Hi all, I'm trying to connect my Instagram to my many chat account and I keep getting error messages so it won't let me. Any ideas. 

Here’s the situation.  I have an Instagram account, og__geek.  This is my main account, I created it years ago.  I created a new account, freedomfinancehq.  I can’t connect Manychat to freedomfinancehq, only og__geek.  Help!

We want to connect our SMS in GoHighLevel and trigger out ManyChat automations if word triggers are also sent in GoHighLevel.

But where we run into a bit of an issue is with duplicate emails that already exist in the ManyChat account. Can I make a request through the manychat API for the creation of a subscriber and be able to add custom fields in the same request? 

Hello. I am encountering a strange bug with instagram. I have been running an IG account for almost a month and have over 9000 contacts, where manychat has worked perfectly for.The other day I changed one setting on the linked facebook account, changing the Instagram receiver from the default (nothing selected) → manychat. Since then, nothing is working. When people type a keyword, they do not get the connected automation. Conversations arent masked as open. All the functionality of manychat has stopped. My instagram has 0 issues, and i can still message people fine on there, they do not show up on manychat. People messaging my profile do not show-up as a new contact on manychat. I have colleuges that run instagram pages, where the IG-manychat connection is still working fine. And even if i try a new account it works fine, there is just something broken here. Has anyone else encountered this before? or know of a fix? I need help

I have 3 different Manychat profiles with each profile connected to separate Facebook Profiles. Let’s call them  Manychat Profile A, B and C. Profile A and Profile B are pro profiles. Profile C is a trial profile. Let me explain the Manychat profiles - Profile A opened using a Facebook Profile for someone whom I’ll “Ola”. Profile A is a Pro Manychat profile.Profile B opened using my own Facebook Profile - YGF. Profile B is a Pro Manychat profile.Profile C opened using my second Facebook Profile (which silly-nilly me named “YGF”). Profile C is a trial profile.I have full admin rights on all Facebook profiles. The issue I have is this -In Profile B, I have two accounts. One for YGF and the second one is Profile A for Ola! So in this Manychat profile, I have 2 pro accounts!I want to remove the second account which is the Ola’s Manychat Profile (that is, Profile A) from Profile B. 

Hi people! I recently clicked  on an Instagram ad with the call to action ORDER NOW, this link redirected me to their website, I didn’t purchase anything and came back yo my feed with a message notification. I went to my inbox and there it was, an automated message coming  from this same company asking me a question and with a small light grey text of Instagram app saying “This welcome message was automatically delivered when you tapped on an ad, they won’t see this chat until you’ve sent a message”What is this wizard magic and how can I achieve it? So far I can only set up this here when using the Meta Conversion as MESSAGING APP. But I dont want that, I want people to go to my website after clikcinc the add.Any ideass?? Thank you people!

Hello, I am new here and I would like to give it a go to this app. I have been trying to sign up for the free pro trial to make a desition but it is not working. Everytime I put the details of my card I received the test on my bank account (0 charge) and then on Manychat a message of an error apear. Any ideas how to solve this? Thank you 

Hello ManyChat Support Community,I've created an automation flow and need to make two final adjustments. The first one is to change that default profile message, "Hello, I'm using WhatsApp," but I can't find where to edit it. I've already found where to edit the profile picture, WhatsApp Business message, email, and other profile settings, but this particular message is elusive.Another thing is, I'd like to see if there's a way to set up an automatic welcome message if a user just opens the chat on WhatsApp without doing anything. As soon as they open the chat, I'd like to send a welcome message without a link or keyword trigger.Thank you for your help!

I've noticed that in the Live Chat area, there's information about the post response when someone comments on a post, but there's no way to receive this information within ManyChat as a data field.It seems that ManyChat can capture this field, but there's no way to use this information.So, is there a way to use this?If not, why isn't this option being made available to everyone?It's a shame since the information already exists.Also, this feature is already available in other chatbot systems so why not in manychat too?

I can sign in on the mobile app without issue, but no matter which browser I use on my desktop it keeps saying Authorization failed. I have the correct password and two means of signing in. I need to access the desktop version so that I can access billing to cancel my membership. Anyone know how to resolve this issue before I block furthers charges from Many Chat on my bank card?

(For example, if the user wrote the required code 2 times under the post, then the bot will send the necessary message 2 times)and so the bot works only 1 time for a new user, the second time it does not respond to the request.

Hey queens @Marina @Raquel C I don’t know who else to turn to, but I just logged into my IG Summit space (I bought the ticket and all), and under replays, I have exactly two recordings and nothing else. The recordings I have are the ones I was able to watch a week ago. The site says the replays should be available for 6 months (except for a few exceptions), but I can literally only see two. Also, I can’t even access the second day’s material at all. There are no filters applied in this view. Is this a bug, or am I really unable to watch all the videos? By the way, I can’t even re-watch the two videos that are on that list below. It just says "session ended." Also, I didn’t have this issue last week.  

Hey friends, as I remember - I had the option to trigger a flow from any user message,Now, I am trying to create a messenger flow, and I do not see an option to NOT detect keyword.Can anyone help? I want to trigger a flow from ANY user message.Thanks!

n my flow I have Waiting Delays followed by Typing Delays. When I test the flow from my iPhone, I do not see the typing dots. The dots showing typing are not there. In regular conversations on Messenger they are there. When I use my iMac the typing dots are there. Basically Amy typing delays are showing as a waiting delays.

If I give the word “ME” as a trigger in a CTA, and somebody wants to comment not as a CTA but just as a reply on my post to comment and uses the word “me” in the sentence then this persons will also be put in the automation. But that should not happen because it was not meant as a trigger word. Can something be done about that? So that the automation only starts if only the word “ME” is replied and not when used in a sentence?

Hey all, I have a FB Business Manager account with 2 ad accounts. Each ad account has a different business that I run. Under the “Business info” in the FB BM, I have added the business details of one of the businesses (because it is an older business).   Now it is starting to get tricky :)  I have 2 Manychat accounts (one for each business). I have created a WhatsApp Business Account to the older business and now I want to create for the second one. When I trying to connect my 2nd Manychat WhatsApp Business number, I am being asked to connect it with my FB Business Manager account and the “WhatsApp Business display name” is similar to my Business name of the FB Business Manager (make sense, because I called it that way). My question is, if I continue with the connection, will I be able to change the name of my 2nd WhatsApp Business number later? I don’t want to have 2 WhatsApp Business Nu

I have deleted a story automation to reply to story comments via dm but it is still sending the message. Am I missing something?
