Manychat somehow swapped my email to an old email from college that doesn’t even exist anymore. So, I have no way of accessing it on the desktop and getting into my account. I’m confused how this happened because all the emails go to another email, so this is odd. Could someone assist me with this?

Hi,I have created my first automation using flows and now I am just duplicating it. However, everytime I edit the new duplicate and make it live, a popup “Your first automation is live!” shows with celebrations. It was fun the first time, the 45th time it is already too much.Any idea? It seems it’s somehow keeping the tag of the first automation even for duplicates.Thank you in advance.

When I log in to activate the Instagram follow trigger, I log in with Instagram and get this error:You can't log in with this Instagram account.Try using a Facebook account that you know is linked to this Instagram account.

My Instagram account @magno_properties is connected via Instagram OAuth. The bot receives messages but cannot reply - error says channel not available for communication. I need to switch to Meta for Business connection. Please help.

Hi,I'm having an issue with my ManyChat automation on WhatsApp Business and I'd appreciate your help.I have a flow set up with the trigger "User sends a message - Any message", but the auto-reply is not working consistently:1. When a new customer messages for the first time, sometimes they receive the auto-reply and sometimes they don't — it seems random.2. When a customer has messaged before and we closed the conversation, the auto-reply usually works fine when they message again.So the problem is mainly with new contacts or the first message in a conversation.Could you help me figure out what's causing this and how to fix it?Thank you 🙏

Hi, I’ve been trying to get this to work for 5 hours, so here I am I have an automation where the first step after the entry of user sends a message is triggered to reply with a message with 3 buttons. If the user replies in text, without clicking any buttons, then i want it to capture their text in a temp field, trigger an automation that conditions off the contents of the field and services up different responses depending on the key words the temp field contains,  no matter what i can do, i cannot get it to fire consistently. I’d list out everything i’ve tried, but I’m not sure I even remember them all the use case is, my trigger entry is user sends a message, and i have buttons going to direct them down paths to try to build value. it’s likely many people will just type in “how much?” or 10 other common questions, so i want to make sure they can still get those answers even when typing in response to buttons,

So I have taken the manychat subscription  I've integrated The automation, comment and link sending and in between the follow requirement before the consumer receives the link.But in the preview it is showing that the follow automation is working. But in actual conversation it is not being sent and I'm not getting followers from the automation. What's the issue?

I am running an automation of comment reply that isn’t working properly. Sometimes, it works, sometimes, it doesn’t. Same posts, same trigger words. I already refreshed the permissions but it didn’t change anything. The leads comment but it doesn’t iniciate the automation (only half the time). Trying to talk to someone on support for days but it is impossible!

Can one track lead response time with ManyChat? 

Hello all, So I have a carpentry business. I get tons of messages and lots of them just click on the ad without providing any data or really needing something….I need to filter those, I creater like a router when I get a message of any kind then goes to AI step and tries to identify if they need Doors, kitchen, tv set,  walk in closet, etc…. and make AI step add them to a custom field named category, and it has to add the word DOOR, CLOSET, KITCHEN etc. then goes to a condition if the category is door, send it tto the doors automatization and go from there…. but it is not doing it…. AI keeps asking stuff even though detecting what it needs doesnt add the category name and if it does add it… automatization doesnt start. That could be because maybe it added doors instead of door.I dont know, im going crazy with this….

Hi! I’m trying to make an automation super conversational, so I’m trying to avoid buttons or weird system prompts. At one point, I prompt the user to send an image. When they send an image, I would like the user to receive confirmation that I received the image and will get back to them soon (convo is assigned to me) If the user enters text, I want the convo just assigned to me If they do not reply after X amount of time, I want me to receive a different message, or maybe be assigned a tag for follow up I’ve had a MC admin and a dev look at it, and so far the only way it has workd has been using quick replies with a prompt to “Upload photp,” or “I dont have a photo.” It works, but I am really trying to keep it in a convo format - no button or quick replies Goal is:I prompt for photo user sends photo get confirmation msg user enters text get

Ok, so ChatGPT says i can create “admin commands” for within the live chat that trigger automation, and surface buttons, but only to me, not the person the live chat is with. However, whatever commands will apply to them, like changing stages. I cant get it to work and I also cant find anything else online (or here) about it… Is ChatGPT lying to me?

Hi there!New to Many Chat and trying to figure it out (from someone who is a technologically challenged!).I manage an accommodation business, and I’d like to build a database of emails from people who either sign up, or who have stayed with us and opted to sign up, so I can send them newsletters and offers in the future.I’d like to run a giveaway competition on Insta and Facebook to build interest and get people to sign up this way.I’ve no idea how to do this on Many Chat, and then when people do sign up, where do their email addresses go?  How do I store them and use them (legally?) without breaching anyone’s data?Many thanks in advance, I have zero idea what I am doing here……!!
