Hey everyone,I run a sales and lead gen agency for influencers and I am leaving high level as their automations are buggy.I want to set up on here and I currently have 5 Instagram accounts i manage.How do i set up all 5 IG accounts without the client paying for it on their side, I have access to their pages of course, but when I log in it’s asking them to approve my request, make me an admin in *their* manhychat and then prompting them to set up a subscription to add a new user.I want all of the manychats accounts to be owned, managed and paid for on my side, 100%.My agency is a done-for-you serviceMy contracts with all of the clients is for a revenue % where i cover all costs of software / staff, so I know have to go back on agreements.How do I fix this, thanks.

Hello, nice to meet you alli just started a trial for the pro plan and im facing some issues1. API connection with Makei created An api key thru My profile > API settings > generete api keyand i entered this API  to manychat integration at Makebut i get this error “[401] Wrong token”Maybe it is because of im on trial? i tried to find guides about it but nothing worked2.When i openned a sub account for another facebook page it asked me to upgrade this sub account for proi thought the payment is per contact not per sub-accountsand agian maybe it is a problem that happen only on trial period?thanks 

The action buttons for some reason are not working on Android phones, is anyone experiencing this too and has a solution?

Hi everyone,I’ve noticed a discrepancy between the number of messages sent in ManyChat and the “Messaging Conversations Started” metric in Facebook Ads.In Facebook Ads Manager, it shows 250 messages sent, but in my ManyChat bot (AdTrigger), it only reports 150 messages sent—a difference of 100 messages.Everything is properly connected, so I’m wondering what might be causing this mismatch. Could it be due to how ManyChat tracks messages vs. how Facebook logs them? Has anyone experienced something similar or knows why this happens?Thanks in advance for your insights!  

Hey everyone!I've started working with a VA to manage messages on my Instagram page, but she should only see messages from contacts with a specific tag. Her job is to sell one service, so she doesn't need access to all messages.Right now, even though the contacts with that tag are assigned to her, she can still see every message we get. This makes things difficult because she has to search for her contacts manually on her phone.Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have a stories request automation based on a keyword, but most of the messages people reply with land in my message requests and the automation doesn’t work.  Is there a setting or something to make message requests still work?

I am unable to delete any IG automations.  When trying to delete, I am presented with this error:"Having issues with the Meta connection. Please try again later.” FB automations work fine. I have already reestablished the connection to IG - problem persists. 

I have a paid subscription page offering subscribers exclusive content. I would like to use many chat to send them links to PDFs on specific posts. ManyChat is not loading any of my subscription content, and the automations do not work on those posts, but work on others. Any ideas?

HiI am not seeing the automations I set up in manychat inside of Meta Ads manager. Do I need the paid version to link the accounts?I have followed the instructions in ad set and ad set up, but not finding a message template when I select use existing.Plus I am not seeing partner app anywhere?Can anyone show me where I am messing up? I deleted the business WhatsApp account because that's what they recommended on Manychat.  Now I'm without WhatsApp on my phone….The main problem I'm facing is that I'm unable to receive the SMS code required for verification.So what to do?Buy a new virtual WhatsApp number and make a change to the Manychat account. Then I'll have WhatsApp on my phone? If so, how to do that ?

 Hello colleagues, I have a situation and I hope you can help me. I want to register my WhatsApp number, which is already registered with the Twilio API, but I can’t find how to do it. I looked into adding channels and saw that I should select an external provider, but I don’t see that option. Does anyone know why this might be happening or could help me with my case? hi there. I somehow have it set up that every comment on every post gets an automatic generic message. I would only like messages sent out when I have set up the automation, but I do not know how to turn this off. Can you please help me? Thank you :-)

I’m currently testing auto-DM links from comments. Does the DM send only once? I’m testing, and I’m wondering if it’s possible to enable duplicate sends.

Hello!We want to use manychat chatbot with ai (chatgpt). But we couldn’t embedded our website datas into Chatgpt. We want Manychat chatbot to send the customer questions to chatgpt and send the answer back. We’ve managed to do that but when it comes to Chatgpt, It says that it can’t search through our website. We want to embed all of the datas that is in our website to Chatgpt therefore it can asnwer the customer questions about price, shipping, product details etc. We would appreciate any help!

When I test automation on instagram, the messages are taking too long to be delivered. What was supposed to take 2-3 seconds is now taking almost a minute. Is this a problem with the server or the internet?Note: I'm not using smart delay.

I am unable to automate a DM as a response to a comment. Manychat appears to only want to allow me to reply to a comment, with a comment, which I don’t want. I want to automate into a DM so I can capture an email address and start a further conversation. I have gone through all the troubleshooting and tried to use chatgpt to also help troubleshoot. The only thing I can see, following the walkthrough on the troubleshooting videos for IG, is that on my personal facebook page there is no manychat connected. It’s connected on meta business suite but on the video when you are asked to switch to personal and edit the manychat connection/permissions, there is no manychat. Is the the solve & if so how do I connect it there?Thanks!

Instead, they receive a generic message that I believe is overriding the intended ManyChat flow.Here’s what I’ve done so far:I’ve set up a Facebook Messenger ad and linked it to my ManyChat flow using a the “Message will be sent to customers when they click on your ads” I’ve checked Facebook’s settings, and there are no active auto-responder rules or automations on my page. ManyChat is connected to my Facebook page, and my Welcome Message and Default Reply in ManyChat are turned off. Hi everyone, I just set up 2 adsets in facebooks ads manager. The one for FB messenger automation seems to be working fine when I tested it, but for some reason I am not so sure about the Instagram messenger automation.
