Hi everyone!I've set up an automation that sends the registration link to people who commented on my Instagram post. It’s working great, and the registrants are receiving the link correctly.However, I need help figuring out how to set up an automatic reminder that will be sent via direct message to these same people on the day of the event. I want to make sure no one misses it, but I’m not sure how to configure this reminder in the automation.I also founded this page here, but it seems to be outdated, and the pictures don’t load anymore.Does anyone know how to do this or could guide me through the process? I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions.Thank you so much in advance!

Recently, automation either fails to start or is delayed by about 30 minutes, possibly due to the Google Sheets integration. However, initial tasks like adding a tag or updating a custom field still run successfully.

Hey all - just wondering what the best way to handle this scenario is. Up til now we’ve been using RichPanel (customer service tool, similar to helpscout, gorgias, etc). And every instagram DM arrives via ticket so our customer service team can reply within Richpanel.I want to setup Manychat so that we have automations running and only the messages that our automations cannot handle will be sent as a ticket to our customer service agents.Can someone point me to a tutorial or best practices documentation for this?

So recently i got this pop up notification on my DM (please see attachment) where a person should accept us in a DM before we can send any DM messages to them. What happened to my Manychat bot is that the bot is working at first, but then i cannot send any follow up DM because the person has not accepted me to be able to DM him/her.Anyone having the same problem?I will post more case that i found in another thread. My Smart Delay is not working. My intended result is:Someone comments on my Reel I send them a message to download an app I send another message in 10 minutes following upI’ve connected the reply to the action which connects to the smart delay but that follow up message doesn’t send. Hi, I cannot get back on ManyChat. Previously, I had a MC account tied to a different email (which is still my IG email). But I had a major Facebook hack and lost everything - including access to that email.So, now, I have a Facebook page with a new email, but I still have my old email on Instagram. When I try to set up ManyChat, I get something that shows my IG account and says, “Switch Instagram to contue with another account or request access from the owner of Thd Seasoned Homemaker | Quilter | Pattern Writer | Blogger.” Then below there is a blue button that says, “Switch Account” and a grayed out button with a check and Request Sent”Where is the request being sent - I can’t find it in IG or FB and this is the only place that I get to when I try connecting my IG account. Please help me get this sorted.Thank you.

What happened to Ai step .. whenever people send a message now, it doesn't respond!

I got the free version at the moment and use it for Instagram comment reply.I did eight campaigns so far and used four keywords. When activating a new campaign, the app tells my i can’t do that without upgrading to pro.Did i reach a limit somehow?What am i missing?

The process involves capturing a description provided by the user, storing it in a Custom User Field (CUF) in ManyChat, and using this variable in an HTTP request to the OpenAI API.I have encountered difficulties in getting the variable containing the user's description to be recognized and properly processed in the JSON structure of the HTTP request body. The "Send External Request" action is configured with all necessary details, including the OpenAI API URL, POST method, and header (Content-Type: application/json), but the CUF variable does not seem to be transmitted properly.Furthermore, after several hours of attempting, the functionality sometimes starts working as expected, only to stop working again without any changes on my part. Hi everyone,I'm hoping to get some advice on a specific issue I'm facing with my Instagram account linked to ManyChat. I've set up ManyChat to send automated DMs with a link to my app whenever someone comments a certain word on my video. It works well, except for a problem I'm encountering with Android users.When these users receive the DM and click on the link, Instagram asks them to click "Continue" to open the external browser. However, the external browser doesn't open as it should. The workaround seems to be that users need to go into their Instagram settings and manually allow external links to be opened from DMs, but realistically, no one is going to do that.Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any tips on how I can fix this so that the link opens directly in an external browser on Android phones without requiring users to change their settings?Appreciate any help or insights you can provide!

hello everyone i’m new to manychati trying to trigger manychat flow when user click on facebook ads by using JSON Adsbut i’m not sure if i can pass some of facebook ads attribute like campaign_id, ad_id to the custom field in manychat when manychat is triggered. i’ll be very thankful if you guy could provide me some solutions or some keywords that i can research further. 

Anyone else’s images in Instagram DM automations showing up small?? My card/gallery pictures show up perfect but regular images are being sent through really small. What dimensions are you using for Images in Instagram Automations?

Hey, I notice that the manychat conversation starters won’t pop up if the client is a returning client. Is there a way to make the conversation starters appear every time a user wants to message us?

Why do you launch a Beta version (Better navigation is here) that is not workning??????? You must be sure about the Beta because tis is creating a big frustration. It is so difficult to work now. When will you fix it???  

For shared posts, automation does not work with comments in the employee's account. Can I please get help on how to fix this!! Thanks.
