Hi,I had some difficulties setting up my WhatsApp account on ManyChat, and during the process, I ended up purchasing three phone numbers. However, I only need one of these numbers now. Could you please advise how I can cancel the other two phone numbers to avoid being charged the monthly fees?Thanks for your assistance!

Hi, I've been using these two interchangeably - not on purpose. I use them both for the same purpose and I get confused which one I'm "supposed to choose"? What exactly is the difference between these two?

Hello. I have multiple clients and in the workflows I have asked the end user to tap a button to ‘get updates” and this adds them to the daily messenger list. For some reason for a while people are getting stuck and when they hit the get updates the flow does not proceed. Any advice? Thanks On a side note, I can’t update any of my workflows anymore. When I edit them and hit update nothing happens. 

Hi! In my automation, I will have a qualifying questions. I have issues with collecting/saving their age because I want their answers to be text based and not jut numbers or buttons. I want their answers to be detected as age even when their answers has any words. For example, they answer “21yo” or “21 years old”,  I want this to be detected as age. How can I do this? 

I just signed into my Manychat account to edit a few flows, and noticed that a few of them had a ‘lock symbol on and this message ‘This item is a part of a locked Template which means it is locked from viewing and editing by the Template owner’. They’re all ‘auto DM links from comments’ automations.Any suggestions on how to edit these or do I need to recreate them all from scratch?

Não há nenhuma opção nas “Data Collection” me dá a opção de salvar a resposta em um Campo do tipo Data, existe alguma forma de eu fazer isso?Caso:Meus clientes agendam a entrega pelo WhatsApp, e eu coleto o dia/mês da entrega hoje por texto mesmo, e depois altero manualmente para ter a data nas outras automações, gostaria de fazer isso de forma automática, o cliente responde uma data, já armazena no Campo tipo Data para ser utilizado nas próximas automações.

I’m having difficulty in clearing all of the manychat pieces from facebook. I have removed the facebook account from the messenger section in manychat. I have removed manychat from business integrations and from advanced messenger settings on both of my business pages. I have deleted all sequences. Yet, I’m still getting the manychet welcome message when new people engage with my page on messenger. Any ideas??

Hi community, has anyone found a simple way of keeping track of how many ManyChat new leads they aquire on a daily/weekly/monthly basis? I’m looking for a simple report or way to count how many new ManyChat leads we recieved during any given period. Bonus points if the report diferentiates the count of Facebook leads VS Instagram leads. Thank you for any help.  Martin

The problem is when I try the node for Instagram messages the messages never send even though the node says success.

Hello,  I have set up an automation for IG where they sign up for a free challenge where they are to receive a message every day.    I noticed that the initial message was sent out and that these people have “Passed” but the message does not get delivered.    I have attached a photo so that you can see.    

Hi, first time builder here.We’re using Manychat for an HR funnel and I do not want my list selection to re-engage in automation once its triggered. Otherwise, we’ll have your CRM just blow up with notifications.Example:Asking a Y/N question or single choice from many. Responder clicks on Y or any option. Sequence activated.Now if responder re-engages with lets say N, automation starts again.How can I prevent this from happening? Once action is triggered, it should require further confirmation before continuing or re-engaging.

I have an automation that checks if a user is following me or not and then sends a different message based on that condition. The problem is it sends everyone the message that’s supposed to be sent to non followers ( I know because I checked with my alt account and followed before triggering the automation)Anyone had the same issue? My CTR rate is too low because even my followers get the message “Hey follow me before getting X”

For your information, I have the ManyApp full pack. Here's what I want to do:Count the number of messages sent by a user on a specific flow (Whatsapp)Here's what I have as a lead:Users arrive on the flow I want to track and I assign them a tag corresponding to the specific flow. I set up a tracking automation : based on keyword with the trigger “Users send a message”. The problem is that I don't have an option to select something like “all messages sent”. My idea is to put a : if message contains a, e, i, j etc.. for the 10 most common letter. Obviously it's not really a perfect approach. Do you have better idea ? Then a condition of tag for the specific flow And finally I have an action

I am trying to clarify the user input using chatgpt but I can not find any field to store the gpt response. Does anyone know why this is? seems like a bug.
