Hi there, I miss the “quick reply” or the “button” options after a video or audio massage.I receive the information in a pop-up that buttons and quick replys are only possible after text massages.Would it be possible to add quick replys and buttons after a video or audio massage? That would be a great way to increase the UX with some flows.I’ m located in Germany.Maybe that’s why it doesn’t work, due to any specific lawsThank you in advance!
So many tools out there already have this option and interpret images acording to its content, it can read numbers written on the image or letters, etc. When is this going to be available for Manychat?
Hello,When using the Manychat IA step in the flow, I think a great addition would be to let the possibility to add “custom fields” and “bot fields” in the “Goal” and “Context” for the IA.Thus, we would be able to customise even more the quality of the responses, thus improving lead generation and customer satisfaction.What do you think?

When setting up a new DM automation I really miss the feature to set the automation for my NEXT POST OR REEL I schedule my content to post, I want to be able to schedule my dm automation. I am a paid customer and this feature was one of the reasons I’ve subscribed to your service. I have used manychat less, and am considering cancelling my subscription due to the lack of this feature I once had.
Be able to set up a wallet balance check for multiple ManyChat account via an API Call or Email notifications, etc.
i tried to apply a condtion that depends on the current date being before a customer user field date (i.e. current date is before end of subscription). It’s possible only with date&time variable. i also didn’t manage to automatcially create date&time variable based on time variable.I think this is a trivial request

Add a new left-hand menu labeled "RESELL FLOWS." On this page, include a button "+" to add a new serial key for a flow. Each serial key generated will populate a table on this page. On the right side of each serial number listed, there will be two statuses: USED or FREE. The status USED will apply when the flow is imported into ManyChat by a user who inputs the serial number to finalize the import process.In the Share Flow (export) popup window, after enabling the Activate Sharing button and selecting the checkbox Allow visitors (users) to copy this automation (flow), a new checkbox should appear. This checkbox will activate a feature labeled: THIS FLOW CAN ONLY BE IMPORTED WITH A SERIAL NUMBER.When this checkbox is enabled, any user importing this flow into another ManyChat account will encounter a popup window with an additional field titled Insert the serial number. Only after entering the correct serial number will the flow import successfully into the other ManyChat account.The process of verifying the serial number is straightforward. When a user inputs the serial number, ManyChat will verify which user created the flow and check if they have any serial numbers available with a FREE status.I am confident this feature will significantly boost ManyChat’s popularity and functionality!

When the user inserts the serial number, the manychat system will verify from what user this flow cames and will verify in this user have any serial number created and FREE.I have certain it will make manychat more famous and greater!!
I needed search for the numbers 1 to 10 in my column ‘code’ to show only rows that had numbers in that column code so for this i would just enter the numer 1, 2, 3 in the field Lookup Value but i can only use custom field in this field.So i needed to create 10 custom fields named lookup_code_column_1, lookup_code_column_2, etc and define the value 1, 2, 3 for each and only after do all this i could use the custom field lookup_code_column_1 in the field Lookup Value to make manychat understand that i wanted in the Lookup Value a simple number. frustrating. I am talking about google sheets integration offcourse.

I would like to request the addition of a field for entering the thread ID to enable the bot to remember the conversation context. The details are as follows: Field Name: Thread ID This field will allow the system to link user messages to their respective conversation threads. Purpose: To ensure continuity in conversations by enabling the bot to retrieve past interactions using the Thread ID.

It is very tiring to locate and change anything regarding the quick answers. Would it be possible to improve this feature? The screen does not include the name of the quick answer and the edit or delete icon in the same place. It is tiring and time consuming to change anything.. Manychat is such a good tool, but this feature is terrible to use. See below:
I would like to request a global context for artificial intelligence. In the case of ManyChat, it would be very useful to have the ability to input global information about the company or client so that the AI bot can use it or not in any chat.
Add feature to pass the conversation ownership to another app before the automation is completed. Many times the customer does not complete the automation flow (especially complex flows), and we need to have a Live Agent take over handling the conversation in our third party app, Brandwatch. Even adding “Mark Conversation as Open” before the automation flow has ended does not hand over the conversation. There needs to be an option implemented for this to take into account user behavior. i’m having trouble running multiple automations at the same time and need some help on how to do it or structure it. We have a chatbot on manychats which feeds our crm, so we have multiple triggers such as detect city of interest and detect product of interest e.g. if user sends a whatsapp message that contains “X”, a flow of product “X” starts and it stores “X” in a custom field called product of interest. At the same time, if message contains “City Y” in the message, it stores “City Y” in a custom field called “City of interest”. But seems that if message says I’m interested in X in City Y, it runs only 1 automation (not sure how it chooses which to prioritize) Help would be much appreciated.
Dear Manychat. Since the CIS countries use Russian more, it is difficult for them to work in English. Since many functions through translation do not work correctly and do not understand. There are platforms that work in Russian, but I like Manychat more. I think it will be the best gift for the New Year!
