How do I cancel my ghost account? When I sign in I don't see that I have an account but I keep being charged.

Hello, I am new here and I would like to give it a go to this app. I have been trying to sign up for the free pro trial to make a desition but it is not working. Everytime I put the details of my card I received the test on my bank account (0 charge) and then on Manychat a message of an error apear. Any ideas how to solve this? Thank you 

Hello ManyChat Support Community,I've created an automation flow and need to make two final adjustments. The first one is to change that default profile message, "Hello, I'm using WhatsApp," but I can't find where to edit it. I've already found where to edit the profile picture, WhatsApp Business message, email, and other profile settings, but this particular message is elusive.Another thing is, I'd like to see if there's a way to set up an automatic welcome message if a user just opens the chat on WhatsApp without doing anything. As soon as they open the chat, I'd like to send a welcome message without a link or keyword trigger.Thank you for your help!

I've noticed that in the Live Chat area, there's information about the post response when someone comments on a post, but there's no way to receive this information within ManyChat as a data field.It seems that ManyChat can capture this field, but there's no way to use this information.So, is there a way to use this?If not, why isn't this option being made available to everyone?It's a shame since the information already exists.Also, this feature is already available in other chatbot systems so why not in manychat too?

I can sign in on the mobile app without issue, but no matter which browser I use on my desktop it keeps saying Authorization failed. I have the correct password and two means of signing in. I need to access the desktop version so that I can access billing to cancel my membership. Anyone know how to resolve this issue before I block furthers charges from Many Chat on my bank card?

(For example, if the user wrote the required code 2 times under the post, then the bot will send the necessary message 2 times)and so the bot works only 1 time for a new user, the second time it does not respond to the request.

Hey queens @Marina @Raquel C I don’t know who else to turn to, but I just logged into my IG Summit space (I bought the ticket and all), and under replays, I have exactly two recordings and nothing else. The recordings I have are the ones I was able to watch a week ago. The site says the replays should be available for 6 months (except for a few exceptions), but I can literally only see two. Also, I can’t even access the second day’s material at all. There are no filters applied in this view. Is this a bug, or am I really unable to watch all the videos? By the way, I can’t even re-watch the two videos that are on that list below. It just says "session ended." Also, I didn’t have this issue last week.  

Hey friends, as I remember - I had the option to trigger a flow from any user message,Now, I am trying to create a messenger flow, and I do not see an option to NOT detect keyword.Can anyone help? I want to trigger a flow from ANY user message.Thanks!

n my flow I have Waiting Delays followed by Typing Delays. When I test the flow from my iPhone, I do not see the typing dots. The dots showing typing are not there. In regular conversations on Messenger they are there. When I use my iMac the typing dots are there. Basically Amy typing delays are showing as a waiting delays.

If I give the word “ME” as a trigger in a CTA, and somebody wants to comment not as a CTA but just as a reply on my post to comment and uses the word “me” in the sentence then this persons will also be put in the automation. But that should not happen because it was not meant as a trigger word. Can something be done about that? So that the automation only starts if only the word “ME” is replied and not when used in a sentence?

Hey all, I have a FB Business Manager account with 2 ad accounts. Each ad account has a different business that I run. Under the “Business info” in the FB BM, I have added the business details of one of the businesses (because it is an older business).   Now it is starting to get tricky :)  I have 2 Manychat accounts (one for each business). I have created a WhatsApp Business Account to the older business and now I want to create for the second one. When I trying to connect my 2nd Manychat WhatsApp Business number, I am being asked to connect it with my FB Business Manager account and the “WhatsApp Business display name” is similar to my Business name of the FB Business Manager (make sense, because I called it that way). My question is, if I continue with the connection, will I be able to change the name of my 2nd WhatsApp Business number later? I don’t want to have 2 WhatsApp Business Nu

I have deleted a story automation to reply to story comments via dm but it is still sending the message. Am I missing something? 

Hi Manychat Community,I found a bug on while working on Instagram automation.On Instagram Card, I have added 3 buttons. From the 3 buttons I have set “open website” for 2 buttons and for the 2 buttons I have added additional action. The additional action was increased by 1 user field. The motive of the additional action was to track clicks. But additional action was not working or triggered.I have set the same setup for Messenger and WhatsApp, and it is working fine I am able to track the click through the additional action but on Instagram, it's not working. Can anyone know what is issue how to solve it ?

Hello everyone! I have rarely been so frustrated with any app, as I am with Many Chat. I have set up all of my automations both on Instagram as well as Facebook and non of them are working! I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. I have no one who can help me. I have launched my course online and since none of my manychat automations are working, the process isn’t moving. I have sent messages to manychat, however, the turnaround time is quite long and never quite understand what the issue is. If anyone can possibly help me with this, I shall be very grateful!

¿How do i change the WhatsApp Status? i have the default one "Hello, im using WhatsApp" thats no good status for my company

I posted 4 months ago and never got a response (pic attached). the daily average response time report. Can some break down exactly what it’s calculated off of?  I need to make sure I understand so I can coach my sales people.   does it take into account only open conversations? if a conversation is open and then closed does it count all of those responses too?    If we’re actively going back and forth with someone on IG is every response counted or just the initial?    if one lead slips through the cracks and goes beyond the 7 days and we respond in IG directly does that impact the time?    is there any way to see this report on the desktop? any insight and help is appreciatedthanks 

My colleague and I who are admins on the profile can't tap the button to test our flows - even from our personal IG accounts.  It works on other profiles, just not ours…. what can we do? 

Is it possible to revert back to the regular mouse and trackpad? The new editor thinks my Apple mouse is a trackpad.
