Hello,I need to automatically put my contacts in google sheet. So I've set up an action that automatically puts them there. My question is as follows: Can I put the action at the start of my questionnaire and collect the following information if the lead responds? For example, what is your name -> James your email? -> test@test.fr Your favourite colour? -> No answer So should I put my action in the last question or the first, if it is in the first question will it take into account the following questions? Thanks in advance!

Hello!I did the first manychat automation (whoever comments on the video gets a link in the message to download my file). Now I see in the profile that I have 1068 active contacts, 847 inactive contacts. I would like to write a DM to everyone who commented on the video and got my file, how they are doing with the file, if they understand everything and I want to offer them another subservice to my file.Can I write everyone a private message? Don't I get BANned on Instagram?What is the difference between a "visitor" status and a "subscribed" contact?How can I further communicate with people and offer them a service/discount if they have already commented on the video and received a link that they clicked on?

Can someone explain this billing invoice? I hardly believe that I had 2500 contacts, how I can check it?

Hi, There is live chat sync issue on website, on mobile app, it works fine but on web it doesn’t sync well and I see only old contact chat. Tried clearing cache and cookies and reset permission but nothing works, can you please help.

Hello people, good afternoon. I'm new to Manychat and I'm having problems with my first automation. I've already done all the automation development and it works fine, but when I publish it I can't get the trigger to be enabled. Therefore, the automation doesn't work. Where could this problem come from? Maybe it's from the Facebook Ads Manager. Here in Manychat I've already tried everything I found, from the button that doesn't respond to me and browsing through different parts, but I couldn't figure it out. Who knows how to solve this? I have an automation set up to sens a message on instagram when a certain word written in the comments. It stopped working and I have tried to make a new one, same thing - people comment and nothing is sent. I have no idea why!! Any clues or tips?

I set up and automation and used the limit of words they allow us but when someone on instagram gets my message it comes up with only a little and then … they can’t even click to read the full message. How do I change this? 

  Can someone please help me understand why my automation won’t start?I made the flow, imported the customers and then tagged them but it didn’t work.I did the other way around but the result is the same. Is there something im missing? or I need to check something?

Hi everyone,I’m using WhatsApp at the moment here on ManyChat and I’m wondering how the Meta approval of templates work.You can sometimes send a template for approval and have it approved in just a few minutes, other times it can take hours or a whole day. Does anyone know how this works and why that is?Is this machine/AI reviewed sometimes and human reviewed other times?Why does a message get approved in instants while others take so long?If anyone knows or has any videos/articles to share about it please send them over!Thank you,Camilla

My apologies if I missed it. If you set up Manychat to trigger the automation on all of your posts… Will it also: Trigger the response when you post in a group as your page, and… Will it trigger the response if you share a post from your FB page to a group?Thanx

I’ve setup the keyword trigger automation, however the “messenger ads” just show “send a message”.it’s triggers messages without the messageHowever, i’ve set this up on instagram to have the button that has “the keyword”, however it doesn't show.Am i doing something wrong or is there a better way to get people from instagram ads into the manychat flow. I’ve put in ‘get code” and short text, but this doesn’t appearAnyone know the issue?

Hi GuysWhy can I not open my messenger? I have opened a new account and, I’m trying to use it, but  the messenger does not oppen, I have removed it, and connected again, the result is the same. When I click Open Messenger (se picture) nothing occurs: what could be the problem??
