 what are you waiting for to improve the manychat instagram features from the computer (web), it is very limited and I am missing opportunities for those who interact from those devices whether they are windows or ios.

I'm creating a flow on ManyChat where I ask customers questions to collect information and then recommend products that suit them. However, when I preview it on Messenger, it sends a series of questions all at once without waiting for the customer's response. How can I ask customers one question at a time, wait for their response, and then move on to the next question after collecting the information?

Pessoal, tentei conectar o whatsapp no manychat para poder usar o whatsapp pelo celular. Mas ao conectat meu whatsapp caiu, isso é normal? Como faço para fazer da maneira que não caia o número. Caiu na hora de puxar as conversas. Alguém tem algum vídeo explicado?

It returns a JSON error when formatting the message, and the same occurs when I pass it as Header.Even clicking on JSON Encoder doesn't work.Prints Attachments.Has anyone experienced this error and could tell me how to resolve it?

Hi!  I have been using automation to send links to my Instagram and Facebook followers for many months now and love it.  In the post I tell them to comment a specific word and if they do then the automation sends them the link to purchase.  It has been working perfectly but I have recently come upon a new article from Meta (https://www.facebook.com/business/help/259911614709806) that sounds like they are now saying it is “comment baiting”.  Comment baiting: Asking people to comment with specific answers (words, numbers, phrases or emojis). My question is, does this apply to our automated messages and will this change things for this feature moving forward?  I’m not really baiting them it’s just an easy way for them to get the link right to their inbox automatically if they want it. I don’t want to use the automation if it’s going to get my account suspended or action taken against me in any way.Thank you!

hola a todos. Tengo problemas conectando mi WhatsApp a manychat. Compre un numero nuevo especialmente para gestionarlo con las automatizaciones de ManyChat Pro. Funciono bien por los primeros dos dias y comenzaron los problemas. he intentado reconectar a WhatsApp bussines pero sin exito. No recibo el codigo de verificacion. Hola, estoy usando manychat desde hace poco tiempo, he automatizado muchos de mis post con palabras claves, pero un día funcionan bien y al siguiente la automatización se detiene. En el panel de control la automatización me aparece activa pero no responde los mensajes¿Alguien me podría ayudar por favor?

Hey, this is the first time Im using Manychat. I tried to connect my Instagram account but the screen gets fully black with an error text “400 session invalid”. I tried to connect my instagram account both from a PC and mobile but I still get the same error. Does anyone know how to solve it?

How can I give my VA access to  my account so she can help?

When I try to connect my Instagram, it is connecting to a different Instagram and I removed that Instagram and it will not allow me to connect the correct one.  I even created a new Facebook and it still will not connect the correct one. 

I had previously set up comment automation via Manychat on a video with approximately 1 million views, and Instagram warned me that the account could be suspended. Now, I want to set up a comment automation on an account with 350,000 followers and videos with at least 350,000 views, but since I know it will get much more interaction, I don't want the account to be banned if I make the same mistake again. What path should I follow to get high engagement without getting caught by Instagram? Has anyone encountered this error before, or what is the solution?

Hi ManyChat community.  I NEED HELP!  I am just getting started with ManyChat, but am unable to connect both my IG & FB accounts.  I have both personal and business accounts for both, and when I go to connect, only my personal accounts show up, and ManyChats is suggesting I need to switch those into business accounts….but I already HAVE business accounts.  The troubleshooting & FAQ page is not helpful. 😕 UPDATE: I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT!!!!

I am on the pro plan. Automations are live. I have message in the opening dm before sending the next message. I have some people receiving the automation and some not. Some of the ones who are not page is public so it being private is not a thing. Someone also sent me a screenshot of them receiving my DM but with a blank message. It is attached. I will get several messages of people saying that no link was received. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,  I created a menu for the instagram with 3 items. I already tested this with an android and it works. With an iPhone the main menu only shows, at first, the first item. To be able to see the other items, i need to swipe up. Even though i have difficulties to select the first item.The first image shows the menu without swiping up.The second image shows the whole menu after swiping up. Does any one have problems opening the main menu in instagram with an iPhone too?
