Hello Everyone:I’d like to automate comments on OTHER people’s posts. Meaning show support when Instagram users use certain hashtags. Is it possible to automate a hashtag search that will comment on my behalf on other peoples’ content?

conforme meu print abaixo, queria saber se meu raciocínio está correto, se o pedido for agendado para meu cliente e se a última mensagem que ele me enviou que acho que é a função: "última interação com o usuário", se for menor que 24h, manda mensagem normal, senão, manda template, estou correto no meu raciocínio?  

olá, pessoal, comecei ontem no many chat, preciso de apoio, como faço follow-up no whatsapp no mesmo fluxo (na janela de 24h mesmo), tentei várias formas aqui e não consegui. A seguir na imagem foi o teste que fiz e na condição coloquei Offset +1minuto e nada acontece, ou seja, se o usuário não apertar nenhum dos 3 botões na mensagem #8 em X tempo, enviaria outra mensagem ou o inscreveria numa sequência, caso ele responda antes desse X tempo, ele continuaria o fluxo normal. Alguém sabe fazer isso? Grato.

Estou tendo problema pra entrar na minha conta do Instagram com o manychat, está pedindo acesso a uma conta antiga minha que eu não tenho mais acesso, gostaria de saber oque fazer nesse caso pois não estou conseguindo rodar nada por conta desse problema

2 problems my automation is not adding the tag to contacts (I suspect because of the 2nd issue) I cannot manually add tags to the contacts - they are not active:

Hi everyone,I’ve been dealing with a strange issue for the past few months – people are unable to message my page at all (no message button), and when someone tries to follow me, they get a warning notification like “Be careful who you follow.”I’ve checked everything I could on Facebook and Instagram settings, but nothing helps. Over the past couple weeks responding to messages that come through twilio has stopped and thrown an error however the messages are coming through but I cannot respond. I have disconnected and reconnected and still have the same issues 

I'm having a problem with my workflow, which retrieves up to 5 messages, merges them and sends a single message to N8n.But I've noticed an error: when the user sends a short message like “Hi, how are you?”, but if the user sends a long message with line breaks, it hangs. Here's the error returned by the External Request node:Bad control character in string literal in JSON at position 454 (line 3 column 423).Do you have a solution for formatting all long texts containing line breaks so that the External request node accepts the content? 

Hola! Tengo asociados unos anuncios con un flujo que que se dispara al DM cuando alguien responde el ad. Pero cuando lo asocio directamente con el anuncio en la parte del mensaje desde Meta, activo el anuncio y la automatización no funciona. Incluso el anuncio llega a no generar impresiones, y ni bien le quito el flujo se reactiva con normalidad el anuncio.  ¿alguien sabe que pueda estar pasando?

uma vez a cada 20 dias eu excluo contatos de 20 dias atrás e por algum motivo os valores de contatos em dias recentes mudam, por exemplo:puxei o valor do dia 07/05 e estava que 208 se inscreveram nesse dia, que foi ontem, logo após excluir os contatos que se inscreveram a 20 dias atras, esse valor foi para 284 e não só esse dia mas todos os dias recentes mudaram de valores tanto para cima, como nesse exemplo, quanto para baixo, como um dia que estava registrado 115 no dia e após a exclusão foi para 71, alguém sabe o pq isso acontece?

hi guys ! I will be working with 2 setters for my IG account and need to use Manychats. However we are experiencing some complications. When in the Manychats - how do I find a specific chat? We have it integrated with IG and when i search for a chat by IG handle, i don’t find anything. Im looking in all possible folders. How do I go about this?Also, not all chats show up in ManyChats. For example, we had a trigger live for a reel - we got a decent amount of comments and the automation worked on all of them, however not all of them showed up in the Manychat UI..It seems to me that there could be some kind of integration error? I would be grateful for some feedback here! So i am just looking for an automation process to add to my instagram account that just says “thanks for the comment and follow” or some other response. I don’t want a link to be provided or any thing. I just can’t keep up with all the comments. Thoughts on how to do this?

Hello, I’d like to send automation to people who spontaneously get in touch trhough messanger or instagram.I try to subscribe them to a welcome sequence or to trigger an automation and even though this is marked as “done” in the chat window, nothing happen.I refreshed permissions and automations are on and not paused.Anyone can explain what is wrong?Is this possible with the free version?Is there a workaround? Thanks,Caterina
