My recent reels aren't showing when I try to add a new trigger. I have tried it incognito and also have done the refresh (can't remember what it's called in ManyChat) I'm still unable to see my recent reel. 

Hi everyone, I’m new to many chat and I have an important question. I just tried the automatic DM after a comment left on my post and works perfectly. I now want to use it for another of my accounts, do I have to pay TWO pro subscriptions for this? I added my other account but still say is on the free version and doesn’t allow me to add the comment-DM option.

Maybe there's a problem with optin and adding contact but I don't know how to fix it.None of my flows are working (everything was working fine before).However, when I test with another account (my personal account), it totally works, in the editor via the test mode too...When testing with other people, either no flow is triggered (neither in comments, nor in replies to a story, nor in direct DM), or the first message is triggered (with the button), but the rest is not triggered.Each interaction is supposed to trigger the Optin, add the contact when they press the first button, and we're supposed to see the conversation in livechat?-I've checked all the settings (FB, IG, manychat) and refreshed all the permissions-Triggers are enabled-Keywords are correctly configured-Test mode works fineI really don't understand, I ne

The last two campaigns I’ve created won’t publish with out being “activated” and I don’t know what was done differently from my current campaign since my last one to make it stop working. Please help. I keep On getting the “GoPro” message to make it work but I’m not asking for a pro level automation.

Hi, I would like to know if there is a function to avoid sending the automated message multiple times to the same user. Often some of my users respond to the conversation and get the automated message again and again. Is it possible to make it so that if it is sent once to the user, then to the user it is not sent again?

Hey guys, I noticed a very annoying issue that I was surprised to see no one talks about!When user input contains special characters (\n , / etc...) it breaks the json when i want to send it to MakeBut there is no option to clean the input inside Manychat, and beacause it breaks the Json - I also cannot send it to Make to sanitize the input !!Does anyone knows how to solve it? plzThank you all very much

I had this flow that get people info to be contacted later via email or a phone call, it started with a comment in a post then it takes you to the DM and ask you to tap in a button to start all the process. it worked well but I noticed that in some point the button stop working, when I preview it doesn't seems to have an issue but when a coworker tried to do all the process and tapped the button it start refreshing the tab, I'd try to do it with several coworkers and it happened every time.PD: I don’t need the button, but a don't know how to jump directly to the next step or if I there is some way to just put some text and then the next step.I’ll index the reel link and a screenshot of the flow. https://www.instagram.com/p/DBMoi3wu-L5/

Hello! If my template is installed by other users and I update the template, will the update automatically take place for the users as well? Or do they have to uninstall and reinstall to get the latest version of my template?

Does anyone know how to solve the issue where the automation specifically does not work for stories? It works for comments and DMs but not stories.  

We use multiple triggers on our Instagram campaigns, but recently noticed that the “Story Reply” triggers are not working for ANY of our campaign flows. The “Post Comment” triggers are working, but at only about  90% - so leads are still slipping through the cracks and having to be contacted manually.SN: we’ve also noticed that our inbox in Manychat is not reflecting the active messages in the Instagram or Facebook apps. I am developing an integration between ManyChat and an API (which integrates with OpenAI's API, trained on my Google Sheets database) to create an interactive chat experience that personalizes a virtual assistant based on user inputs. The process involves capturing a prompt provided by the user, storing it in a Custom User Field in ManyChat, and using this variable in an HTTP request to the API.However, I'm experiencing an issue where ManyChat is not updating user fields from responses to external HTTP requests.When I check the log, it shows that the response is null.Steps I've taken:Verified the server and response format. Tested with simplified static responses.
