Hi all, Recently I ran a post on Instagram driving people to comment, and in return we would DM them a link. As it was a free pass, I knew it would do really well - so didn’t include autoreplies to their comments, as I know sometimes Instagram could stop you commenting for 24 hours.It’s done really well, 6k uses in like 48 hours - but now a lot of people are not going the link. They are being told we’ve sent them a message but are not able to view it. Is this a Manychat issue in that it’s struggling with the volume - or is Instagram starting to block them being sent because it views it as spam? Would love to know of any work arounds! As it’s annoying because I’m having to manually send lots of people the link when they complain that it is not working!Thanks,Harry

Hello, friends!Only the first day I registered in Manychat. And I mistakenly changed my email after registration. I did not understand correctly. I thought it would be visible to all users, so I wanted to change it. Now I immediately have problems. Can't log into Manychat. What should I do? How to fix it?Please help.

Is there a way to automatically mark contacts as closed after a certain period of time?  I don’t want inactive contacts going towards my monthly bill, but don’t want to have to manually close out all of the DM conversations that I’m receiving.

Instagram Comments, Automatically reply to users who comment on your Instagram posts.Its say Disabled (Pro Featured) but on Pricing page it says its available with FREE plan     

I’m in Facebook Ads Manager and in the Partner App section I’ve selected ManyChat. However, when I select ManyChat as the partner app none of my message flows (which are live in manychat) are showing up. The error I’m getting is that is says “Message flow doesn’t exist”. But they do exist. Are are live. I also have the Admin role in ManyChat - which I know is also an issue sometimes. Is there anything else I can check in terms of permissions? What else could cause FB Ads Manager to recognize that the Partner App ManyChat is there but not be able to access any of the existing flows? 

Hello, good morning!I’ve noticed that my current daily conversation limit on WhatsApp Business is only 250, whereas it should be 1,000 conversations within a 24-hour cycle, as provided by Meta.I suspect that increasing this limit might be linked to the Business Verification, which is the only step that hasn’t been approved on my account.Could you please guide me on how to complete this Business Verification step? I Have several Manychat flows that I updated the website links and made sure everything was turned on. Now the flows are not sensing when the keyword is typed and I son’t know what to do and I cannot find a customer service email or anything to get help.

Hi, I am trying to collect names from IG Automation. So I try to ask leads about their name, then save their name to custom field, then later on I put down the custom field (the variable), the saved information (which is the name of the lead) will be shown. However, it only shows the code of the custom field. I tried to change the name of the custom field to see whether it will work or not, but it can’t. Do you know why? Did I put down anything which causes this issue? Thank you.

I love Manychat because I can send a thousand freebies to my followers, but then I get a thousand "thank you" DMs and I just can't keep up.How do you manage those? I receive "thank you" in 3 or 4 different languages.Any ideas will be helpful. Thank you.

I created an Instagram automation that I converted to Facebook and it’s live and working fine, and I went to create an Instagram one but it’s not allowing me to toggle the trigger to ‘on’.Are Instagram automations not included in the free account?Thanks!

I created an automation and collected emails.I did something stupid; i changed the automation and deleted the part to collect email because I didn’t need to collect them anymore.Problem is, I cannot export the data anymore ! I have more than 1k emails so i can’t do it one by one through the contact menu.Do you know how i can export these emails ?Thank you very much

The button “user clicks an Instagram ad” for the trigger is gone. It’s still present on Facebook, just gone for Instagram. I have automations running for comments and DM’s on IG, so the Manychat<>IG connection is working. I’ve also tried refreshing permissions. Any thoughts? 

Hi! I’ve set an automation to reply on a specific WhatsApp message as a way to register visitors to my business.What I experienced yesterday, while receiving about 40 people at the same time, is that in some cases (2-3 people) the automation started, asked for the name, the people responded and the automation didn’t follow up with the next message…  Is there a limit?Or how could I make sure this doesn’t happen again? What should people do in those cases?Send the initial message again to start over? Thanks

Hey, heyI created an manychat account a few days ago and I can't get the automations to work. I've tried every option for troubleshooting, resetting, permission,  etc. Can someone please help!? 

I am running an Ai Customer Service bot for my clients. The bot runs through the Instagram DMs. The problem is, once the flow halts at the ‘AI Step’ block for too long, the bot / system automatically sends an outreach message, but it is entirely random and all of the time unrelated to the topic of the conversation. For example, we could be talking about a product which is a breathing supplement and The bot has asked ‘How can I help you today’ When the customer hasn’t replied, the outreach message is something like “Hey [name] I wanted to touch base on your gardening appointment, any thoughts on when we can meet?” I can’t find a way to change what the outreach message is nor can I see the option to disable it.I am lost, help 🙏

I am running a Facebook Ads > Manychat campaign on Facebook.It’s an egagement campaign, where I’ve selected Messaging Appsand Maximize number of conversions. I’ve had 6 people subscribe to my bot.    However, when I look in the facebook adsboard  under results, it says 0 Messaging conversions. How can I fix this so my conversions show up in Facebook? Thanks
