Tinha uma conta do manychat logado pelo Facebook com meu Instagram nele também. Quando fui colocar mais uma opção de login, o email, o site viu que eu já tinha uma outra conta e fez login nela sem nenhum processo de sim ou não. Quando fui perceber não conseguia mais voltar a minha conta logada com o Instagram onde eu já tinha todas minhas automatizações feitas e contatos nelas. Como faço para voltar para essa conta? Além de tentar logar meu Instagram nessa "nova" conta, é preciso de uma verificação onde não acho nenhum lugar para fazer isso.

Olá, poderia me ajudar?Cliente me envia mensagem, porém nao conseguimos visuzalizar pois fica com a seguinte mensagem em vermelho “Tipo de mensagem não suportado”.Abrindo pelo app, fica como “mensagem nao compativel: wa_unsupported”.O que pode ser isso? é relativo ao que o cliente enviou ou sobre alguma automação?

Hello, the automated comments in my chat are not working. What can I do to solve this problem?

I have been working on an automation with Manychat ffor a whileBut now I got a problem with syncing information from Google Sheets: When I use the “Get For by Value” function, it doesn’t save the imports I have to make.In the past, I was able to do it, but it has been at least week since it doesn’t work at all: I am exemplifying under here:I choose the spreadsheet, lookup, etc as usual. But once I click on “save”, when I come back, the information on which info manychat should get from the sheet, gets cleaned as if I haven’t selected anything before  Am I doing something wrong? Is it a problem on Manychat platform? 

He estado trabajando en una automatización con Manychat desde hace un tiempo,pero ahora tengo un problema al sincronizar información desde Google Sheets.Cuando utilizo la función “Get Row by Value”, las configuraciones que hago para importar los datos no se guardan correctamente.Antes funcionaba sin problemas, pero ya hace al menos una semana que dejó de funcionar por completo.Voy a ejemplificar:Selecciono la hoja de cálculo, configuro la búsqueda, etc., como siempre.Pero después de hacer clic en “guardar”, cuando regreso para revisar, la información sobre qué datos debería obtener Manychat desde la hoja aparece en blanco, como si no hubiera seleccionado nada. ¿Estoy haciendo algo mal? ¿O es un problema en la plataforma de Manychat?

As far as I understand, they would need to create a ManyChat account and add me as an administrator, but I'm not sure how they would do that. I set up an automation and my key word isn’t working. It isn’t responding to people and it’s rly frustrating. I tried refreshing permission and it says that my account doesn’t work. Pls advise 

Why my Manychat account is showing Whatsapp channel was turned off

Hi. This is happening for three days now. Using FB messenger for my automations. The buttons work when I'm clicking it from the business suite page, but on the customer's end everyone of them claim link is not appearing. I confirmed that my links doesn't work well. In fact it perfectly fine the previous months and I haven't changed configuration since. I checked all aspects, status, and it seems eveything should work as it suppose to. No problem in my settings and payment. Buttons which contains link cannot be accessed by customers. Nothing happens when they click the button.

Eu tenho uma conta PRO a muito tempo, porém não sei o que aconteceu que ela não quer mais funcionar.Eu estruturo as mensagens, as automações bonitinho, publico, fica aparecendo que está ativo, mas quando alguém comenta a palavra chave em uma das nossas publicações, simplesmente não funciona. Nesses últimos meses fizemos uma campanha de carnaval, programamos as automações para as lives e advinha, não funcionou.Não sabemos o que fazer, mas se não resolver o problema vou ter que cancelar e encontrar outra plataforma que atenda essa demanda da minha empresa, pq estou perdendo vendas e otimização de tempo com a falta de funcionalidade dessa ferramenta. Leudair Vinter de Farias

I had previously tested a simpler tool but quickly realized the potential of Manychat to centralize and replace almost all of the company's marketing solutions.I’ve been exploring the platform for a few days now and making adjustments for the new bot. However, I’ve encountered some challenges. First, the lack of a field to use equations or code for handling variables, as I was able to do in the platform I used before. From what I understand, this has to be handled via API instead.But now I’m stuck on another issue. Hi all! One of the admins on my team is unable to reply to IG DMs, she is getting the message “You have insufficient rights to chat with the contact. Please reach out to one of the page administrators.” but I’m not sure what I need to select in the settings to allow her to respond in ManyChat. Any insight?

Hi! I’m missing a step with my first ManyChat automation in a Telegram channel (with a chat/discussion) that I run.I have connected ManyChat and Telegram. I’ve created the automation in ManyChat. I’ve created a specific ManyChat/Telegram bot using BotFather.Now … I’m not sure what to do next. The instructions end with creating the bot.Do I add the new bot as an admin to my Telegram channel?
