Hello!Im having problems with the next flow:Using the next example: what service do you offer and where are you located?In the example are two non related questions and I need them to be answered.So I came up with this:I created a flow (cuantificar preguntas) that reads the whole text to separates, store and organice the questions in variables (1st question, 2dn question, 3rd question). Afer that I created a flow (responder pregunta) where it analizes the first question and classifies it to give the correct answer. After that,  the flow “cola de mensaje” starts, where it deletes the first question and if there’s a second or third message it will move them upwards (2nd to 1st and 3rd to second). After moving up the questions in the queue the flow “responder pregunta” should start again and keep looping until there’s no more questions to answer. Here lies my problem:It does organize and answer the first question (and deletes its afterwards) and moves up the second question to the first o

I have a lot of triggers that CONTAINS the same start, but they go to various automations, and when someone sends one of the keywords, it do not identify the whole word but just the start of it. let me show an example.If the user send the keyword “EP98”, and i have a trgger set to “EP9”, the automation that will be sent to the user is going to be the one with the “EP9” trigger. But the automation that should be t=sent is the one wth the “EP98” trigger.In DM triggers you can choose to only send an automation when the message IS a certain keyword, not when it CONTAINS the keyword. but in the post/reels comments and the story replys, i can only set it to look for massages that CONTAIN a certain keyword.Does someone know how to make the comment coments only identifies specific word, like the DM triggers?

Hi community I am new here. I am looking for a way to implement a shared inbox, where all incoming chats are handled by a bot, until at some point the bot decides to pass the chat to a human operator to continue the conversation. The human takes control of the chat, until it ends it, and then the bot takes over again (if the user restart the conversation).This is the flow:1. customer talks with bot2. bot tags the chat at the end3. chat is assigned to group based on tag4. at some point human will come and reply to the customer  in chat using many chat ui5. Bot should not respond now since human is talking6. Human will at some point solve the issue of customer and untag the chat7. Now bot becomes active again and will respond to the messageI am having difficulty to understand if this can be done with manychat.  Any idea if this is possible? 

I’M IN THE MIDDLE OF A SALE AND IM BANNED FROM COMMENTING AND I CAN’T EVEN POST ANYMORE. I REACHED OUT TO INSTAGRAM AND THEY ARENT VERY HELPFL. HOW DOI AVOID THIS USING MANYCHATS IN THE FUTURE? HAD I KNOWN THIS WOULD’VE HAPPENED I WOULD HAVE AVOIDED THIS ALTOGETHOR.

Is it possible to create an ai chatbot with knowledge base to respond on the questions inside the manychat?I am trying to connect voiceflow simple chatbot( capture question and answer it) to manychat through external request but I am not sure how to do it.Do you know how to create this kind of chatbot?

 Hi I run Facebook Ads for a restaurant , and when someone clicks on the ad, an automation will start, and a coupon will be sent to them.Is there any way to send a follow-up message to people who didn't retrieve the coupon?I have different stages when someone request for coupon, and when someone retrieve couponIn my area, people don't like to share their phone numbers, so the only thing left for me is a Messenger message.I have around 500 people who clicked on the ad, but when I go to broadcast, only 12 people in the list (1 month old campaign). or does messenger even allow us to do it?I am assuming if broadcast shows 12 people. then if I create a sequence, it will give me similar results. Or am I wrong on this?

i need to create an http request to bring some info, but it says : just https allowed. my problem is the api that im trying to call is not under a https server… and it woult take some time for this people to change it to https…is there anyway to achieve this goal making http requests from my flow ?

Hello guys ! Is there any feature on manychat by which we can send bulk messages to users with just one click instead of manychat sending single dms to people who engage with our content 

Hi all,I’m using the free version of Manychat and I uploaded one post and one reel (which are basically the same).And I made an automation, I could only see and click the reels tough I wanted to click the post.Anyways, the reel was the only available so I actually erased the reel from my feed and I tried to select the post from Manychat but I could not see my post even after many attempts of refreshing.Can anyone give me a hand with this issue?It’s kind of driving me crazy..! 

Hola Manychaters! Tengo la versión premium y he observado que no siempre se activan las respuestas automáticas de instagram y tampoco los DM, siempre quedan algunos sin responder. ¿a alguien más le sucede esto? ¿Alguien sabe a que se debe y como lo puede arreglar? Gracias

I was following the process to connect my whatsapp number to manychat, was sent to facebook, but cannot complete it on facebook, please see attached. What should I do? 

I know how to collect emails through ManyChat and link them to Active Campain. However, I can't figure out how to associate the First Name and Last Name data that I've collected with those fields in the record in Active Campaign. Anyone know how?

Manychat doesn’t respond to automation "Manychat doesn't respond to automation. I've set everything up as it should be: responses to Instagram Reels. Initially, it worked, responding in the free version, but then it stopped responding. I purchased the paid version and despite all the correct settings, it doesn't respond to keywords - it doesn't respond to any automation at all."

I already work with one e-mail plataform tah does e-mail marketing too. Howewer, Manychat has it all. I can bring leads with automation, I can automatically answer my clients and much more. It is a very interesting platform indeed but I did not find the way to automatically send my customers an e-mail after their shopping.Could any good soul, help me?

I’m tryng to set a dufferent DM response to each comment I get on a singular post. It isn’t wotking, what can i do?And how can I set this automation to a post I have scheduled but that isn’t on my feed yet?

Hi guys, have been using Manychat for 6+ months and had not problems until a few days ago.Now Manychat isn’t seeing any Instagram Comments on my posts and hence is not sending any of my automated DMs.For example:1) People comment “Keyword” on my IG post/Reel2) Manychat Dms them automated message (this is where it is not doing this anymore and doesnt send anything?)Anyone else having this problem/found a solution?

Whenever I add buttons to a text in a flow, both the text above the button and the text in the button displays in bold text. I can’t find a way to make the text normal.  

For Restaurant Marketers, are you getting any traction with Instagram Keywords?I’ve set up keywords like: Order, Menu, Reserve, Gift Card, Directions, Hours & Specials to fire corresponding flows in DMs.Our Posts & Stories feature the Keywords as “Comment” or “Reply” CTAs.No one uses them!I know there’s a learning curve for Followers to understand they can do things like reserve tables in DMs -- so I’m interested if other restaurants are getting any traction with core/functional Keywords like these.On another note, keywords for giveaways & events do fine.Thanks for sharing your experience & any suggestions on how to make these functional keywords (order, menu, reserve, etc.) perform better are welcome!   -Stewart
