Hello, I have just set up my account and it’s still currently in free trial mode. I send up a DM automation for when people comment a specific word in the comments of my latest reel. I set up the automation with links, but when anyone clicks on the links, they will not load and it appears to be locked. Has anyone else encountered this? Thank you!

Hi! I need to create a communication funnel which connects a Facebook Lead Form (through a Lead Ads Campaign) and, after the Forms is finished, the same lead receives a WhatsApp message to the number which was written.Based on what I´ve searched, it might possible using Facebook, Zapier Pro, paid Twillio and ManyChat Pro, although it´s a litte expensive. Have someone here ever tried to do the something like this and confirm that it´s possible OR have a better idea? Please Help!! 🙏

It seems that every time someone messages me on IG, it automatically adds them as a contact. This really takes up a lot of space, and I get charged more and more every month as I don’t do anything with them, unless they enter into my automation. Would love to hear and see if there is a switch off BUTTON for adding a contact? Unless they enter through my automation. Thanks guys! :)

Hi everyone! So I setup a DM automation from a comment keyword. I want to have it setup to send a follow up DM 24 hours later. I think I have it figured out using a smart delay for now but I didn’t have the smart delay setup for the first little bit so I don’t think those people are in the smart delay sequence. Is there a way to add them to the smart delay or just set something up to send a message to those people that replied?

The triggers appear as disabled, and I can't enable them without switching to PRO, but I don't have contacts and I would like to use the free version first.I have 4 flows responding to publications and sending an automatic response and message with a link in the DM, they all work well, but I can't create number 5 because after publishing the flow the trigger is disabled.I tried to create a new one, and I also tried to make a copy of a flow that is working, but the problem occurs in both.

Hello! I would like to know if an automatic message can be sent through a webhook that I use in zoho crm to clients, as an automatic payment reminder. How could I do this, could you help me? In this case, the message must be sent when the rule is activated on the Zoho CRM side and the event is triggered by sending the data through the webhook, such as your full name, debt and telephone number to which this automatic message must be sent.

Hello, I want to post this as I don’t know if it’s a bug or not.I have a basic comment → DM setup configured. Altought it is working, for some reason, some users (and only SOME users) can’t see the automated message that is being sent to their DMs. Why is this happening?

Hey everyone, I have a question. I want to make an automation that when someone sends me a message with keyword > I send them message > then if they left me on see > I want to make sure they get the follow up message Does anyone knows how to do this? I’ve tried the “user input” thing but that can’t understand when someone has actually seen my message. Hope I made it clear.

Is there a way to disable the general autoreply — “we’ve received your message and will get back to you XYZ” — I set up through Meta? The Automation and trigger keyword I set up through Manychat works, but so does the genera autoreply I set up through Meta. People get both autoreplies.  

My idea is to request the email through Instagram and have the material arrive to your email, but the automation I made, apparently, has an error because it does not work.

Hello!  I have been quite perplexed trying to make this, but is there a way to have a flow triggered (or continued) at a date and time of my choosing instead of the contact’s time zone?  I’ve been racking my brain trying to think of a way to do this with all that I know of Manychat and have been VERY surprised that there is not a way that I have found thus far.Also, I found this  ...and I upvoted it! Brand new to Manychat and set up 2 automated trigger flows in IG.Setup want find and I found the flow to be incredibly easy to set up.HOWEVER, neither of them are working when I use IG to put in the trigger word into a comment.I have spent at least an hour looking for the solution and no luck.They are both active and live.  But not working.Is there something obvious I am missing that someone here can point out to me?Thanks,Gina (feeling like a dunce rn)

Estou desenvolvendo um fluxo para o Whatsapp que tem uma conversa fluída com o cliente utilizando o ChatGPT. O problema que estou enfrentando é que, se o cliente envia 2 mensagens seguidas, o GPT responde 2x. Ao que tudo indica, as duas mensagens acabam fazendo o loop do meu fluxo, fazendo com que ele gere 2 respostas. Teria alguma forma de concatenar essas duas strings e fazer uma validação ou pausa de X segundos para que o cliente tenha tempo de digitar várias mensagens e o bot junte tudo isso e responda com uma só resposta?Se puderem me ajudar agradeço demaisss!!!!

I have setup an automation for Instagram DM’s, but I have an issue where one user messaged us without the keyword to initiate the automation. The user then provided their email (which the automation is scheduled to do) however, if the user then messages again, it restarts the automation. Any ideas where I am going wrong? I’ve attached a screenshot of my automation.Thanks in advance!
