Hi Everyone, I”m a new Manychatter, can anybody tell me how to connect my Manychat Flow to my facebook ads?  

The flows that has a Buy Button attached to it does not send out. Is there a bug to the Buy Button? It has been a month since the last time it can be used.

Hello Manychat folk!I’m new to the Manychat platform and have a newbie question. For the “keyword” feature, how does Manychat treat capitalization? For example, if my keyword is “network” will it trigger the automation if people comment or reply with every possible instance of capitalization of the word (for example “Network” and “NETWORK”) or do I have to continue putting in every possible capitalization option as a keyword?Thanks for your help!

Does anyone know why webhook errors occur when using Elementor Forms + Make/Integromat?This happens sporadically, and I haven't been able to identify a pattern. I'm sending contact data through Elementor Forms via a webhook to an automation in Make, which then registers the contact in ManyChat. The issue seems to be between my site and Make.

Hello, I wonder if we can have a discounted subscription as students of a university? And / or do you have country based pricing differentiations? I would love to go pro, but the pricing is not reasonable at all with my intentions for usage and country economics, and even all the other paid tools that cover a lot more of required needs. Please let me know if there are any options we can applyThanks!  

Hi, is there a place to get the very basics of Many Chat explained simply? We’re using it currently, with great results, for automated DM’s from IG comments. But, I know I am not using ManyChat to it’s full potential and I am not capturing or building any sort of lists/contacts in this process. Any help is appreciated.

Hi! Everyone,I was putting together a flow and just thought I was about unpublished a previous flow and install a new one? There is a comment that stated “Marked this message as a “Comment Reply” if you want to send it as a reply to a post or reel comment” I have gone through the video tutorial and I can’t seem to find the topic of these. What am I missing? The beginning of the flow is “User comments on Your Post or Reel” What exactly did I overlook? Any response are appreciated.

Hi,I am try to create a flow so when someone comments on a post, reel or story they are sent a DM with a link to purchase the product at a discount.  the problem I am having is linking the shop or buy to the product in my IG or FB shop. I already connected voiceflow to Manychat, but I’m still getting some trouble capturing data through the API from voiceflow and sending links. So in voiceflow it is giving me the correct links as you can see in the workflow in the first video:https://vimeo.com/912675427?share=copy Also capturing the correct data through the API which is connected to zapier from voiceflow as you can see in the second video:https://vimeo.com/912675390?share=copy But when I try any of this on manychat through messenger it does not work as you see in the third video:https://vimeo.com/912675372?share=copy If any of you can explain to me how can I fix this I would really appreciate it.

Guys, I need a lot of help, sorry for the broken English, I'm from Brazil.I use Manychat for Telegram and the same bot that I connect to Manychat I also use on the help channel, I've always done it like this on other accounts.However, I got an account from a new client, and I installed the bot on Manychat, and Manychat works perfectly, but when I put the same bot on ChannelHelp, my Manychat started to work at the same time, has this happened to anyone? Is there a way to resolve it? My other accounts on manychat that have the bot in both places still work normally, I really need to adjust this!If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am trying to set up a flow and I would like to capture email addresses that are then automated to send to my kajabi email list. I’ve attached a screenshot of the actions I’ve added but on testing Manychat isn’t capturing the email. Any suggestions and insights would be appreciated.  

Has anyone received a message that says that the keyword cannot be downloaded because it’s in the wrong format? I tried to delete the app as others have stated that will fix the issue, but have been unable to resolve it. Has anyone had this experience before, and has a Solution.
