Hello everyone, my business's ManyChat is currently facing a significant issue: customers can't see the "Get Updates" button, or even if they can click it, they can't proceed to the next flow. I've tried reaching out to the support team, but I haven't been able to contact anyone. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

El proceso fue complicado, pero se logróMi preocupación es:Al buscar conectar ahora a Manychat con Whatsapp API, tenga que pasar por el mismo proceso complicado y que no se me conceda pasar las verificaciones.Mi pregunta es:Como ya se hizo la verificación del negocio y la cuenta de Facebook, ¿puedo utilizar esa misma cuenta de Whatsapp para conectar a Manychat? Para no tener que pasar de nuevo por el proceso de las verificaciones.(Entiendo que debe ser una cuenta nueva para no perder información, sin embargo, no veo problema con eso).Gracias!

Is there a real way to reach the manychat teams. I feel like I’m just vicious circle and not reaching anywhere. also tried link https://help.manychat.com/ but can’t find a direct support team. I want delete my account as I don’t have my facebook account anymore so I can’t log in to my many chats and my instagram is sending the automation messeges.

Hi, we have a chatbot that is supposed to start a DM based on a word trigger in Instagram DMs, but it’s not working. When we use the comment-to-DM feature, it works partially, but only for the first two sentences.When I checked the Facebook Business settings, I noticed that the primary receiver protocol for ManyChat isn’t listed there. I’ve already refreshed the connection multiple times, but it’s still not functioning properly.It’s odd that the comment-to-DM feature works partially, but the word-to-DM trigger doesn’t work at all—it doesn’t load. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

Tenho uma Conta Gratuita no ManyChat, vinculada ao meu Instagram e Facebook. Até a data de hoje (19/11/24), havia feito apenas 4 automatizações - Resposta a Comentários no Instagram. Tentei fazer 2 automatizações novas hoje e não foi permitido, exigindo atualizar para a Conta PRO, para prosseguir. Em relação a palavras-chave, inseri apenas 3 em cada automatização. Consegui fazer como Gratuito, apenas a otimização para resposta (qualquer resposta ou reação) nos stories. Há algum limite de automatizações para a Conta Gratuita?Li, no site da ManyChat, que “As primeiras 1000 conversas de Serviço do seu negócio a cada mês são GRATUITAS”.Poderiam me auxiliar a resolver esse problema e continuar com o serviço de automatização com respostas nos comentários do Instagram (e Facebook) de forma gratuita, por favor?Aguardo retorno. I want to upgrade my Manychat so I can use the auto-assign conversations, use whatsapp on the app, and get all the sales persons invited. I wanna know if that would cost $15 or more since it’s not clear on the pricing page.

Is there a way to add more than 3 buttons in a message? i need to present a lot of categories for the user to choose from and the quick reply isn’t working well for all users and they can also write whatever they want which can mess up with the flow. i need to find a way to restrict their selection to my options only.

Hello! I’m struggling to get Manychat to work when I have other tools managing Instagram DMs as well. Most help center articles talk about primary/secondary handover protocols, etc... but Meta has changed a lot since most were written.  Did you need to adjust anything under Advanced Messaging or Instagram conversation routing to get two to work at the same time, or if that impossible by design?

I will be running a giveaway on Instagram in honor of Small Business Saturday. The way people enter is to tag someone in the comments and they can tag as many people as they want in separate comments. I would love to set up an automation where they will receive a link to subscribe to my email list after they’ve commented, but I’m worried is someone comments more than once they will receive duplicate links for my email list. How can I avoid that?

Olá!Estou utilizando o ManyChat a algumas semanas e sempre que é iniciada uma conversa por ele por meio de botões ele traz um botão de uma outra caixa de dialogo que não foi acionado pelo usuário, como posso resolver essa situação?

There is one Facebook and Instagram Page we can see on the list but can't connect somehow? Don’t even know whats the issue. 5 other accounts were able to connect. I have admin permission. Did anyone have the same problem?

Hola comunidad, en esta ocasion busco llevar mis automatizaciones un poco mas alla.  Me gustaria saber si alguien de casualidad le ha resultado crear registros en WHMCS, luego de registrarse si alguien contacta por Whatsapp, le pida su nombre y correo y valide si realmente esta registrado? En tiempo real? Segun estuve leyendo puede ser mediante algun hook, otros me comentan que puede ser mediante una api, de hecho he conectado el pixel en mi sitio web. Cualquier informacion seria de vital ayuda.

Hello! I’m new using manychat and for now I only have the free plan (will get the paid plan soon) and so far I had to publish my posts and just then add the automations, which is not very easy for me since I work overseas for a company in Italy (10 hour time difference). I was wondering, with the paid plan, can I set my automations up even on a programmed post? I mainly post on instagram, facebook and tiktok. I didn’t see anything here about tiktok, but for instagram and facebook is that possible? And if so, is possible just if I program the posts through Meta Business Suite or is it possibile even if I use another app to program my posts? Any answers are welcome since I’m kind of lost here. Thank you so much!!

Aparece um erro. A conta do Instagram aparece para eu conectar, mas no momento que vou fazê-lo, não consigo. Alguém pode me ajudar?
