So, I’e had ans issue when manycht weren’t able to charge my card and all my automations stopped, as I understood. Now I see that some of my subscribers are not getting their automation-related message safer my subscribtion being re-activated.Is that is how it’s supposed to work, or it’s a glitch?

Is there anyway to add colour to a button or change the font? My buttons appear as a white box with text. I would like to change either the colour of the text or the button box so that it stands out more.

✋ Question: Deleted Chatbot Automation (Messenger Ref URL) Automation Appears Under Widgets on the Contacts Tab I’m working on setting up the bots for my client and I noticed that whenever I was duplicating an automation that the widgets would appear under the “Contacts” tab when I had already deleted the copies of the automations.  Do you guys know if there’s a possibility for me to delete this? FB AD trigger will not activate?

We have a “user mentions you in their story” trigger set to send a 10% discount code to thank them for tagging us. I have it selected to send “once per 24 hours” if they tag us (some people tag us multiple times). It is sending them the message + code multiple times. Thanks in advance for the help! BTW - I have refreshed Instagram and Facebook permissions. 

If my client doesn’t have access to the Instagram Broadcast is that because they never applied for the beta (and it’s too late to do so as I’ve seen they’re pausing the beta?). Wondering why I don’t see the option to have them join it when I am building a message.

Hi everyone! New here, but I’ve been working on building out my first lead qual flow, which basically takes responses from my FB Ads, and asks them a series of questions to qualify them. I’ve attached my screenshot here of my current flow, but I’m not sure how to set up the ability to collect all their answers and save it to their record in ManyChat so I can integrate with my CRM. I have a series of questions and at the end I ask for their name, email and phone number. What would I put in the flow to save all their answers once they’re done with it? 

Since last night, manychat has not sent the message to Direct. He counts the shot, but nothing arrives.

But currently I can't seem to find a way to do this. Bonjour,Depuis hier soir, plus aucune automatisation ne fonctionne… pendant 24h il y avait bien une réponse par commentaire si le clietn écrivait le mot clé, puis cela n’envoyait pas de lien par message. Aujourd’hui plus rien ne marche, alors que toutes les automations sont bien en vert, active. Rien du tout, si je reponds le mot clé, rien ne se passe… cela fait 5h que je suis dessus, personne d’instagram ou de manychat ne peut me répondre
