Is anyone also having problems saving streams that start with click on instagram ads?Manychat doesn't allow to have that same stream can start with comment to a post OR click on an ad.I would really appreciate your answer!!!!

I’ve been having this issue on mobile and would like to suggest a simple change that would greatly help with lead filtering: adding the option to filter conversations by TAG on mobile. We have this feature on desktop, but it's missing on mobile. It would be crucial for better performance.

Tenho um fluxo no qual direciono o atendimento para setores específicos, mas preciso que eles sejam notificados a cada nova mensagem dentro do chat. Mas mesmo autorizando e liberando notificações dentro do aplicativo, não recebemos essas notificações a cada nova conversa ou a cada nova mensagem. Você poderia me ajudar com isso?

I want to get (based on an ad hoc automatization) to load store information based on messages sent by store owners (something like “sotre name is XXC and is located at YYY, of TTT city open hours is ...” thos informaiton should be parsed by some IA (manuchat embbeded or though chatgpt or so) and later, when other users asks “where to buy” thah info is fetched by the IA and presented to customer  Is there some feature to achieve it ????

I have the plan that allows 500 contacts per month, and I’m marketing my chatbot VERY widely. I’m afraid of exceeding my 500 limit by thousands, and being charged a LOT of money. Is there a way that I can put a limit on the maximum number of contacts the automation will allow?

Ya prendi mi campaña pero al llegarme los mensajes de whats app no corre mi bot que hice para whats appycuando me llegan mensajes al whats me dice “Mensaje no soportado” y no empieza mi bot de whatsApp.  Podrias ayudarme por favor. Por lo que veo many chat no reconoce la vista previa de los links que llegan de las campañaas de facebook, espero darme entender. gracias

Quando fui vincular o whatsapp (usando um numero meu), ele mostrou que já havia portifolios empresariais cadastrados. Mas eu não faço ideia do que seja ou como foram parar aí. I've been trying to send a message with 2 buttons and their actions, but it only sends the message with a single button, and in the Block Dynamic (Documentation) it shows that it can be replicated, but I've been getting this error only when I duplicate, if I leave only one button it will work. Hola amigos, tengo un problema y es que la cuenta whatsapp business ya registrada en mi Meta Business con publicidad y con cuenta publicitaria vinculada y me la está reconociendo pero al hacer el último paso de verificaciones me da error en Manychat y sugiriendome que desconecte el número y lo vuelva a conectar desde manychat… eh visto en otras preguntas que pierden la línea para llamar o algún otro problema con la línea y el whatsapp. ¿Qué debo hacer para solventar este problema? ¿alguien tendrá idea?
