I am here and have been for a while. As a full time student I don’t get much time. At first it seemed challenging for me but not it is getting more mangable to be here.
ello, I have a single Instagram account (@flavi_iovine) and a single ManyChat account linked to the email iovineflavia@gmail.com. When reconnecting my Instagram today, the system shows my account is already connected to a workspace called "Flavia| Farmacéutica&Yoga Terapuetico" (the old name of my Instagram profile, before I recently changed it to "Coach Yoga"), and it asks me to "request access from the owner" as if I weren't the owner myself. I already sent the access request but it remains pending, without being approved. I have never had more than one ManyChat account or Instagram account, so I don't understand why two different connections appear for the same profile. I need to recover access to my existing flows and automations, without losing the work already configured. Could you please check my account and let me know what's happening? Thanks,
Hi, My name is Ewunike and I’m the donor manager with Friends of the Congo. I’ve been responding to different creators Many Chats for years and finaly incorporated into our IG. So, looking forward to seeing how this tool can help increase engagement for us.
Hello, I got three days left of my try profile before i got a payed abonnement. I would like to move forward because I believe it will be an asset to my business. However, I have already spent several evenings trying to get the auto DM links from comments to work. I am doubting whether I should take out a subscription or just cancel, because so far my tryouts have been a disaster since I can't get it to work. Anyone willing to help?
I'm hoping someone here can help, since I haven't been able to get a response from Support or Billingteam. I had my ManyChat account fully set up and running – Pro plan, automations, everything. Then I got logged out, and now I can't get back in.Here's what's happening:- I have an active Pro subscription and receive paid invoices by email.- When I try to log in with that email, it rejects me and tells me to log in with Google instead.- When I log in with Google, I land on a brand-new, empty account marked FREE – not the account with my page, automations, or Pro subscription.- I've tried all the standard troubleshooting: clearing browser cache/cookies, different browsers, incognito mode, etc. Nothing works.- I've submitted tickets to Support and messaged Billing directly – no response from either.Has anyone experienced this issue and managed to get it fixed? Or does anyone know a way to get an actual response from the ManyChat team when tickets go unanswered?I'm paying for a service I c
How can i send image from Instagram automatically with text for dm follower?
WhatsApp just changed their pricing. And if you use WhatsApp as a business, you are going to pay a lot more. Starting from October 1, you need to pay for every message that you send.So I will show you what changed, how much you're going to pay, and what you can do about it.And there is one exception where WhatsApp stays completely free. I will show you what that is later in this video. You can watch it here: Please let me know what you think in the comments 👇
From my understanding, Tik Tok should be compatable with Manychat at this point in the year. I have checked every permissions section in Tik Tok and the automation itself. It is working on Instagram but not Tik Tok. I used AI to help and reached out to my network to no avail. Can someone assist or provide some insight?

I was connecting my Facebook to my ManyChat account and entered the incorrect email no I cannot disconnect it to add the correct one. Anyone can help me out please.
Heard of the “Yap Challenge”?Jessi Jean blew up Instagram practically overnight with the "Yap Challenge." Then she did something most creators don't: she turned that attention into a paid course, ran it twice, and pulled in $7M (you read that right) with zero ad spend and a single assistant (also this). We sat down with her on Manychat’s Just Send It podcast to get into the ‘how’. Not the highlight-reel version, but the actual automation and systems running behind her launches— plus what it's really like to go from a "random person filming in her car" to running a 7-figure business in months. We talk about:The secret to her multimillion-dollar launch The behind-the-scenes tech stack (yes, including the Manychat flows) that supported her launch twice without hiring a team How does she stay as her authentic self on camera when millions are watching Managing the overwhelm of sudden attention, all while staying in integrity and raising a familyIf you're building a course or even just thinki
Hello ManyChat Support,I'm experiencing an issue with both "Say Hi to New Followers" and the Follow Gate inside a Comment-to-DM automation. Before contacting support, I completed all the recommended troubleshooting steps:Reconnected Instagram using the new Unified Instagram Onboarding. Refreshed Instagram permissions successfully. Confirmed my Instagram account is a Professional account. Confirmed the automation is Live. Configured "Say Hi to New Followers" with a 5-minute delay. Waited more than 10 minutes after following. To rule out any contact or automation limitations, I also performed the following test:Created a completely new Instagram account. The account had never followed my profile before. It had never commented on any post. It had never sent me a DM. It had never received any ManyChat automation. It simply followed my Instagram account. I waited more than 10 minutes.Result: No welcome DM was sent.I also tested the Follow Gate inside a Comment-to-DM flow. After following my a
Hi I don’t even know how to ask this question.I signed up with the FREE account and it gave a 14 day trial. We linked my Instagram account with this one. I talked to the person handling my social media and she suggested that we upgrade to the $14 subscription and I did. And now we are trying to link my Facebook account. The account links fine but she is having trouble adding the automation to the video. When she tries to link it takes her to the payment page. So I don’t know how or even if I need to make my payment in order for everything to work?

URGENT: Could a ManyChat moderator please escalate ticket #556240?My Instagram connection is stuck on ManyChat’s backend. ManyChat shows the account as connected, but reauthorization fails with “You can’t do this with this Instagram account.”My comment-to-DM automation is attached to a video currently receiving new comments every minute, and I’m manually fulfilling every request. I have already completed the standard troubleshooting, emailed support and contacted ManyChat through Instagram. This requires a manual backend connection reset that preserves my workspace, contacts and automations. Could a moderator please flag ticket #556240 for the technical connections team?
My “Say hi to new followers” automation is LIVE, but the “User follows your account” trigger does not fire at all.I have received multiple confirmed new followers since activation, but ManyChat still shows 0 Runs / 0 Unique Contacts.I already refreshed Instagram permissions successfully and other Instagram automations work. Can a moderator please confirm whether my Instagram account is eligible for the Follow to DM beta, or whether Meta is currently not sending follow events for my account?
I recently did a webinar, and someone asked me this question: 'If you were building ManyChat for a luxury travel agency, bus trips, cruises, curated escapes, what automation structure would you build to move someone from an Instagram comment, to a qualified lead, to a booked traveler?'Great question, so in this video I explain exactly what I'd do. And this isn't just for luxury travel agencies. This same structure works for any high-ticket business. So let me walk you through it.You can watch it here: Please let me know what you think in the comments 👇
Hi Everyone & ManyChat Team,Has anyone else been struggling with activating a Default Reply flow in the updated ManyChat interface? Here is the exact issue:In Automation > My Automations, my WhatsApp Default Reply flow is listed as STOPPED. When I click the three-dot (...) action menu next to this flow, options like Rename, Duplicate, Convert Channels, Move, Share, Delete are listed, but THERE IS NO "SET LIVE" BUTTON! Inside the flow editor, the Publish/Set Live button is disabled (Saved), so there is no direct way to set the flow from STOPPED to LIVE.Why is turning ON a system flow made so complicated or counter-intuitive? Why do we have to duplicate or rebuild flows just to toggle them from STOPPED to LIVE?What is the official/correct way to turn a STOPPED Default Reply back to LIVE in this new UI without hacking it by duplicating? Would appreciate any insights or UI fixes from the team! Thanks!
I’ve never used another email. And my account is paid and up to date…
Hi, Is anyone else having an issue with automation - in particular the email systems field? The person is adding the email correctly in the chat, the automation is working correctly, but the email is not populating as a system field. This is happening with all of my automations, of which were working correctly a week or so ago. Iv’e refresehed fb and ig settings, checked Kit api integration etc and also checked the correct boxes in the automation for email data field. On another note, once this is resolved, does anyone know a simple way to go back through 100+ contacts to get their email correctly sorted and through to my kit integration?! Thank you :)
