Setup an A.I automation step yesterday. Worked well all night , this morning I woke up and its been broken for 2 hours now. Same automation step works when connecting to a different IG account. Any ideas?

Hi, I have created an internal chatbot using CustomGPT and WhatsApp. My problem is that when there is a line break in the “last text input” (the last message on WhatsApp), ManyChat cannot send the request via the API. I don’t know why. It seems that line breaks are not supported, and there is no way to bypass this issue. There is also no way to modify a custom user field to remove the line breaks ?    

My instagram automated response only answers some of the messages and only does it every now and then, i check the triggers and its fine, refreshed the permissions and nothing seems to work. It was working fine until the start of the month. Can someone tell what can i do?

Bom Dia, eu tenho todo um fluxo pronto, e quando alguém quer falar com uma atendente, coloquei uma ação de marcar a conversa como aberta e atribuir conversa a uma pessoa. Nisso enquanto minha atendente não responde, se o cliente mandar mais outra mensagem ele reinicia a automação. Como ajustar isso? Pois queria que quando atribuísse a alguém suspendesse a automação.Obrigado! 

O Botão de Publicar não aparece.Já fui nas configurações de integração com o Instagram e estão ok. 

On my end, I can see that the automation works and the DM is sent, however, people are saying they don’t see it on their end. Is this a glitch or did anyone find a fix?  It seems totally random and inconsistent, but has been happening a lot lately!

On the “prices”-site of many chat I see the Pro-Version for 15$. When I log into my free-account and want to upgrade it, the system shows me 25$ per month. Why is that answer why can´t I get the 15$-account? Thanks for helping!

Hey everyone,Over the past few weeks, I’ve been building a waitlist for my ebook launch. Now I have several hundred contacts tagged as “waitlist,” and I want to send them a DM on Instagram with the purchase link. This seems like it should be a straightforward process, but I haven’t been able to get it to work.Here’s what I’ve tried: I set up a sequence to automatically send a DM to contacts subscribed to it. Then, I subscribed the tagged contacts to the sequence, but nothing happened. Only 2 random contacts received the DM, and I have no idea why.Is this the right approach? Or is there a simpler way to do this that I might be missing?Thanks so much for your help!

Olá a todos! Eu tenho um cliente que é um cinema e gostariamos de criar uma automação para ele, onde enviamos semanalmente aos contatos dele no manychat o catalogo de filmes. Mas, estamos em duvida sobre como vamos fazer esse envio, pois como o canal é o instagram, não existe broadcast certo?Então isso seria feito a partir de algum fluxo com algum bloco de tempo? Como contador de 7 dias?A melhor forma, seria inscrever os contatos em uma tag e coloca-los em um fluxo em loop ou em uma sequência? (Ainda não entendemos bem como sequências funcionam) Desde já agradeço muito a atenção de todos.

I have a telegram bot. I connected an automation for it. After some triggers, bots stops answering until I restart bot. How can I solve it?

im looking to use manychat to qualify leads from my facebook adds, i have a mix of questions some have text answers and others have buttons. ive been able to set things up to export the text answers to the google sheet using custom fields. but i cant seem to work out how to export the button answers to my google sheet. if anyone can advise it would be appreciated. thanks
