Hi!I am doing an integration with my CRM (via Integrately) that:1-When a new lead enters1- creates a contact in Manychat2-Adds a TAG to the contact The purpose of this TAG is to trigger an automation that sends a sequence of messages through WhatsApp.Everything goes well and the Tag is inserted into the contact, but the flow is not triggered! A warning appears in the contact:"The last interaction with this user was more than 24 hours ago. You can only send one Message Template at the moment." This is not true, since the integration allows this interaction to occur in less than 5 minutes!I would not like to use the WhatsApp Message Templates feature that allows businesses to engage with their clients outside the 24-hour window, because this is not the case. And using these templates makes me feel stuck having to authorize each change of template.Has anyon

Hi, My website is not up yet so I am trying to collect a VIP list prior to opening with a gift for those who put their names on the wait list. Because my website is not live can I save the email addresses to manychat? how do I do that? I have set up the flow but when I get to choosing the button I dont know what to choose, or should I be doing it another way. I have only just signed up to manychat in the last couple of hours. Thanks, Lara.

Hey everyone, I have this question. So I am running a Facebook campaign on my Manychat flow i on Instagram. I have selected both instagram and messenger for my ads, will my ads work on messenger too? Since the flow I have connected with the ads in built in Instagram?  If no, is there any way where my 1 flow can run on both platforms? Will it be possible if I create the flow in Messenger and then run ads for both messenger as well as instagram. Thank you so much, Also I raised a manychat bug and issue a week ago I never received a follow up. Is there any support in manychat? 

Hi, I just signed up with Manychat and I went live with my first automation on IG. I got a response from a follower saying they got this message when they click on the CTA button. “ This message is not supported. It is unavailable” However when I go to her DM and click the CTA button it works. It send me to the webpage. I wanted to know if it is an issues on my end or theirs.Thank you.

When I receive and click on a manychat comment in DMs that is an automated message that includes a link/button to a document/file, it returns an error “There was a problem loading this website.”. I tried to go to browser settings in Instagram and turn off the safe website browsing toggle, but it still doesn’t work.

Hi, I just want to double check, I can use my UK business whatsapp number for Many Chat? I understand it will only be able to use that number for Manychats after I register the number on Manychats. 

Can the User comments on your Post be triggered if the text is purely “marriage” only? We just want to trigger an action is they only reply “marriage” to a post.If the reply has other words than “marriage” then the action should not trigger.

Hi,Greetings from Vegas! I'm new to ManyChat's sequence feature and could use some help.I created a sequence and tested it using my test Instagram account, and it worked fine. However, when make 1,604 contacts to subscribe the same sequence, only 8 received the messages. There are no errors in the log either. I've read ManyChat's blog, but it didn't help resolve the issue.Does anyone know how to debug this or check what might be going wrong?Thanks in advance!Sol

Manychat is not sending auto reply to me after I have a three-digit code to the IG account @history.starunion in the preview function…Also, Manychat has been stopped sending auto messages for my previous posts since a month ago...

I am new to Manychat and I am very confused already. I really need to understand how to set up a keyword automation to be able to deliver a free lead magnet (for starters). I have watched a video which states keywords are under automation but I do not have that option as per the video. I then signed up for the free trial to see if that made a difference and it hasn't. I only have automation, basics and sequences in the menu.Can someone please explain to me how to do this based on the following scenario.I simply want to create an Instagram post and then ask readers to comment a keyword which will then link them to my lead agent. Sorry but this is as clear as mud unless I am being totally thick.Help please! 

I log into my manychat, and I don’t see ‘broadcasts’ on the left hand side menu. Where the heck is it? I have 611 contacts, and I’d like to send them all a follow up DM on IG without having to message them each individually.  

I want to implement trigger words. If someone types “help” I want to list a short index of commands. That way at any point they can break from the flow that is setup if it’s not working for them. Then if they manually type “human”, “contact”, etc they can directly trigger the commands they’re looking for.

If a contact enters the automation after a Smart Delay has expired, it is clear that the message associated with that expired Smart Delay will not be sent. However, my question is: why doesn't the automation move on to the next Smart Delay that hasn't expired, instead of stopping at the expired one? Is there a solution for this?

I attempted to add a couple specific keywords for triggers. Unfortunately it was explained that I have to setup a whole new automation just to support keywords, whatever fine.But after I removed the keywords now my first automation is stuck! I just want it to run when a person sends any kind of message however Manychat is now insisting that it must be a keyword! I don’t know how to reset this and I already have ~23 bubble-steps (or whatever they’re called) setup.I tried scrolling around and looking for hidden and non-intuitive options and there just isn’t anything. I would really prefer not to have the several hours I spent working on this yesterday to end up being a complete waste of my time.Here are the whopping two steps:

When a person gets an automation from a comment, if they click the link multiple times, they get the message sometimes 5 times. How can this be changed to only getting a message once even if they click 10 times?  

I speak with people both here in the United States and occasionally internationally. In my contact step I offer people three options: Call, International Calls and Email. The international calls option I would like to go to WhatsApp so they can call me that way. I can chat for free with people internationally in WhatsApp but not in the traditional way.How do I create a WhatsApp contact option in the Automation section?

Hi, I'm writing about the functionality of Telegram for Business. I have connected my bot to my Telegram account so that it can respond to potential customers. Technically, the bot is set up via Manychat. But after connecting, I tried to send a message from my other account to the main one to check how my customers would see my messages And here's what I noticed:Messages are not displayed in Manychat, although according to the logic of the functionality, when I give access to the chat, any messages should be displayed in Manychat Can you tell me how I can solve this issue and what I need to do to make Manychat see dialogs that start on my main account?

Hi,I'm facing a issue with an automation that is triggered from manychat and appears in every new chat. I've reviewed all the automations but couldn't find the setting responsible for this, and I'm unable to stop these messages. How can I locate and disable this automation?Is it possible that there are automations being triggered from somewhere other than the Automations page?
