Hi Manychat Team, I’d like to suggest a valuable improvement to the global search functionality (top search bar): allowing it to search not just messages within conversations, but also user information such as name, last name, phone number, email, customer ID, and WhatsApp number. Currently, the search bar only returns results based on the content of the conversation, which limits its usefulness when trying to quickly locate a user based on known details that aren’t in the chat history. Expanding the search to include user fields would make it much easier and faster to find a contact without having to rely on multiple filters or navigate through the Contacts section. This would be especially helpful for support or sales teams who need to quickly retrieve user profiles based on identifiers. Hi Manychat Team, I’d like to suggest an improvement for handling PDF files in WhatsApp conversations: displaying the actual PDF file (or at least its preview with file name), instead of showing only a link. Currently, when a user sends a PDF through WhatsApp, Manychat shows just a URL to the file. This creates a less intuitive experience, especially when we need to quickly view or share the file. Instead of seeing the file name or being able to preview it, we have to open an external link, which slows down support and increases the chance of missing important documents. It would be much more practical if the file appeared directly in the chat with its name, a preview, a download button, and also the ability to copy or share the file, just like it's possible with images in native WhatsApp. This would greatly improve usability, especially for support teams that receive invoices, ID documents, contracts, and other PDFs from users. Hi Manychat Team, I’d like to suggest a valuable improvement to the platform: the ability to set conditions based on the status of a conversation — such as whether it is open, closed, assigned, or unassigned. Currently, it’s not possible to use conversation status as a condition in automations, which limits our ability to build smarter flows and manage support with greater precision. Here are two practical use cases: Reopen unassigned conversations after a certain timeIf a user sends a message and the conversation remains unassigned for, say, 10 minutes, we could automatically reopen it, tag it as "pending review," and notify a team member — helping to avoid conversations being left unattended. Close assigned conversations after inactivityIf a conversation is assigned but there’s no activity for a specific amount of time, we could automatically send a follow-up message and close the conversation — keeping the inbox cleaner and improving workflow.Having access to this type of condition would allow for much better automation control and team management, especially in customer support scenarios. Hi Manychat Team, I’d like to suggest an important improvement for the mobile app experience, especially for those of us managing conversations through Live Chat: the ability to copy and share both text and images sent by users. Currently, in the Manychat mobile app, it's not possible to copy or share images that users send during a conversation. This creates a real limitation in support situations where I need to forward or save an image quickly — for example, to share it with another team member or reference it in another system. Text messages are somewhat easier to handle (some can be copied), but even then, a native "copy" and "share" option for both text and images would make a huge difference in usability and efficiency. This limitation is currently affecting my ability to properly assist users via the app, and I believe adding at least the ability to copy images would be a great first step toward improving the mobile experience. Sometimes, the same user contacts the business through two different channels (WhatsApp & Instagram for example).In this case, 2 different contacts are created and it would be very useful if we can combine both of them in the same contact in order to keep the custom values and the automations running maintaining the context.The only thing needed is the ability to programatically combine contacts.I believe this is not dificult. Currently I am running Tiktok Message campaign. When anyone click on send message button, they send message, i received message in many chat and there is a system message like “Contact was referred by TikTok ad: 1830873195009042”.That means that can detect the ad id, where the user came from and from which ad. Now I want to triger that ad id like- if custmer send message from this ad id “1830873195009042” there will be a flow and if the user came from another ad id, there will be another flow. That will help me for multiple ads in tiktok. Ifi run two ads for product A and B, there will be different ad id. So if users send me message with keyword like “price” that will detect which ad, for product A or B? after detecting that, that will send the customized message for A or for B.

Hello ManyChat team,Thank you for the great platform!I’d like to suggest a small but very useful improvement.Currently, in the Condition → “Subscribed less than [X] minutes ago”, the minimum value allowed is 1 minute.In many real-time automation scenarios, it would be extremely helpful to have the option to set this condition in seconds — for example, “Subscribed less than 30 seconds ago.”This would allow more precise flows, especially when handling the very first interaction after a user subscribes. Seconds can make a big difference in responsiveness and user experience.I hope you’ll consider adding this feature. I’d love to see the ability to add an image along with the instant DM with a website link.I’m a recipe blogger and when one of my followers comments the keyword, I use Manychat to send them a DM with the direct link to the recipe along with my message. I’d love to also be able to send them a photo of the finished dish as part of the instant DM - it would be SO much more impactful and also remind them what recipe link they just received when they see a beautiful photo of the dish. It looks like I can do this in a regular Instagram message, but not as a Comment Reply. Thank you!

Hi,I think it would be very beneficial to add a possibility to interact with notes through automations or the API.The use case for this would be to draft responses before sending them to the contacts so a human agent could for example verify the output of an AI step.
Be able to get a URL for an audio sent by the user, in the Default Reply and for User Inputs.
Please add a delay before replying to comments. People see it's an automated message. I understand the circumstances in which it's needed. I'm working with small businesses and adding automation needs to feel like a human is sending them a message.

We are currently using Looker Studio to overview our Instagram data, and it would be very convenient if we can also see Manychat data in the same tool. If there is an integration method or an API to do it, it would be very great.

ДОБАВЬТЕ в текст - цитирование (как это реализовано в телеграмм ) Сделайте пожалуйста реализацию премиум значков (как в телеграмм ) ТАК ЖЕ нужно сделать , что бы можно было сделать «копирование текста» Сделайте блок - не хватает : картинка + текст после него ! Hi,I have already spoken with Mauricio about this needed feature. Basically I would like to be able to use the data from a User Field to populate the purchase value on a Purchase Conversion. You are able to do this when you are creating a conversion event. But not when you are sending it to API.
