I was thinking about the assigned function and came to the conclusion:Why is there an “Assign” function in automation, but not “Unassign”?You can consult a discussion about a "method" to get around this, but it's a workaround, because if a conversation is assigned to someone it will stay there forever until they manually unassign it.There should be an action for this automatically via flows.General Q&A

It would be useful to add a restriction when sending out the automated messages so that even if a keyword is used again, manychat will not send out the automated message more than once to the same person.
I’ve been having this issue on mobile and would like to suggest a simple change that would greatly help with lead filtering: adding the option to filter conversations by TAG on mobile. We have this feature on desktop, but it's missing on mobile. It would be crucial for better performance.

Filter for Unreplied Messages by HumansIt would be very helpful to have a filter that shows only the conversations where the last message was sent by the user and has not been replied to by a human. This would help us ensure that no lead or inquiry gets left without a proper response, especially in high-volume inboxes. 2. Unified Inbox Across AccountsOur agency currently manages chat responses for over 20 businesses, and switching from one account to another is becoming more challenging as we grow. It would be amazing to have a unified inbox or master view, where we can see and respond to messages from all connected accounts on one page.Here are a few ideas that would make this feature even more powerful: Filters to view messages from specific accounts only, if needed. A small label or tag on each message showing which account it belongs to (to avoid confusion). Full message functionality in this unified inbox (reply, mark as done, assign, etc.). We believe these features would be game changers for agencies like ours, and would help ManyChat scale even more in the B2B and service provider space.

Such messages are related to a wide variety of topics such as porn, spam, blessings, prayings etc.We’d like you to enable a feature to block/ban/report contacts like those mentioned.So far, we’ve deleted such users but they keep appearing in our live chat.Thanks in advance for your attention.

As a marketing agency for recruitment we use manychat very succesfully in automating whatsapp flows for certain groups of candidates. Adding Linkedin would make the platform complete for all our automated messaging, now we have a hybrid set-up. For certain groups we would like to use Linkedin for lead qualification and conversion. Would be useful for us to connect to people after replies on our posts, when accepting a connection request, or when filled in a form with consent on Linkedin/other channel (connect with Zapier). If there is intention to develop this very open to contribute from the user perspective. Any others of you see potential use cases for Manychat & LinkedIn integration?Also based on this post:

I am building a WhatsApp chatbot automation , where user will input mobile number and an external http request (POST Request) will be called , In the response api will deliver the pdf link (pdf will be different for each mobile number basically its the invoice of services against that mobile number).I am getting download link successfully but instead of sending user download link , i directly want to send PDF ,There should be some option to dynamically convert links to differt file types like to audio,video,PDF , i mean instead of sending dowload links in messages or sending them on emails , files should be directly sent to whatsapp
THE PROBLEM:Let’s say the truth… the dark side of Manychat is that you have to build an automation for every post you create.If you publish once per day, you will have to spend more time inside Manychat rather than in the creation of content, right?THE SOLUTION:A new automation that sends a specific pvt reply to any comment under any post on that profile, with that SPECIFIC keyword.So, if i have 10 different reels with the same CTA, they will all trigger the same automation.For example: “reply with this message (and this comment reply) to ANY comment containing the word MINDSET”.So i will set ONLY ONCE this and i can create dozens of reels or posts where i have the same CTA: “Write MINDSET and you will get my bribe about Mindset”And instead of creating dozens of the same automations inside Manychat, I have always the same message to the same Keyword.This feature will skyrocket Manychat over any other competitor.Give me a free premium account (for each my profile) if you think i gave you a million dollar idea (and it is). 😉

Hola no requiero que hagan nada con el audio de whatsapp solo quiero el ID el cual ya tienen porque me sale en el codigo del chat.que en el jscon de mi webhook pueda añadir ese id si es audiosería meterlo en ultimo mensaje (actualmente dice ultimo mnesaj de texto) sería meter ahi el id de audio y que en el json pueda obtener ese ID, porque en mi n8n ya reconoce si es audio o texto y si es audio ya lo pasa a texto openai. Ojala se pueda hacer esto, ya lo tienen ahi, solo es que lo activen.
