When someone responds to my story, the only option I found is to like their comment, and then I must send them a text. My question is, can ManyChat just like the message sent to me? Without the text?

I’m creating a Manychat appointment setting using Voiceflow as the chatbot source, this bot is currently being used to manage inbound DMs. Something I have encountered recently though is that when a user sends 2 messages quickly and in succession the bot will send the 2 identical messages in return.  For examples:Bot: How many clients do you have?Lead: I have 4 clients right nowLead: But I’m about to have a fifth very soonBot: That is great to hear!….Bot: That is great to hear!…. Does anyone know how I can solve this issue? If so that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,I’m just learning how to use ManyChat. I started creating an automation, but I wanted to edit the Keyword I chose. When I went back and clicked on edit, it won’t let me create a new keyword. I literally can’t click on the word “Trigger” because it’s all greyed out.Could someone help me figure this out?thanks,Lorna

Hi Guys! 👋 How are you? I'm having a lot of difficulty to make an external call to Dialogflow. I can't assemble the HTTP Request headers in order to obtain the appropriate authorizations. I know that there is an application from ManyChat itself that integrates dialogflow in a simple way, but in my case, I need this communication to actually be done via external call.Could someone with experience help me?If that's the case, I'm willing to pay for the help. Thanks so much!

If you check the screenshot, you will see that it says payment is successful, but the software still asks me to upgrade to Pro! It has been few days and I am in the middle of a launch and nothing is working.  Any idea guys?

i just subscribed to 99.9$ plan but my automations trigger is not working it say you must be a pro plan which I’m already in it. if this goes I will search for alternatives chatbot which it;’s heartbreaking because many chat is so easy and good.

Me surge una duda, en mi automatización tengo un mensaje que pide varios datos a la vez (así decidí que es lo mejor para no hacer el recorrido larguísimo y aburrir al usuario), entonces lo vincule con Google sheets, y como son varios datos, supongamos que se envían de 1 en 1, solo el primero dato se guarda en la casilla de la hoja de cálculo y los demás no aparecen, pero si se envía toda la información en un solo mensaje este si se guarda completo, aunque solo en una casilla, espero me puedan ayudar y me entiendan jaja saludos😀

fiz uma automação simples. escolhi o post, coloquei a palavra-chave, as respostas e a mensagem com o envio na DM. acontece que, as pessoas que não me seguem no instagram, não estão conseguindo receber na DM. aparece que eu enviei uma mensagem à elas, mas na verdade nada foi enviado, não há conteúdo. também não há erros de automação ou algo do tipo. o que poderia ser? como resolver? é algum problema de nova diretriz do instagram?

I have an automation on right now.  34 DMs sent and only 9 delivered 100% opened and clicked. Some of my followers have not had the DMs delivered to them so it’s not even a case of them not being connected to me. That’s a significant amount of undelivered DMs and it is defeating the purpose of having Manychats. What could be causing this? This is also in response to my FB ads so this is money going down the drain.  I hope someone can help

Hi, can anyone explain the difference between sent and delivered? I have 42 DMs sent (through manychat) and 32 delivered (76.2% delivery rate). I also have 32 opens…..is it not considered delivered until it’s opened? I don’t get why there wouldn’t be a 100% delivery rate

Hi everyone, I need some help to set up an automation for Facebook with a unique comment.I post frequently on Facebook and I’m asking people to drop in the comments the word “ QUIZ” for example, and this word is the trigger. After that I just need to send a simple message with the link of the quiz. That’s all.However, I’m stuck in the loop of the automation for Facebook and I don’t understand how to move on and make the automation LIVE.  I set up Instagram super easily, but I don’t understand how is the step-by-step for Facebook. I was trying to find good tutorials for that, but I didn’t find any yet.  Is there anyone that can help me on this process?Thank you so much. 

This is infuriating! I’m having hundreds of DMs a day that are delivered, but disappear as soon as they accept the mssage. IF they happen to ask for it again (which is unlikely and costing me sales), I have to resend manually. What’s the point of paying for this service if it’s not even letting them see the message? The first message I sent MUST have the link. The commenter specifically requested it, and if I send 2 messages in a row, Instagram will block anything after the first message until they accept the request. I had the same issue when using the blocks. It works for followers, but I pay for this service specifically to send DMs for link requests on VIRAL videos. Not just to people who are already following me.

Is there a way to delay the DM after a user’s comment triggers? I would love to be able to have the DM sent a minute AFTER they comment on my Reel.They are clicking the link immediately upon it being sent and NOT watching the video all the way through, which hurts views and reach with the algorithm. If this is not a feature currently, please make it one!
