Olá, gostaria de saber se consigo enviar uma nova mensagem para um novo contato que ainda não obteve nenhuma interação comigo, no caso iniciaria uma nova conversa por mim. Não encontrei essa opção na função do whatsapp integrado 

Hi everyone!For my Messenger automation, I wanted to completely disable the user’s ability to type messages and force interactions only through Quick Replies. Thanks to the Keyboard Input setting in ManyChat, I was able to hide the keyboard entirely — which is great!However, I still need the user to enter their name at the beginning of the flow. So ideally, I'd like to reactivate the keyboard just for that specific step, and keep it disabled the rest of the time.What I’m doing currently: I disabled Keyboard Input globally (Messenger settings) I use Quick Replies for most of the conversation For name input, I created a User Input block with Text type and left the “Only allow quick replies” option unchecked My question:Is there a cleaner or more flexible way to allow text input only at certain steps while keeping the keyboard hidden elsewhere?

Hii I created Instagram account first then after I created Manychat account and linked it with Instagram .after I tried to trigger automatic dm but its showing n/a in ctr . It not triggering please help me anyone have idea

Isso parece ser uma falha muito grave se as automações não funcionarem quando você estiver fazendo uma postagem colaborativa com outra conta.Alguém pode me informar se descobriu isso?Postagens do IG Collab: Minhas automações funcionarão ou não?Suponha que eu seja o autor da postagem, convidando outra conta como minha colaboradora e que não seja uma colaboração paga/do tipo anúncio.Além disso, se as automações funcionarem, elas funcionarão para TODOS os comentaristas ou apenas para os comentaristas que já seguem minha conta?

Hola comunidad 👋Estoy enfrentando un problema al intentar vincular un número de WhatsApp Business con ManyChat.Al hacer la conexión, aparece un mensaje que indica que el número no puede ser vinculado por supuestamente incumplir políticas.Ya contacté al soporte de Meta y me confirmaron que NO hay ninguna restricción ni bloqueo en mi cuenta de Business Manager.También contacté al soporte de WhatsApp Business, y me respondieron que tampoco hay problemas con el número.Es decir, desde el lado de Meta y WhatsApp todo está en orden, pero ManyChat sigue sin permitirme avanzar con la vinculación.¿Alguien ha tenido este mismo problema?¿Puede ser un bug de la plataforma o falta algún paso oculto?Agradezco cualquier experiencia o consejo. 🙏

We plan to pass the custom field values through the URL parameters to our chatbot. Is this possible? If so, could you please guide us on how to implement it?2. Each user will have unique values. We want to include them in the URL parameters that the bot shares in the chat. Is this possible?

im setting an automation for whatsapp, the im sending messages with buttons, then.. i expect susbscriber to choose one of the buttons, and after the message ive set a smart delay waiting for the answer. thing is.. after the smart delay started even if the susbscriber chooses one of the buttons the smart delay wont stop and it will continue the flow. Is there a way i can send a message with buttons and set a waiting time for the susbscriber to chose one of the buttons, if not then continue the flow?

bom dia gente! Alguém poderia me ajudar? Estou tentando criar uma automação de resposta a comentários em publicações e reels com palavras chaves… Mas não está ativando. Alias diz que está ativo, mas ao testar ele não está enviando a mensagem no direct na pessoa como resposta ao comentário dela. 

So I just registered at ManyChat, but I have multiple Instagram profiles under the same Instagram account, but I cannot switch profiles within this account to link with ManyChat?For example, I need to use @performancerx dot nl Instagram profile for ManyChat, but instead it automatically links my @bonbongoods_ Instagram profile, because it's linked to the same Instagram account.How to fix? Else I won't be able to use ManyChat which would be a shame. I'm not gonna create a new account and start over from scratch.Kind regards,Jurre

Hi,It’s so difficult to get a WhatsApp Business API account even though I own the business. I’m trying to find another way, and Manychat seems to be one of it. Can I subscribe through Manychat and thus bypassing Meta’s process of getting the WhatsApp Business API approved?Secondly, when my live agents interact with the users, I read that they must do it on manychat UI, because if they talk directly in the WhatsApp chat, the automation will not stop. If this is true, can we whitelabel the chat? I do not want my clients to know that I’m using manychat. Hope someone can help, thank you.

Is it possible to create a comment trigger to have exact word match “me” is used, while excluding cases where it appears within or as part of another word?it will not trigger for the following words?eg. meeting, sometime, meta, overtime…. etc

I'm creating a flow on ManyChat where I ask customers questions to collect information and then recommend products that suit them. However, when I preview it on Messenger, it sends a series of questions all at once without waiting for the customer's response. How can I ask customers one question at a time, wait for their response, and then move on to the next question after collecting the information?

Pessoal, tentei conectar o whatsapp no manychat para poder usar o whatsapp pelo celular. Mas ao conectat meu whatsapp caiu, isso é normal? Como faço para fazer da maneira que não caia o número. Caiu na hora de puxar as conversas. Alguém tem algum vídeo explicado?

It returns a JSON error when formatting the message, and the same occurs when I pass it as Header.Even clicking on JSON Encoder doesn't work.Prints Attachments.Has anyone experienced this error and could tell me how to resolve it?
