Hello! Would like to create a flow to collect physical WhatsApp Leads.I've done it before for Facebook Ads sending them to Whatsapp, but not sure how to send people that are physically in the location... what would be the best way?Using a QR code? or a NFC chip? How can I differentiate the leads coming from different QR Codes in Manychat? Because nowadays I have a trigger when someone types anything. Should it be based on what they type? or is there another way to know when it is coming based on the QR code por example? TIA

Hi awesome community!I'm currently running ManyChat automations for my newsletter Instagram page about innovation news. I post every day with a different ManyChat automation for each news article. I've been running the automation for a month now. The first three weeks were great, with an increase in engagement, comments, likes, etc. The page was growing!However, in the last week, Instagram suddenly stopped pushing my reels to non-followers. Currently, my last videos haven't reached any non-followers...Has anyone else experienced this or knows what might be causing this problem?

Any pointers please..?I have a twilio number which is correctly connected to Manychat. I am also using the Textmagic sms platform to send outgoing SMS messages which include a ‘Keyword’ which should trigger a Manychat SMS flow.The process has worked several times up until today.  When the required Keyword is entered into the reply SMS message, instead of triggering the Manychat SMS flow, another SMS message (not initiated by the flow)  is sent to the sender which reads “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”.It looks like I have missed something, but Im not sure what. Advice appreciated - Cheers :-)

I am trying to create a simple automation that starts off with multiple public replies with 1 trigger key word, then sends a DM sequence. I set it up in the trigger but when I tried the automation, it didn’t post a public reply and just sends the DM right away. I can’t figure out why it is not replying publicly first. Any ideas? 

Does ManyChat automatically un-subscribe contacts from a Subscription List? If ManyChat does do this, any idea the timeframe of when this happens automatically? I had a Subscription List with around 300 contacts in it, but now, there is only 2 (Both signed up in the last month). Anyway to get these contacts back on the Subscription List without having them opt-in again?  

My client has noticed that there is a significant lag time between when she responds to someone in her DMs directly in Instagram and when that message shows up in the Manychat inbox.We are in the middle of a launch currently and I’m trying to help her manage messages, but it’s confusing (and awkward) that her responses to people aren’t displaying for hours.Is there something to sync them faster?

Hello!I use an Airtable form to capture data from users. I want to send data from the bot to the form using URL parameters that allow me to prefill the form fields. If the Custom Fields are empty, the form fields should also be empty. However, ManyChat sends the Custom Fields' IDs as values in the URL parameters.How to figure this out?  

For some reason, the Flow button don’t show up in my sidebar. Am I doing something wrong?

On August 1, ManyChat leaves Russia. I would like to know what restrictions will be imposed on users. Will it be possible to use the service via VPN? Will the accounts be blocked if you use them from Russia?

Dear all,I’m trying to collect email addresses from my IG DM to a Google sheet. I have done the integration and all but can’t seem to find the “User input” that all the YouTube videos I have watched keep talking about. I’ve literally been scouring the internet for this information for the past two hours. The videos I find on YouTube are from 7 months ago and older and don’t have the same interface I have (I guess it’s now updated). I’d really appreciate any help here. Thanks. This is where I’m missing it. 

When importing a CSV file I only partially care for very few, and the structure of the file and the content of the contacts are correct, for example I import 20 contacts and it incorporates only 3, I tried to export 150 contacts and it exports 27, I see the information and preserve good dataIt should be noted that I have the paid PRO version.

So I set up manychat, read through the forum, implemented everything I saw and still nothing. The bot isn’t sending messages ( for comment on reel)Not only that, but also today I posted a story and asked people to reply if they want something ( I didn't set up an automation for that) and I asked a friend to type the word since I wasn’t getting any replies and he sent me a screenshot of instagram saying “message can’t be sent, story no longer available”, tried on another friend’s phone - same thing. So I just deleted my story. Iam getting fed up with this thing, does anybody know how to fix this or is there any good alternative to manychat?

I have an issue I haven`t been able to solve for 3 days now. Make Webhook response returning data, however, sometimes Manychat does not change the variable and returns the previous one. I investigated the issue and decided that it could be because of the content size, JSON seems to be correct. Hi Community,I have my Many Chats account connected to Wix Contacts through Pabbly Connect. There’s a webhook between the two that’s supposed to create a new contact every time someone sends and email through Instagram. The connection isn’t working and I’m wondering if there’s an easier way to collect emails. I noticed that exporting the list doesn’t work. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thank you! 

Hello,I need to automatically put my contacts in google sheet. So I've set up an action that automatically puts them there. My question is as follows: Can I put the action at the start of my questionnaire and collect the following information if the lead responds? For example, what is your name -> James your email? -> test@test.fr Your favourite colour? -> No answer So should I put my action in the last question or the first, if it is in the first question will it take into account the following questions? Thanks in advance!

Hello!I did the first manychat automation (whoever comments on the video gets a link in the message to download my file). Now I see in the profile that I have 1068 active contacts, 847 inactive contacts. I would like to write a DM to everyone who commented on the video and got my file, how they are doing with the file, if they understand everything and I want to offer them another subservice to my file.Can I write everyone a private message? Don't I get BANned on Instagram?What is the difference between a "visitor" status and a "subscribed" contact?How can I further communicate with people and offer them a service/discount if they have already commented on the video and received a link that they clicked on?
