Hola! Estoy teniendo problemas con mi STEP AI , no me captura los datos, cosa que hace una semana si funcionaba bien. Esto me pasa en Instagram y fb. También noté que en Facebook no llegan los mensajes a Manychat. A alguien más le pasa? Como puedo solucionarlo?

Hello,Whether it is possible to delete whole chat conversation (or clean chat history) with user automatically after some delay? I need ability to limit my content availability for user for some time only.I tried to use “Delete Contact” action in the end of my automation but it doesn’t work as needed.

Hola, estoy teniendo un problema que me parte la cabeza:Al crear una automatización y simular el input de wsp o messenger, no logro obtener los datos de entrada.Dicho de otra forma, cumplo con generar un input y asignarlo a una variable, sin embargo al llamarla, me aparece sólo la variable. por ejemplo: {{cuf_12011624}} {{last_input_text}} y no el texto almacenado.Esto me está causando el problema de no poder dar un paso adelante con Make, que es la idea. Agradezco me indiquen posibles errores.

Hi MC Community!For some reason, our Auto-Lead assign is not working properly and messages are automatically moved into the ‘closed’ section. The auto-assign is turned on, as well as the option to automatically open conversations for every new message. Some of them are working, and others are being automatically moved to ‘closed’ and staying ‘Unassigned’ Has anyone else experienced this before and know how else we can trouble shoot to fix the issue? I have a Facebook Business Account connected to my Instagram Page. My Manychat account connected to my Instagram - but my Facebook page is not popping up.  When I went to Business Integrations to give ManyChat access to my permissions and settings, Meta would not let me save it. This error message kept coming up despite my selecting the appropriate boxes. Any suggestions? Should I just delete my ManyChat account and start over??

Não consigo postar mais de 5 conteudos sem ter problemas. Faço a postagem no instagram e testo pra ve se ta funcionando e não da certo. Ja faz uns 5 dias que estou vendo videos e lendo mas infelizmente não achei nada que me ajudasse.Tenho conta no facebook vinculada e atualizei o instagram com o manychat. Alguém caridoso pode me ajudar??

I have put in two requests to hear back from Manychat about more info on the Elite pricing subscription and have not heard back. Just looking to see if anyone else has had this issue, and see how to reach anyone from Manychat to ask about it? Very frustrating!

Hello all, we are new here. We are trying to figure out how to track track keyword when we use the same one “get started “on all of our posts to know where our increase/leads are coming from. Is there something that I’m missing that I’m not seeing so we can learn how to set this up. I didn’t think I’d have to make a different keyword for every individual post because that would be really, really hard to track And confusing .  Please advise  comE across this  with a  solution :) Thanks 🙏🏻 Stephanie 

Olá, pessoal!Um cliente meu possui um número de WhatsApp bem consolidado e preferi não o utilizar para o Manychat.Optei por adquirir um número comprado diretamente pela plataforma (um número +1, dos EUA, pois não há muitas opções de países).Todas as configurações ficaram OK, fluxo funcionando normalmente (conta de WhatsApp toda OK no Business Manager).Mas, quando eu inicio alguma conversa como cliente, não aparece o nome da empresa no chat do WhatsApp, apenas o número comprado. Continua aparecendo o número (isso passa uma certa desconfiança nos clientes, afinal é um número estrangeiro, com prefixo +1 ).Fiz alteração do nome dentro do próprio Manychat, conferi na conta de WhatsApp na BM, e está tudo certo. Achei que houvesse um delay, mas já passaram alguns dias e nada de mudar.  O que posso fazer para atualizar o nome de exibição no chat do WhatsApp, em vez de aparecer o número?

Is there a way to determine the IP address from where the API call used for the external request will originate? This other platform could potentially require the server’s IP to be whitelisted in order to allow the API calls to come through

I would like to send content to user in this way:day 1: user subscribed to my TG channel and received welcome messageday 2: I send user lecture 1 at specific time (e.g. 19:30 in the evening)day 3: I send user lecture 2 at specific time (at 19:30 in the evening again)ets.How to setup Smart Delay to have this delay (between day 1 and day 2) if I don’t know then in day 1 user actually subscribe to my TG channel? If I use standard 1 day delay and user subscribed e.g. at 13:45 then with 1 day delay the lecture 2 will be send at 13:45 at day 2 but I want to send at 19:30
