Is there any way we can turn this off? The new update is making it hard to navigate, I think it thinks my Mac mouse is a trackpad and now it’s really cumbersome to actually build anything!

I keep getting this message on Manychat and on GHL when I try to send or respond to an instagram DM:(#2022) The business has been blocked from sending messages via the IG Messaging API Has anyone ever experienced this or know how to fix it??I also can't even send links from the Instagram app 

I’m really surprised that Manychat hasn’t implemented GPT-4 yet, especially when many other chatbot platforms are already taking advantage of its advanced capabilities. GPT-4 offers far better accuracy and natural language understanding compared to older models, which could significantly improve the user experience and help Manychat stay competitive.Why is this still not available? It feels like we’re falling behind in terms of AI capabilities. I’d like to know if there’s a specific reason for the delay or if there’s any plan to integrate GPT-4 soon. Many of us are ready for more advanced chatbot options, and it's frustrating not to have them here.

I don't want the automation to be triggered when I write to the customer or if the customer sends several messages.Because with each message from the customer, the chatbot will launch the automation.

Are there a maximum number of automations that can be set up?I want to link each individual instagram post to a different DM (that has a different URL). It will be around 200 posts a month - so 200 extra automation workflows a month.

Hi there, I have a few automations set up with Keyword triggers - very simple email capturing flows. One of them seems to be going off randomly mid-conversation in my DM’s/Story replies. For example I reached out to someone to ask her a question in my DMS and it set off - she didn’t opt in or reach out to me.  My keywords are short - PSA,  MA & WL.  The automation that is randomly sending is set up exactly like the other 2 and they are not randomly triggering.     I am wondering if they keywords are to short? Maybe they are being triggered within words.  My IG is @Docwishloff 

Hi,I am setting up a video sequence on instagram dm (following a webinar subscription funnel) using Instagram Ref URL but the message doesn’t start.I undertand it works only on the app & also created a Conversation Starters. I read that it was mandatory.I am on a 50doll plan and still on the trial (not sure if it’s relevant)Do you have any suggestion on where to check ? Below is a screenshot on my automation set up.Let me know with thanks.Caroline

 Instead of updating the row the Google Sheets integration is adding a new row. How can I fix this?  

I have connected both Instagram and Facebook to Manychat, however, both the integrations are not triggering. I need help in figuring this out please. I am new to Many chat, howwever, I have connected both face book and instagram, which are not being triggered.

I have a simple AI chatbot, but theres a issue: I save a CUF with the user question, then atm that the user send his question, I immediately send it to make.com with my assistant and everything else. But what if the user send other question while the AI in make is generating the answer? I dont want to just ignore it, but i cant think in some logic to solve my problem. Can someone help me?

Hi, my client’s IG account has been restricted to send messages for 3 days due to “harassment & bullying” which we can not discover a valid reason for. Does this mean that using Manychat to manage our inbox conversations will harm us even further, or, are we able to use Manychat in the meantime?Typically, we would have someone active on the IG app to handle personalised comments and poll responses. And someone at an alternate time on Manychat just to handle inbox. 

olá, tenho meu numero do WhatsApp business por onde falo e respondo minhas clientes, para automatizar minhas conversas me cadastrei no manychat e tive que comprar outro numero de telefone, o qual é diferente do que eu uso para responder minhas clientes, logo este numero novo não aparece para elas, ou seja minhas clientes não me contatam por ele e sim pelo numero antigo o qual já estavam habituadas a falar comigo. As automações que faço não vão para meu numero do WhatsApp bussines, ficam somente no novo numero que comprei e assim não funciona para mim, como posso resolver isso?

I have created a new campaign in Facebook Ads, where I selected Partner appUse an existing message sequence from a partner messaging app. You can select the sequence or enter JSON code.Message flowFE Flow (Manychat) in short, i selected partner app and then manychat and selected my automation.. however, i’ve spent already $45 and i didn’t get any chats,  my ads are ultra high CTR… it seems like manychat isnt triggeredhow can i troubleshoot this?i am wondering should i use JSON instead? if yes, where do i get the JSON for my automation?   

I have my google sheets integration and created a broadcast. I had this working before to export all my contact data but now it doesn’t work somehow. It says broadcast sent but no contacts are appearing on google sheets…i’ve been trying for 2 days now…

Hi Community, How can I easily see how many new contacts (email opt-ins) I’ve gotten through ALL my Manychat automations in a one-month period?  I know where to look individually, but I need a one-month at-a-glance metric.  Thanks!

Hello community, I have a problem with the automatic assignment in my automations. I have two live chat agents, but one receives more leads than the other. What could be the problem? 

Hello! I am wanting 2 automations to be able to be triggered on posts sometimes, but we’re finding if someone triggers one automation on a post and then tries to trigger another one the other one doesn’t get triggered. OR they comment both words in one comment and it only triggers one. Is there a way around this? Thank you! :)
