Hello community,I’ve encountered a problem with my ManyChat automation and would appreciate any guidance on how to fix it.In the attached screenshots, you can see a button that is appearing, which should not be part of the flow. Initially, two other buttons were showing up, which also weren't supposed to be there. When clicked, these buttons lead to a flow that doesn’t even exist.I’ve already tried resetting the automation and updating permissions, but the issue persists.Has anyone experienced something similar or have any advice on how to resolve this?Thanks in advance for your help!Attaching screenshots for reference.Best regards,   

I have successfully created an automation flow for WhatsApp chat and now I would like to replicate this exact same automation for Instagram. However, when I attempt to copy and paste the automation (using Shift + C), it doesn’t seem to paste into the Instagram flow builder.Can anyone help on this?

When typing the keyword in the feature (User comments on your Post), the typing cursor automatically moves to what comes after it.However, in the feature (User sends a Direct Message with a Keyword), I have to move the cursor manually, and I don't know why this happens. Hi everyone! I am trying to figure out how I can get more messages to my prospects after I do the “comment reply” method. For some reason only a handful of them go through though. I’ll put an image below. I’m trying to get people the message after the smart delay. But for some reason only a handful of them go through. Anyone know why this is? Or a better way to do follow up messaging after a comment reply?

Hi,We want to send a WhatsApp message (initiated by us) to multiple audiences via automation. We used the triggers "contact created" and/or "tag is applied," but it’s not working. We haven’t received any messages on our WhatsApp at all.Do you happen to know if there’s something we might be missing? Please find the screenshots of the automations below. Thank you! Note 1: It says "disabled" in the picture, but we had it enabled during the test. We've disabled it for now. Note 2: This is another automation we tested, but it also did not work. 

I am trying to test something. I already have an IG account set up with a chatbot, and I want to add another IG account. I am assigned as admin to that other account (it doesn’t have any Facebook page linked, it’s just the IG account), and I have access to it thru Meta Business Suite, but for some reason when I try to add it to Manychat, it doesn’t show up.I already tried doing what was explained here and here, without luck.

Remove the Existing Facebook Account: Please disconnect the current Facebook account that is connected to my ManyChat account, as it is no longer in use. Add New Active Facebook Account: Connect my new, active Facebook account to ManyChat. Ensure that all relevant permissions are granted and the page is properly integrated for messaging automation. This will ensure that my ManyChat account is linked to the correct Facebook account for communication and automation purposes.

Hello,I noticed that the response mapping option is disabled when trying to configure my request map. Does anyone know why this feature is unavailable? Is this a limitation in my setup or something related to the tool?Any insights would be greatly appreciated!Thank you! 

I want to know how to delete the WhatsApp number that ManyChat provides when opening the account, as they charge me 0.66 cents for this, but I am no longer using it because I entered my own number. I don't know how to cancel this subscription.

Hello team,  I’m so familiar with manychat since I was a social media manager at a company last year, I created Manychat Account for them and created many automations for them.  now I want to use the knowledge to make money, how can I manage multiple FB/IG pages on Manychat without asking my clients to make me their page admin, is there a secure way to do so? I know each client has has to have a specific ManyChat account weather its Instagram or Facebook, I want to work as a freelance only to make them bots, broadcasts and more of Manychat services.  Is it possible? Thank you for your assistance 

Twilio assigned me a phone number for WhatsApp but for SMS required me to get one from Twilio… could we use the same number both for SMS & for WhatsApp?

I have an automation set up, so when a follower sends me a message with a keyword, it triggers an automation. After that, I start the conversation with the Follower. But sometimes the user sends that keyword in their messages again, and my automation gets triggered again. Since this happens, when I’m not active in the conversation, the 30 minutes pause function does not solve the problem. Is there a way to stop followers from entering one automation multiple times?

Hi all, I’ve just setup my manychat account. I’m still on the free version. I’m trying to use manychat mobile to reply on whatsapp however it says “You can’t send messages from this Manychat account. Please log in to Manychat’s web version and follow the instructions to resolve this.” Does this mean it is not possible? Or is there something i need to do to set this up?
