I created a flow to get users that click on our ad to trigger the Manychat bot, but only the first part of the chat is triggered. When customer enters email, the rest of the flow doesn’t work.  I have 44 messages sent on first flow, but then nothing from there.  What am I doing wrong? 

So in the past new weeks I been running into an issue with this app when it’s not working, the when people DM me it’s not responding back! Upon checking the status of this, I see that there’s a message stating, lost connection!! Ok? So I try to refresh this and noting is happening another page pops up stating an error and then another page pops up saying that I have my figures turn off in FB or IG, I have check all my settings and everything is on! I have trouble shoot this 3 times and still is not working so I went and deleted my account waited a day and started again. Same issue is happening!!! Has anyone run into the same problem? is it only on the free accounts? I was thinking to up garage and pay but since I am having so much issues and there is lot no live support it’s very scratchy to me!!!! Is there’s anyone who can help me? 

I speak spanish but i’ll try my best.I going to describe my use case: I have to confirm appointments when the appointment is created. In this case is a Business Initiated Conversation, so I know I cannot send flows, so, i created my whatsapp message template to send the confirmation messageI checked for other topics in this community but is not clear for me how to use the endpoint /sendFlows because there are not enough information in swagger documentation. I’ll be grateful if someone can explain me how to send this kind of message through APIThanks

I have made some changes to one of my flows and as I would usually do i went to update the live and it now says upgrade. I select that and it wants me to upgrade. I am already a pro member and don't understand what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks,Chris

There is no way to do it inside Manychat so i was wondering can i at least be able to pay for the Whatsapp messages through Meta with a different card?  

 In my ManyChat subscription tab, it shows "Trial" while also indicating that ManyChat Pro is active. Despite this, I'm unable to add contact numbers in ManyChat. Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue and guide me on what needs to be done?

I want to send Videos and Audio files to a Whatsapp user using the URL of those files instead of uploading it from local storage. I am able to send Image using the URL but not Audio/Video. Is there a way I can do that using the external request block? 

Hi everyone,I'm currently working on an automation flow that integrates ManyChat, Calendly, and Zapier, but I'm encountering an issue with identifying and tagging contacts who book a call via Calendly.Here’s the flow I’m trying to achieve:A lead engages with our Facebook Messenger bot and provides their details (such as phone number, email, AC type, etc). We then forward them to Calendly to book a call with our sales team. After the lead books a call, a Zap is triggered in Zapier to create a task in Asana for the booked call. At the same time, we want to tag the ManyChat contact based on their Calendly booking, which will then trigger another Zap that sends the contact’s additional information to Asana i.e. it should update the task associated with that contact.The information we collect in ManyChat (name, email, phone, etc.) will only be forwarded to Asana once the lead has successfully booked a call. I am trying to use Telegram Broadcasting Feature. At the moment, I only can broadcast to my subscribed users via Telegram Bot. I want to imports user phone numbers onto ManyChat and then have ManyChat convert those numbers to telegram username so I can broadcast. Is there a way to make this happen or any other way to convert phone numbers to telegram users name? Please help with this...

Hi guys! I need help with this challenge.I am trying to set up an automation with condition that is a bit different from the regular pattern and I do not know how to navigate.I am putting up a post that is a trivia, but i do not want to reveal the answer on the post. What I want instead is that for any answer or comment you provide on that post, you will automatically receive a response prompting you to check your DM to see if you got the answer right.When you get to DM, my first prompt to you would be to congratulate you for trying the question and to ask you to check if your answer (which was already provided on the post) is correct.Now, where I’m stuck is that i need the condition set to be able to check and know if the answer you had provided on the post before you came to DM was correct or not, before the remaining automations comes to play.How can I set this condition, to check if your last comment on the post that brought you to the DM was the right answer for the trivia? Has anyone experienced this? I have a post where they can comment 2 different keywords and only one trigger is getting DM’d to them. Whichever key word they comment first gets sent. Even when they comment the 2nd key word on a different line it doesn’t go through. Any thoughts on how to fix this??  Thanks!

I have a delay set before a message and it says 501 people pass through it but then the message after says it was only sent to 204 people… how is that the case?

Long time user of Manychat, back when I had to wait to get an account (I think this was in 2017?)Anyway, I’m back to using it again and I’m running into a lot of issues. For example, it won't let me reconnect my instagram account @WhisselRealty because it said it was connected elsewhere, but I checked everywhere and I don't have another account.  Also, it says I need to update billing because I have too many contacts, but I deleted all of my contacts but it still says I have 1452/1000  What is the best way to reach out to support directly? I think I need someone to dig into my account to help figure this out!

Hi there,I’m trying to determine what shifted to where a specific comment triggering a custom DM to be sent has shifted to requiring an ‘Opening DM’ where the commenter has to click yes to get the custom message. I never had this issue in the past (typically someone comments the specified word and they get my custom DM with a link). Any thoughts on how I can set up the automation to skip the Opening DM?thanks!

Why would the next post automation be removed as a feature? That was the most helpful feature so I had my posts set up ahead of time that way when it went live people could start commenting the keyword and the link was sent to them. I’m so confused why that feature would be removed.
