Hi there! Every time my bot is activated, the connection with ManyChat goes down. This happens consistently, and I have to update Instagram permissions each time. But this week it's even worse! I can't keep doing this constantly. Does anyone know how to fix this?Olá Pessoal. Toda hora que meu bot é ativado a conexão com o manychat cai. I’ve been using manychat pro but I got a new credit card. Because of this, my Manychat was removed from pro and is now basic. I can’t for the life of me find how to upgrade. Idk if it is a glitch, but there is no option anywhere to do it. Can anyone help with this? 

Why it show error “Set Delay duration of less than 24 hours for delivering the next messages”. I set the delay of 3 Days but it not working. I metion the image below it show error like these one.

So I only have 1 automation on my dashboard, but whenever someone DM’s my IG, doesn’t matter what, it sends out an Auto DM telling people to send their e-mail. Now, I remember writing this flow but I have deleted it I’ve tried multiple times to click ‘refresh instagram permissions’ in case it was stuck, but it still says the same. I’ve tried everything and have searched everywhere, with no help to be found. Any ideas what I should be doing? Note: The 1 automation has nothing to do with the DM, it’s a comment flow

Hi everyone,Hoping to get some help here as there have been support delays at Manychat. We have a new pro MC account and we are working with several influencers on Instagram. I have already been added as an admin on their Facebook accounts, and  their FB accounts are connected to Instagram, per MC recommendations. I have gone back and forth with MC, tried disconnecting and reconnecting, confirming 2FA, etc., still the Instagram accounts of the influencers are not showing up when I go to add a new account in MC. Has anyone dealt with this? It’s really slowing us down now and MC support is taking 5-7 days between replies. Thank you

I created an automation to send a Whatsapp message to contacts I have on Manychat. 
I have tried several triggers based on contacts but none send message. I have tried: Contact subscribes to a sequenceContact has a tagBut none work, from the automation I see that the trigger starts (I see the value 1-2 on the trigger) but the message is not sent then. 
How can I solve this? 

Trying to run an automation so that when someone comments on a post on Instagram they are entered into a giveaway, but having some issues.It worked the first time I commented (on my clients post), and sent the message as set out in initial flow split 1, but when I commented a second time it did not send another message/update their count.I also set up a secondary automation that when they get tagged as having entered the giveaway it will send a message and get them to confirm their email, but this also didn’t come through for me. Initial Flow looks like the following:trigger (comment on instagram post) action (set user field: increase mentions by 1) condition (tag is giveaway_entry - this is where is splits)split 1 - doesn’t match conditions (this is working)add tag (giveaway_entry) send message, with discount code and button to site to shopsplit 2 - already tagged as giveaway_entry (this one is not working)send message thanking them for another comment/entry into giveawaySecondary flo

Hello!We are planning on upgrading to the “Pro Version” and starting with a free trial of Manychat by purchasing the $25 option. Suppose we exceed 2500 contacts, and say we made contacts of 3000 in that same month, will $45 be automatically debited through the credit card (as it is a card from the US), or will we be notified before it gets debited? Also, can we choose a $45 plan directly? Or should we compulsorily start from $25?We haven’t proceeded with the payment, but while we were proceeding for our payment, we didn’t have an option to choose for the $45 version, and also it just asks for our card details which is confusing.  If we have clarity on this, we’d like to directly go for the $45 payment instead of the $25. Please clarify.  Thanks.

Hello There!I want to Integrate ManyChat with Whatsapp.I have already connected a verified business meta page, bought a phone number, and did all the other necessary requisitions.I have initiated the process of setting up a Whatsapp bot and stopped in the middle of the process (the part where you pick the bot’s name).Now I want to continue with the setup process but when I try to re-open the Whatsapp setup process I get a blank page.I tried to connect to Whatsapp by clicking:Settings → Whatsapp (under “Channels”) → ConnectI don’t understand what causes this issue but I’m currently stuck and cannot proceed (or even begin) developing the bot. My screen after clicking “Connect”

Dazed & Confused! Hello Everyone, Skip Belcher here. I am a retired K9 S&R Captain, and a little lost in this grid! I've downloaded Botbuilder  Core 7.0 twice (2X) but not Botbuilder AI 2.0! Can I get some help on to correct this? 

I have this automation flow that triggers on each comment on posts or reels. I would like to store the comment itself as a contact property that I will process later on.Does someone know how to do that? Manychat must have this data as it can trigger the automation when the comment is posted, but for some reason I don’t know how to access the valueMany thanks! ☺️

HI all, I am setting up a Win a Rug competition using Manychat. We have done many comps over the years but Manychat seems like we can make this much more personalised and engaging than before, as well as collect emails. Has anyone had much success with something like this? thanks! Kura

Hey everyone, i noticed that once a contact has commented once, they cannot comment again the same trigger word to get the auto reply. it will only work once per post… is there a fix so that no matter how many times they comment, they will still get the automation?

Hello,I am trying to connect my Instagram profile. I go through every step but I always go back to the first screen (image) and nothing happens. When I try to check if I am connected to Facebook, I can't click on the button Connect. It shows this: Then I tried with other profiles which are supposed to be Admins to the page and still the same. In Facebook it says I am connected to ManyChat but I am not. Can someone please help? 

Buttons need to stop working after the question is answered. I am new to ManyChat and am trying to migrate from SendPulse, which has been disappointing.I am facing the following challenge: in a WhatsApp flow, I need to create multiple-choice buttons, like 'Yes' or 'No'.However, after the user selects one of these buttons, such as 'Yes', the flow moves on to the next question which will present 'First' or 'Second' buttons. I need to ensure that the user cannot press the buttons from the previous question, 'Yes' or 'No'.Could someone please tell me how to do this without having to do programming using variables?"I mean, is there an existing function like the 'Multiple Choice' shown in the article at https://support.manychat.com/en/support/solutions/articles/36000003046-user-input-and-custom-fields#reply_types under the 'How does it work?' section?This support page seems to be completely outdated.
