Hi, Im trying to set up an email marketing campaign using sequences (i think thats where i should be doing it). I understand the “schedule” feature well- using this to schedule when emails are sent out. The problem is every time im adding a new “sequence message” ie- “sequence message 2”, it asks me to set a trigger for “WHEN” the message is sent. I dont know how to set this up because i thought that the “schedule” option already alows me to spcify when the email is being sent out.  Thanks for the help in advance.

Hi guys, my whatsapp number is not working at all. I cant receive any messages from anyone, I dont know what happened… Everything was working correctly and now all of a sudden I cant receive messages…  I’ve tried sending a message from my phone to the number and I only get one checkmark…  Ani ideas?

I am reaching out because I have an auto-reply message activated on my Instagram account, which automatically replies to users who message me. However, I am unable to find where to disable or modify this auto-reply feature. I’ve followed all of the troubleshooting steps suggested by ChatGPT, but unfortunately, none of them have worked. I’ve looked through the settings and options available, but the auto-reply seems to remain active. Could you please assist me in disabling this feature or guide me on how to resolve this issue?

A non follower commented a keyword to receive a message with two buttons. On my end the message shows sent but on their end they just received an empty message because they first had to accept receiving a message from my account since they do not follow me. So essentially the automated message doesn’t reach them after they accept my message request. Is there anyway to fix this?

Hi!I have started using manychat and I have built a Instagram template that would make appointments and when testing, everything worked until I have sent message to the test account to which manychat and its template was linked . That message would have triggered the template to work, however I didn't get the message I wanted, I got "This template works!", each time I have sent message.I really don't know why it has happened. I am new to ManyChat and have built a few automations (Instagram Comments). I have inserted a Smart Delay after sending a message with the link to a free eBook, I’d like to have a short delay and then send them a follow up message that says thanks for joining our community … I have inserted a smart delay of 10 seconds … but the bot does’t delay sending the follow up mesage. Scratch this question … I figured it out

Adquiri um numero novo (US) para uso do WhatsApp Business. Ele está integrado ao ManyChat, porém não consigo alterar o nome de exibição - mesmo recebendo email do Facebook informando que o mesmo foi aprovado. Quando vou em “Certificado” aparece “Nome atual: Manychat” e “Novo nome: Manychat”. O que pode estar impedindo a mudança?

Hola buenos días. Tengo un problema y que Manychat desconecta Whatsapp. Y por ejemplo si yo hago la prueba de enviar un mensaje al número que tengo conectado con Manychat solo aparece un chulito. Funciona por un rato, y luego vuelve a pasar. Me ha tocado desvincular el número y volverlo a vincular para vuelva a funcionar. Está última vez me di cuenta que si espero varias horas se vuelve a conectar solo. Pero igual esto me afecta porque si tengo un anuncio en meta corriendo y la gente llega a mí WhatsApp y no le llegará ninguna información pues es como complicado. Alguien sabe a qué se debe esto y qué puedo hacer? Gracias! 

I frequently use Manychat on my mobile devices but i have not be able to use them because it says they need to be updated. The application just go into a loop and doesn’t allow me to update. Is anyone else having this issue?

Sucede que yo cuando hice el proceso de vinculacion de Manychat a whatsapp la sugerencia dentro del mismo dice que compre un "chip nuevo sin que este antes aya usado whatsapp para evitar problemas con uno ya en uso" asi que lo hice y lo vincule luego de esto Manychat creo un perfil automáticamente de Whatsapp para este numero en mi portafolio comercial de Meta, sin necesidad de activarlo con mi celular hasta hai dije que todo estaba correcto....(adjunto imagen 1 ...es el numero nuevo en maychat) El problema es que ahora en el administrador de anuncios de Facebook cuando quiero cambiar el whatsapp antiguo por el nuevo nuemero que vinculo Manychat automáticamente, simplemente no me da la opción (adjunto imagen 2)-no se si se debe a que solo soy pro de 15 días gratis, -o me falta la verificación de mi portafolio comercial -o hay una configuración que debo de hacer para que el numero nuevo ya me salga en el administrador de anuncios de Faceboook
