Dear all,I’m trying to collect email addresses from my IG DM to a Google sheet. I have done the integration and all but can’t seem to find the “User input” that all the YouTube videos I have watched keep talking about. I’ve literally been scouring the internet for this information for the past two hours. The videos I find on YouTube are from 7 months ago and older and don’t have the same interface I have (I guess it’s now updated). I’d really appreciate any help here. Thanks. This is where I’m missing it. 

When importing a CSV file I only partially care for very few, and the structure of the file and the content of the contacts are correct, for example I import 20 contacts and it incorporates only 3, I tried to export 150 contacts and it exports 27, I see the information and preserve good dataIt should be noted that I have the paid PRO version.

So I set up manychat, read through the forum, implemented everything I saw and still nothing. The bot isn’t sending messages ( for comment on reel)Not only that, but also today I posted a story and asked people to reply if they want something ( I didn't set up an automation for that) and I asked a friend to type the word since I wasn’t getting any replies and he sent me a screenshot of instagram saying “message can’t be sent, story no longer available”, tried on another friend’s phone - same thing. So I just deleted my story. Iam getting fed up with this thing, does anybody know how to fix this or is there any good alternative to manychat?

I have an issue I haven`t been able to solve for 3 days now. Make Webhook response returning data, however, sometimes Manychat does not change the variable and returns the previous one. I investigated the issue and decided that it could be because of the content size, JSON seems to be correct. Hi Community,I have my Many Chats account connected to Wix Contacts through Pabbly Connect. There’s a webhook between the two that’s supposed to create a new contact every time someone sends and email through Instagram. The connection isn’t working and I’m wondering if there’s an easier way to collect emails. I noticed that exporting the list doesn’t work. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thank you!

Hello!I did the first manychat automation (whoever comments on the video gets a link in the message to download my file). Now I see in the profile that I have 1068 active contacts, 847 inactive contacts. I would like to write a DM to everyone who commented on the video and got my file, how they are doing with the file, if they understand everything and I want to offer them another subservice to my file.Can I write everyone a private message? I've already done all the automation development and it works fine, but when I publish it I can't get the trigger to be enabled. Therefore, the automation doesn't work. Where could this problem come from? Maybe it's from the Facebook Ads Manager. I have an automation set up to sens a message on instagram when a certain word written in the comments. It stopped working and I have tried to make a new one, same thing - people comment and nothing is sent. I have no idea why!! Any clues or tips?
