Hello everyone, I am new to Manychat so I apologize in advance for the question I am going to ask.I've been using Manychat for a week now, and it helps me a lot to automatically send download links of my designs to my followers, so I upgraded to Pro today.The reason I switched to Pro was the Smart delay feature, because my a Reel video on instagram, which I used Many chat, was watched 57.6K and many people wrote the word I specified as a comment to get the download links, a few days later Instagram deleted it as Spam with a warning like below. For this, I have to add a little delay time to comment replies and DM messages. I couldn't find the delay setting in the settings of the automations I had set before, 

 I’ve created new webhooks in make.com but I can’t see them in manychat…  

Hello everyone, I am using Google Sheet Integration with Instagram automations. I am collecting some information on Instagram and inserting or updating columns in Google Sheet. Sometimes related columns are totally mixing up by ManyChat integration. I am looking-up the row by Contact Id which is given by the ManyChat system field, I think it should just work fine. I am waiting for some help on this, thanks. As you can see from the screenshot below that some text are written in the Phone section, which is not how its setted. 

I am using external requests. and when I test the request everything is fine. I want to do the response mapping like the document explained here:https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281285374364-Dev-Tools-External-requestbut  I get nothing in Select Custom Field when I type in $.all_users[0].name in JSONPath.btw my generated response is: {"all_users":[{"id":1,"name":"Alice"},{"id":2,"name":"Bob"}],"current_time":"2025-02-17 14:30:00"} Would my JSONPath be wrong? or there must be another issue?

On other channels like WhatsApp or Messenger I can access audi messages from the URL field but I think it’s impossible with Instagram. Am I missing something? Messenger: Instagram: 

So i got over the learning curve in my personal opinion. I figured out that Manychat has a 10sec wait limit when you send data through a webhook and response. FINE. Then i found a helpful post how to workaround this, which meant breaking my flow but i had to create a new flow with a trigger that if custom field changes it should send a message. Very helpful thank you.  However i stumbled upon another problem is that when message is received tag is added custom field is updated correctly but still message is not sent and I would like to know why. Why does it work and then suddenly stop randomly 😫😭 i just want to be able to send a message.   and here you can see that the same thing happens but message is sent

Hey everyone! We are having trouble with our flow on Instagram. We have created a flow where people can dm us off a story the words “level up” and we want to send them an email after.  We have the automation setup where we have tagged them and separated them from all contact but cannot figure out how to blast off the emails without “sending a broadcast.” We want it to send the email out directly after they opt in.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  -Brayden 

how to receive whatsapp voice message, and send it to external request?also the external request only allows 9 seconds waiting time , how to adjust that ?Thanks in advance!

Hi guys ill be happy to get someone help, I did all the process and after that the dataset not created and i want to try to make new dataset for the CAPI again i cant find the Instagram account. No i went into instagram setting Website & Permission and i saw over there ManyChat Connected i tried to remove it and still is not shown on facebook CAPI process Connect Data > Messaging > Instagram Account > *instagram not shown any more* What should i do i have no idea. Ill very appriciate any help.

Hi,I have a IG Story automation with the trigger as people mention my name.  But when someone mention my name in different Story, they again get the same automated message.  How can I stop that? It is very annoyng for them. Thanks 

When I'm trying to set up my Facebook automations, when choosing to turn on ‘public auto-response in feed’, it gives me this message - “We need to get advanced Facebook permissions from your account to use this feature.”   I select the option to “Grant Permission” and then select  “Edit access” to only allow for the ONE Facebook page I have connected … but receive this error message.  Do I have to allow this for all pages (I am the admin for several) when I have only connected the one page? This is the first day of my trail, really hoping someone can help.  Thank you!

Messages are sent to contacta but when trying to open the link it doesnt open. I reviewed the link, opened separately and it works fine. Users are not on instagram desktop.which is the problem? How can I fix it?

Currently, there is an option to pause all automations to an user coming to our bot when the Live Agent sends a manual message. Is there any way we can do this make this automated ? Such that, when the user enters a certain response, we stop all the automations

Hey, so I’ve connected my WhatsApp number successfully, every time I text it I see the messages pop up in Manychat however! What’s sent from Manychat doesn’t arrive, not the manual messages and not the automated ones! I have tried so many things and it doesn’t work.. do I need to charge my wallet so that messages are delivered or what?? Hello! I have a question regarding one of my flows. It was working perfectly, but all of the sudden now the automation stops once I open and manually write on the chat. People can’t use the buttons anymore. How can I fix this? It was working perfectly for 6 months and now it changed from one day to another, and I didn’t change anything. Can you please or someone help me out? Seems also there is a 30 minutes automation stop, but I rather have it on 0, how can I make it possible?

Every time I chat with a customer, my automations stop for 30 minutes. I’d like them not to pause. Is there a way to prevent this?

Hello good people!I need some help because im stuck here.Trying to create automatic messages via whatsap after lead registration on System.io. After a lot of trial and error i got to thi point with this error message - Failed to create a create subscriber in ManychatError from halted execution: Permission denied to import phone, email. Please contact support to enable this featureMaybe im doing something wrong? Maybe i dont need to create subscriber in many chat at all and there some kind of other trigger to send whatsap message automaticly?Thank you
