I need your help with something important 🙏I’m building a flow where, when someone needs assistance (like opening a support ticket), I want to notify a specific person – but only inside the Manychat app, not via email. The client does not want to receive email notifications for every ticket.Is there a way to: ✅ Trigger an in-app notification (like a task or alert in Manychat) 🚫 Without sending an email?If that’s not possible right now, is it at least possible to change the email address connected to the Manychat account so those notifications go somewhere else?Really appreciate any guidance, tips, or workarounds from anyone who faced something similar! 🙌Thanks in advance 💙
Hola, desde hace dos días me registre en una nueva cuenta con manychat, he tenido otras anteriormente , pero me cree esta nueva porque es un nuevo negocio, vincule un whatsapp con el numero que da la aplicación gratuita, y me encuentro con la sorpresa que manychat no me deja enviar mensajes, yo si puedo recibir y todo, lo que no me dejan es enviar los mensajes, no entiendo porque es primera vez que me pasa, pues ya tengo otras cuentas y jamás había tenido problema, el mensaje que me aparece es este No se pudo enviar el mensaje

But the connection attempt on WhatsApp spins for hours and does not connect. I restarted both the phone and computer, yet getting the same result.Please help if you know why it might not be connecting.

Why isn’t the automation firing when I message the keyword?I’m using the ‘out of the box’ automation template just to test this.When I message the keyword “video” nothing happens. I have another automation working when they comment on a post… that runs the workflow and sends the initial message - however clicking the button then doesn’t send the next message… nothing happens.Everythign is working fine with FB Messenger. It’s just the IG that’s the issue.I’ve tried disconnecting IG and starting over from scratching reconnecting the account etc. All the meta settings have manychat as the receiver - However I’m wondering about this… the Instagram receiver only gives me “manychat” as the option and not the Manychat-IG (IG App)… could that be something?
Al recibir una imagen de parte de un cliente, esta solo puede visualizarse una vez con el chat abierto, al refrescar figura ‘imagen no disponible’, esto se debe a un bloqueo de red o permisos de la web?
Hi. I’m here newbie and tryin to set up simple automation: Client clicks on get messages and i can broadcast to them promos. Problem is they not added to Promo section -_-. Where i making here error?
