Hey Manychat! I am working on testing click to messenger campaigns between Meta(Facebook specifically for now) and Manychat. I am experiencing some issues where the Manychat automation is not being triggered. When a message conversation is triggered it seems to be defaulting back to a message that says: “Hi {First Name}! Please let us know how we can help you.”.  which appears to be the default greeting for Facebook.  Despite attempting a few different manors of fixing this, it is still defaulting back. I have this setup in a few different ways for testing in the “Message template” area of the engagement ad.  I have an ad setup to use partner app, and selected manychat and the automation from there. I did not use the JSON code option as the automation did not provide it in this case. This automation never triggered. Hey Everyone! I’m relatively new to Manychat, but I’ve coded several chatbots from the ground up so I’m not a complete newbie.  That said, I’m trying to deploy a bot with that simply responds to DMs and keeps a conversation going, so there’s no need for any additional triggers after the first incoming message from a user.  I’m using Make for the webhook connection message parsing, and an OpenAI assistant for the chatbot.   My routing setup is attached.The main issue that I’m having is that the chatbot will either send the same response twice, not in a row, but rather after the user responds to the first AI response, OR it will also send the user back their own message after the AI response.  I’ve gotten it really close a few times but it will still do one or the other.I’m not sure if what I’m trying to do is eit

I have removed Greeting text from Facebook and from Manychat, but it keeps showing insted of the conversation starter. The  Conversation Starter leads into an automation, but no conversation starter shown. How can I disable that, and make it so if a user clicks Send message on my facebook ad, they will see only the greeting text i set in manychat, followed by the automation which is triggered by the conversation starter?  Thank you

I am experiencing an issue with Meta click to messenger campaigns and ManyChat. While Meta shows that 33 people have clicked on the ads, only 2 people have gone through to the ManyChat flow. This is either strange or simple. I have a step that performs an action that assign “audycja” a text value, in this case “strach”.The issue is that in the WhatsApp chat I see strange text showing up (see screen) that I can’t locate in the entire flow… Is it the action itself that prints this message? 

I have set the Greeting Text, and i have created a  Conversation Starter which leads into an automation, however when i create a Facebook Ad, and select ‘create new’ it forces me to use their default template questions. How can I disable that, and make it so if a user clicks Send message on my facebook ad, they will see only the greeting text i set in manychat, followed by the automation which is triggered by the conversation starter?  Thank you

An attempt to sendContent via SwaggerHi Manychat Support Team, thank you for this amazing product,I know similar question had been asked before, with no answer.I am getting an error message, as if i am comunicating outside of 24 hours wind, but i know this is not the case.I am chatting with a page owned by me from my personal IG account, so i know i interacted recently.So i am getting that last interaction was some absurd amount of time ago, my question is how is this:What is considered an interaction: a message from customer, like, post comment, mention, etc…?Is it Manychat who keeps track of “last interaction” or is it Meta platform?Please give a clue on this, if possible.Thank you.

Hello,I've disabled all notifications in manychat but I still get a sound notification when someone sends a message.

I just tried using an automation for TikTok, but wanted to verify. It looks like we can’t send active links in the DMs and just have to redirect them to the link in our bio? I was trying to collect emails but I’ve been getting and error with any and all emails sending through my verified domain, which means the only other means of delivering a freebie is through the DM’s, but I can’t connect a link to a Google Doc or my Stan Store. Am I missing anything? Additionally, does ManyChat have any insight to the potential TikTok ban? I’m concerned about spending much time on my TT account if I only have 2 more weeks to use it. Thanks so much!!

Hi, I’m working on a ManyChat automation where users input some data, and at the end, they receive a unique reference number (folio). However, I’ve noticed that when two entries are submitted almost simultaneously (e.g., within one second), the generated reference numbers saved in Google Sheets end up being the same.How could I fix this. Hi, this is Alvaro.I’ve noticed some WhatsApp Business Accounts offering a feature where users can fill out a form directly within WhatsApp. This feature allows users to input their information and send it seamlessly. I find this functionality very useful and am curious if it’s possible to implement something similar using Manychat.I’ve attached a few images to illustrate how these forms look and function. Perhaps someone  is familiar with this feature and can guide me on whether it can be implemented through Manychat or maybe know about a tool that you can integrate to get this.Thanks in advance for your help. I am struggling to get my sequence to send any messages. At first, I set an action in my automation to subscribe the contact to my sequence.When I go into the sequences, I have set up the messages, but it asks for a trigger. So when I set the trigger to “subscribe to sequence”, it basically sends the messages immediately.But I don't get what trigger I am supposed to use in the sequence messages? The delay doesn't seem to be working for me, can you help?

Hey there, I build affiliate programs for service-based businesses and SaaS companies and I just added lead magnets to my packages because my (typically) high ticket clients need a way to collect leads through affiliates without an initial purchase. I would like to get them better results by even setting up a many chat sequence to build their list through IG using their lead magnet. I’d like to learn a good basic set up that I can teach a team member and have them do this for my clients. Would anyone like to help me set this up? I’m all about networking and startegic partnerships so I am sure I can bring you value as well. Especially if you are in coaching or real estate!

Olá. Iniciante por aqui. Testando automação simples. Criei texto com 2 botoes para redirecionar. A automação está funcionando mas os botões não aparecem. Como resolver ?  

El bot de whatsapp que tenia activo me ha dicho de repente que esta en estado desconocido y dejo de funcionar  Que puede ser eso? Y como se arregla?
