hello i don't know what more to do.  I tried to use WhatsApp OR I tried to connect. this comes at the end:  You can't complete the setup process because your business doesn't meet WhatsApp's policy requirements. If you think this is incorrect, reach out to Meta Business Suite support for help. everything I checked makes sense and now I really dont know what to do. im not able to connect.do you have any ideas?? 

Hi everyone,I’d like to share an issue I’m experiencing while trying to integrate a phone number for use via the WhatsApp API through Manychat.Initially, when attempting to integrate the phone number for the first time, we encountered a problem—the verification code from Meta never arrived due to an issue with our device. Once we resolved the device issue, we attempted to finish the integration process. However, since it took us some time to fix the problem, the browser did not function properly when requesting a new code. As a result, we decided to restart the process.To ensure a clean setup, I went to Business Manager, deleted the WhatsApp Account, and started the integration again from Manychat. However, just before reaching the step where we request the verification code, an error message appeared stating:"The selected commercial portfolio has the following restrictions, which may affect your ability to create or modify WhatsApp Business accounts.

I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Manychat. No matter whether I’m at home or at work, the platform keeps displaying an Internet connection problem error, even though my internet is working perfectly fine. I’ve tried accessing Manychat from different locations and networks, and I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it as well as rebooting my iPhone but the issue remains the same. It has been like this for a couple days at lleast.   Could you please help me troubleshoot this ASAP? It says Give your connection another go check if you have wi-Fi and data And try again 

Hey, My data isn’t transferring to a google sheet in one of my manychat accounts for some reason.  I tried to go to the help centre for troubleshooting but the page isn’t there anymore.  I’ve refreshed permissions and no luck. All the input fields are fine and functioning - and i’ve selected the right sheet. Thanks Carrie 

For the past few days, the app keeps saying I am not connected to WIFI but I am. I can’t connect my FB post to Manychat via the app. I have deleted and reinstalled and signed in and out. Any ideas how to fix it?

Estou rodando a API oficial pelo manychat e quando coloca um atraso inteligente para envio de uma mensagem, não são todas as pessoas que recebem a sequencia. O exemplo no print eu enviei um teste com 2 contatos e a partir da segunda mensagem apenas 1 contato recebeu o restante do fluxo

Hello there,I would like to export my contact data to google sheet. Everywhere in Q&A says I have to set up an action block then broadcast them to the contacts…(Frankly speaking,  it is not intuitive) But I cannot find the Broadcast tap on the left.Is it a Trial account thing or the broadcasting function has been sunsetted for good? THANKS!Thompson 

Hey everyone,I run a sales and lead gen agency for influencers and I am leaving high level as their automations are buggy.I want to set up on here and I currently have 5 Instagram accounts i manage.How do i set up all 5 IG accounts without the client paying for it on their side, I have access to their pages of course, but when I log in it’s asking them to approve my request, make me an admin in *their* manhychat and then prompting them to set up a subscription to add a new user.I want all of the manychats accounts to be owned, managed and paid for on my side, 100%.My agency is a done-for-you serviceMy contracts with all of the clients is for a revenue % where i cover all costs of software / staff, so I know have to go back on agreements.How do I fix this, thanks.

Hello, nice to meet you alli just started a trial for the pro plan and im facing some issues1. API connection with Makei created An api key thru My profile > API settings > generete api keyand i entered this API  to manychat integration at Makebut i get this error “[401] Wrong token”Maybe it is because of im on trial? i tried to find guides about it but nothing worked2.When i openned a sub account for another facebook page it asked me to upgrade this sub account for proi thought the payment is per contact not per sub-accountsand agian maybe it is a problem that happen only on trial period?thanks 

The action buttons for some reason are not working on Android phones, is anyone experiencing this too and has a solution?

Hi everyone,I’ve noticed a discrepancy between the number of messages sent in ManyChat and the “Messaging Conversations Started” metric in Facebook Ads.In Facebook Ads Manager, it shows 250 messages sent, but in my ManyChat bot (AdTrigger), it only reports 150 messages sent—a difference of 100 messages.Everything is properly connected, so I’m wondering what might be causing this mismatch. Could it be due to how ManyChat tracks messages vs. how Facebook logs them? Has anyone experienced something similar or knows why this happens?Thanks in advance for your insights!  

Hey everyone!I've started working with a VA to manage messages on my Instagram page, but she should only see messages from contacts with a specific tag. Her job is to sell one service, so she doesn't need access to all messages.Right now, even though the contacts with that tag are assigned to her, she can still see every message we get. This makes things difficult because she has to search for her contacts manually on her phone.Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have a stories request automation based on a keyword, but most of the messages people reply with land in my message requests and the automation doesn’t work.  Is there a setting or something to make message requests still work? 

Hi,  Im trying to send whatsapp templates via API, but the documentation is not complete and I’m not finding a way to solve it.Right now my goal is send a message out from 24hs automatically when the appointment is 1 day before to confirm it.I have the template approved and ready to use.The broadcast option is not possible to me because it’s not possible make it automatically. Please if someone can give me more ideas I will appreaciate.Ps. Manychat was stolen from our facebook account that we used before. We opened a new account and saved our company facebook accounts and instagram account, but we cannot give approval because it is installed in our old manychat account.

Ele estava vinculado a uma conta pessoal minha do Instagram. Após começar a assistir as aulas, comecei a proceder com a criação da pagina corporativa, criei um novo instagram corporativo e depois de tudo feito, adicionei a conta whatsapp e instagram no Manychat, porém au criar qualquer automação no whatsapp ele não responde, alguem pode me dizer como solucionar este problema? ja pesquisei bastante, porem não gosto de seguir receitas de bolo... Obs: estou trabalhando inicialmente no whatsapp, sou novo em automação e não testei no instagram...

Olá, pessoal, alguém tem alguma ideia/solução para automatizar com a Hotmart?Ex: Quero disparar uma mensagem assim que uma compra for efetuada, só que o contato precisa já estar na base do Manychat, porém, como é uma compra nova eu não tenho o contato na minha base e o webhook não funciona. 

I am unable to delete any IG automations.  When trying to delete, I am presented with this error:"Having issues with the Meta connection. Please try again later.” FB automations work fine. I have already reestablished the connection to IG - problem persists. 

I have a paid subscription page offering subscribers exclusive content. I would like to use many chat to send them links to PDFs on specific posts. ManyChat is not loading any of my subscription content, and the automations do not work on those posts, but work on others. Any ideas?

HiI am not seeing the automations I set up in manychat inside of Meta Ads manager. Do I need the paid version to link the accounts?I have followed the instructions in ad set and ad set up, but not finding a message template when I select use existing.Plus I am not seeing partner app anywhere?Can anyone show me where I am messing up? Estou enfrentando um problema no meu fluxo de automação. Os usuários entram no Atraso Inteligente, mas não avançam automaticamente para a próxima etapa, o que pode ser? 

I deleted the business WhatsApp account because that's what they recommended on Manychat.  Now I'm without WhatsApp on my phone….The main problem I'm facing is that I'm unable to receive the SMS code required for verification.So what to do?Buy a new virtual WhatsApp number and make a change to the Manychat account. Then I'll have WhatsApp on my phone? If so, how to do that ?
