I have a flow in ManyChat that stops midway. I make a connection with GPT via the Assistant API, send the user's question, and it returns the answer correctly. However, ManyChat does not send the answer back to the user, even though the answer has already been received by the API.In the image below, in red, is the GPT's response. In blue is the count for error location. It reaches up to number 3, as shown in the image that performs the action from this user field. Can someone help me, please?? 

Hi! Im trying to set up an Automation, but unfortunately it doesn't work, my messages never go through, except my contact is created by clicking on WhatsappURL. Can you tell me why? I'd like to contact People I Import from my CRM System automatically by tagging them. heres what i wanna get working:  beforehand i built an automation that sorts new contacts imported, and tags them, that would be the first tag that starts a chat. i tried just messaging all new contacts but these messages werent delivered aswell.

Hey Ya’ll,  So Ive run into an issue with connecting all of my accounts (FB & IG).  I have a few accounts - two of them being the following: Kristen AdolfiKrissy Krash I seem to be logged into Many Chat with my Kristen Adolfi page (as I logged in using Facebook) but then to set up automations, its connected to my Krissy Krash account - which is totally fine, but I need to be able to add automations on both of them but when I try to add another profile on Many Chat, it doesnt pick up my Kristen Adolfi page? Anyone have some advice or fixes here? I Have checked permissions and given Many Chat everything.  Please help! xx

Hiis there a problem at the moment I have been trying for days to get started setting up automation on my Instagram account. It appears to have connected with Facebook but kept asking me over and over to connect so I cannot proceed any further. Anyone else having these issues?

Hi everyone,I’m trying to get my account started. I’ve signed up and at the beginning of the process, I’ve sync’d my IG account with my FB profile. Once I get the confirmation, I go back to the main page with barely has anything on it. I don’t see a full dashboard, but when I refresh the page, a dashboard pops of for a split second and then back to a somewhat blank page that has be go through the same loop with adding a channel.I must have gone through this loop a million times, each time it tells me that the connection was a success, only to not have anything to show for it.This process should be simple, so either there is a glaring mistake I am making, or there is a glitch. I believe it’s a glitch because why would I get a glimpse of the dashboard when refreshing the page and then it disappears.I’ve tried submitting a ticket but when I click on that, it says I have to upgrade to PRO. I tried doing that, but again, it sends me to the first page to set up a connection. So, I am unable

Anyone know what is going on? This was working perfectly fine and then suddenly stopped last week. No matter what I do I cannot get my automation to trigger on my IG reels. I refreshed permissions started the automation from scratch and still nothing.

When registering a WhatsApp account and linking it with Meta, I ended up doing it the wrong way. I tried several times to link the number to a new Facebook page, at the same time, I had created a page there on Facebook and had not connected it to a Business Portfolio. Then I tried to create a link between that same number and another different page that I created correctly (linking with the Business Portfolio). Then my WhatsApp Business account was blocked, probably due to trying to connect the number to a page that was challenged by ownership and also for trying to connect the same WhatsApp number to two different pages. I'm having trouble understanding the correct path. I have already requested a review for unlocking at Meta. I would also like to try creating another WhatsApp number through ManyChat. However, when I try to create a new WhatsApp channel on MC, only the option to connect the same number (the old one, which caused the problem) appears. The option to create a new number

Good afternoon friends!Friends, I've had the pro account for a few months now.As I'm new to manychat, I made some mistakes because I didn't know how to manipulate the platform, and WhatsApp blocked my cell phone number.It wasn't clear whether I could use my WhatsApp on my cell phone too and I made this mistake by staying on WhatsApp Business and also on ManyChat.Now I got a new cell phone number and I need to register it again, but the option to register a new number does not appear.How should I proceed???

everyone,It's been about five months since we've been unable to utilize Ref URLs in ManyChat. The URL successfully directs customers to our DMs, but unfortunately, our flow isn't sending any messages. I've been curious if any of you are experiencing the same issue?

Hello, I cloned my flow to another pro account, but it doesnt detect any contact, all of them are “unknown” even when they chat or even interact with the chatbot and sometimes it doesnt even appear unless you chat to the bot again.… Basically I can never get their info.Also when i try to get the users info (name, id, whatever) it appears blank, so i dont know what im doing wrong.BTW my flows were working fine on my other pro account… even the live chat detected everything...

Why is Many Chats sending the wrong automated response. When I set as live and go into the automation everything looks good. However, when someone comments, they do not get the Dm I set up. This has happened mutiple times. 

How can I login to Manychat w/o having to login to facebook?

For some unknown reason, I can not see most of the comments on my Instagram when I see from my own ID. But I can see them through a different account, on the same video.  For these particular “accounts” (which are about 95% of all comments) - Manychat automation is also NOT triggered. How do I fix this?I don’t know who to blame! Instagram or Manychat? Initially I thought that these people might not be my followers, hence the error. That is also NOT the case.  Please help me, what should I do?
