    Ability / User Field To See Last Person Who RepliedNew

    In handling IG dms from leads - it would be exceptionally useful to have a field that would allow me to filter by last person to reply - me, or them. People who haven’t replied obviously need follow-upsAnd chats where I am the one to not reply obviously need a reply. But currently they’re all shuffled up and it’s impossible to separate them - this feature would be etremely useful not just for myself, but every user of manychat, and also would be extremely easy to implement. Just need a field or trigger, regarding who was the last to reply, or a trigger that goes off when the lead replies to us

    Hello, I wish that in the mobile application, it can be configured that agents receive notifications of conversations assigned to other agents. This way, if the agent who had the assigned conversation is not available, another agent can see the message notification and can attend to it.

    I have thousands of contacts and most of the time, I meet google sheets limits. Is there a way of, instead of using API, we’ll just authorize Manychat to be an EDITOR of a google sheet so Manychat can READ and Write to the google sheets as many times as needed without going into the limits of an API?I see some other chatbot is using this technique.OR is there a way that manychat will offer an internal database or worksheet just like Google Sheets and be able to READ and WRITE to database without the limits of Google Sheets

    Schedule a Code to Go LiveNew

    From a company/business aspect: we need the ability to schedule a code to go live at a later date! For example, I want to use a code like JUNE24 that will be active in June, but I can’t create it ahead of time because then if someone comments with the word “June” it’ll send them a link that’s not public knowledge yet. I have to set a reminder for the day before to make the code live, which is so unideal!

    I think it would be cool on the home/insights page if a running tally told us how many total automated DM convos the account has had. It would be even cooler if that translated into time saved.. For example: Congrats you’ve automated a total of _______ conversations saving you an average of _______ hours.

    Be able to select "Contains Whole Word" inside Conditions Blocks (Not Just Keywords)New

    Having the ability to create a conditions blocks that specifies a value containing a whole word and not being limited to just “contains” would be a huge help in making our automations much more accurate when evaluating user inputs. If this is already possible within the keywords function, then I don’t see why we aren’t able to use this within condition blocks? Would be a lifesaver, as there doesn’t seem to be any way to work around this on the platform.

    Hello, today we only have the ability to send voice messages using the app, this helps but creates a big hassle to communicate properly with our client.My suggestion and request: add this ability to the desktop version. Thank you.

    Ability to send post to in group as we manage “Telegram Group Notification App” it only send a limited string to a group as notification also not make a record for it,  and also conversion in a group by mentioning, and schedule a post to a group.

    Add an option to change the contact nameNew

    I work in a company where the full name of customers is required for searching purposes. However, there is no option to change the name visible in the contact card in the contact list. In some cases, I have to change it through the API via an action. It would be beneficial to have a button to change it right there, as it would streamline the process. This would be beneficial in cases where the contact has a name that differs from their legal name.

    Why on earth does a chatbot company not have LIVE chat support?  How it SHOULD be: Paid users should be able to reach out to support in a LIVE chat during normal business hours. How it is: Your support team takes weeks to respond, and when they finally do they ask questions or send links to unrelated articles instead of actually investigating the issue.

    Can you force a link to open in a device's native browser instead of an in-app browser? One of the biggest things I ask users to do in my ManyChat flows are follow me on Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, Instagram, etc. The challenge I'm having is, Facebook Messenger always opens the links in the in-app browser, but there user isn't logged in to the in-app browser.
