Hi!  I have been using automation to send links to my Instagram and Facebook followers for many months now and love it.  In the post I tell them to comment a specific word and if they do then the automation sends them the link to purchase.  It has been working perfectly but I have recently come upon a new article from Meta (https://www.facebook.com/business/help/259911614709806) that sounds like they are now saying it is “comment baiting”.  Comment baiting: Asking people to comment with specific answers (words, numbers, phrases or emojis). My question is, does this apply to our automated messages and will this change things for this feature moving forward?  I’m not really baiting them it’s just an easy way for them to get the link right to their inbox automatically if they want it. Hey, this is the first time Im using Manychat. I tried to connect my Instagram account but the screen gets fully black with an error text “400 session invalid”. I tried to connect my instagram account both from a PC and mobile but I still get the same error. Does anyone know how to solve it?

How can I give my VA access to  my account so she can help?

When I try to connect my Instagram, it is connecting to a different Instagram and I removed that Instagram and it will not allow me to connect the correct one.  I even created a new Facebook and it still will not connect the correct one. 

I had previously set up comment automation via Manychat on a video with approximately 1 million views, and Instagram warned me that the account could be suspended. Now, I want to set up a comment automation on an account with 350,000 followers and videos with at least 350,000 views, but since I know it will get much more interaction, I don't want the account to be banned if I make the same mistake again. What path should I follow to get high engagement without getting caught by Instagram? Has anyone encountered this error before, or what is the solution?

Hi ManyChat community.  I NEED HELP!  I am just getting started with ManyChat, but am unable to connect both my IG & FB accounts.  I have both personal and business accounts for both, and when I go to connect, only my personal accounts show up, and ManyChats is suggesting I need to switch those into business accounts….but I already HAVE business accounts.  The troubleshooting & FAQ page is not helpful. 😕 UPDATE: I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT!!!!

I am on the pro plan. Automations are live. I have message in the opening dm before sending the next message. I have some people receiving the automation and some not. Some of the ones who are not page is public so it being private is not a thing. Someone also sent me a screenshot of them receiving my DM but with a blank message. It is attached. I will get several messages of people saying that no link was received. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  

Hi,  I created a menu for the instagram with 3 items. I already tested this with an android and it works. With an iPhone the main menu only shows, at first, the first item. To be able to see the other items, i need to swipe up. Even though i have difficulties to select the first item.The first image shows the menu without swiping up.The second image shows the whole menu after swiping up. Does any one have problems opening the main menu in instagram with an iPhone too?

Hey Fellow ManyChattersI am building a coaching flow, that checks in with my clients every morning during their time of relation to my business.I have an onboarding / permission flow that ends up adding the user to subscribe to my coaching sequence.Right now I have a TON of the same steps in the sequence (an automation trigger that runs the daily check in).But instead of having the same step duplicated (Feature request: copy step in sequence 😅) could I have a sequence with just ONE step, and remove and add the client every day, to re-trigger the same frist step of the sequence everyday?or maybe there is another way I haven’t come across yet for such a use case :-) Thanks in advance for your ideas, reflections and time :-)  Asger

No Pro options are in use but I am unable to “Go Live,” as it keeps forwarding me to the free trial Pro option, which ultimately charges you in 14 days. And I don’t have any live automation going on,so how do I opt out and go live in the free version?

I just signed up for Many Chat and created my first auto-DM for Instagram comments, and it's not working!I simply want to have a reply to that word in the comments and a private link sent when I comment. It's supposed to be super simple, but it doesn't work!Is there someone from support I can ask or call?THANK YOU

I'm setting up a workflow where I collect a meeting date. The meeting can be scheduled anywhere from 3 days to a week after the booking time. Regardless of when the appointment is set, I need a reminder to be triggered 12 hours beforehand—but I can’t find where to configure this. Thanks in advance to anyone who can point me in the right direction!

My follow-up smart delay isn’t working.  I have tried a few different things and had someone look into it and we cannot figure out why the delayed message isn’t sending.  Can someone help?  

I'm experiencing a problem where my flow gets stuck after the first message—none of the following messages (like email or phone number requests) are being delivered to the user.The flow is designed to collect the user's email and phone number, and then continue with the rest of the automation. It used to work fine, but now it just stops after the initial message, and nothing else is sent.I've already checked the conditions, delays, and message status, and everything seems correct. Still, the user doesn't receive the next messages.Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what might be causing it or how to fix it?Thanks in advance! 

I have 2 Pro subscriptions. I think I only need one. I have one for my Facebook Business Page (PsychLife) and one for my Personal Facebook page (Lisa Csernica Rotella). When I use the Facebook Business page (PsychLife account) to connect to Instagram it says the account is already connected to my Lisa Csernica Rotella account. Do I need to cancel the personal account? Please advise.

Hey guys, this is my first post! Unfortunately with a problem.I’m setting up an AI step that should do the following:Answer questions based on an FAQ. Ask qualifying questions to schedule a visit. Gather contact information. Escalate issues when needed. Once all information has been gathered, trigger a make automation to fill hubspot forms and deals.So, for some reason, after all the questions have been answered, the fields are being saved into the wrong place: I already tried creating the AI Step again, splitting the steps into FAQ > Intake > Questions + Scheduling and nothing works.To really test this out, I created an AI step with the same Context I’ve been using and only created 1 script action asking for the full name and it didn’t save it
