bot to a private broadcast channel on Telegram. The issue is that the bot is added as an administrator with all the permissions, but it's unable to invoke the /start command in the broadcast channel chat.I wanted to add my private bot to my private broadcast channel to create a whitelist for the bot.

I am having an issue connecting my Facebook to my Instagram campaigns. My account says they are connected but none of my auto responses ever work on Facebook but they work 100% on Instagram is there any secrets here? I’d love some advice.

My automation is no longer working. I have edited the text of the message and comments but it’s still not working. 

Hi there!  When I signed up for  Manychat, my personal Facebook page was attached to my Instagram account.  So, my login on Manychat was my personal Facebook page, but automations would go out to my Instagram business page.  I now have a business Facebook page, and today I switched over my Instagram account to be attached to my business Facebook page.  Unfortunately, now my Manychat account is still linked to my personal Facebook page and no automations are going out to Instagram.  I need to somehow redirect Manychat to my new Facebook business page and I’m seeing no way to do this with exception of deleting and starting over.  It won’t let me add the Instagram page, because it is already attached.  Help!  And thank you!

Looks like there isn’t this feature, would love to be able to have users give feedback by clicking from 1-5 stars on their experience, then have conditions trigger depending on the # of stars the users input. For example if 1-3 stars, different conditions, if 4-5 stars, a different condition is triggered.

Hey, guys! I'm trying to set up a live broadcast. (I've already created the template and set up the segmentation through tags.) I can start the broadcast, but none of the messages are getting delivered.Am I doing something wrong?

Perhaps one of you has an answer for me.    In the contacts I see that 75 contacts have been added to a sequence by a comment, but when I click on the contacts, only 20 are displayed.  Can anyone tell me why this is?     Thank you very much

Hi, Our account is well under the 1,000 contact threshold on the Free Account, but the app will not let me activate a new automation.  I am setting it up the same way I did the first few that published with no problem.Responding to a specific IG post or reel. 3 random responses. 1 button/link to the appropriate URL. It allows me to save this trigger, but then when I hit “set live” it disables the trigger. When I try to activate it, it gives me the notice that the widget can’t be used on a free account. We have less than 50 contacts as we just started to implement ManyChat last week.  Insights appreciated. Thank you!  

i want to know what happens if i use Delete Contact Action in manychatis it deleting the user from my instagram?or its just deleting the user from my manychat contacts and has nothing to do with my instagram account?any side effects by deleting contacts in manychat?
