HELP!!! Has anyone had this problem? On May 15th, this tag Failed migration CUF to SUF 15/05/2025 12:08 was automatically added by the system to some chats, but I don’t know what it means. Since that date, I’ve been facing some issues: according to the filters in ManyChat, I’ve been receiving the usual number of chats (around 800), but the agents are receiving far fewer (only 20–30 per day). I’ve checked the Unassigned and Closed folders for the missing chats, but they’re not there. Where else could those chats be?

Hello!Manychat seems to be prompting me to upgrade to a Pro Plan (I’m currently on the free plan) in order to use DM-Link automation. I have 4 DM link automations set up right now for 4 of my posts, however, to add a 5th, it’s asking me to upgrade to Pro. I was under the impression this was available on the free plan (correct me if I’m wrong). And as far as I’m aware, I haven’t reached the contacts threshold or enabled in any other pro features to trigger it.It’s all a bit confusing, so I’d love if anyone can give some insight into what it could be. Thank you!

i refreshed permissions and manychat automation is not sending link i set up with a particular comment. it sends the commenter right back to the post they commented on to get the link! They do receive a message from me but it’s the original picture they commented on!

Hola comunidad, Tengo un problema: Tengo las automatizaciones en manychat activas pero no funciona el disparador. Anteriormente ha funcionado correctamente y ha disparado 892 veces correctamente pero dejó de funcionar y nose cuál es el motivo y como lo puedo solucionar, he intentado crear automatizaciones nuevas pero tampoco funcionan. Tengo el plan PRO con disparos ilimitados.

I’m trying to send broadcasts out to different tags using the target audience feature. It has previously worked, and now it is not sending to some of the users in the tag. For example, if 100 users are in a tag only 5 users get sent the broadcast. Any ideas why this would be happening?

Olá pessoal,Minha página já trocou de nome algumas vezes e esteve conectada no ManyChat com outro nome. Depois da mudança do meu negócio e do @ da página do FB/IG eu conectei ela aqui e criei uma automação de boas vindas. Porém, depois de uns dias o maychat começou a mandar - aparentemente - uma frase de boas vindas em nome da página antiga! O problema é que não tem nenhuma automação na minha página conectada e não consigo excluir essa mensagem. O manychat fica mandando sempre 2 mensagens: 1 da página antiga e 1 da página nova (a que é a que tá valendo)! My facebook account was disabled therefore I can’t log into many chat any longer. I did make my daughter admin of my page before it was disabled. I created a many chat account under her page and it did recognize my page but won’t let me manage it from her account unless I give her permission from my manychat account which I can’t log into. how do I resolve this?

 Hey everyone! 👋🏼I’m building a flow where I need to make sure the bot was the last one to send a message and that the user hasn’t replied since.Here’s what I’m trying to do: I add a Smart Delay of 30 seconds after sending a message. After that, I want to check if the last user interaction happened more than 30 seconds ago (to confirm they didn’t reply and that it’s safe to continue). Ideally, I would use a condition like: 👉 “Last Interaction on Instagram more than 30 seconds ago” 🚫 The problem: In the condition settings, I can only compare using minutes — the smallest option is 1 minute. So I can’t check for interactions in the 30-second range.🧠 Has anyone found a workaround for this? Any creative way to check interaction time with more granularity? Can this be done with a custom field + API or HTTP request? Or is this a hard platform limitation that requires redesigning the logic? Would really appreciate any ideas or experiences — thank you in advance! 🙌🏼
