Estou no período de trial, mas já ativei o plano Pro e gostaria de usá-lo imediatamente. Como forço o upgrade antes do fim do trial?

I noticed that when I use Google Get Row by Value, the value is not stored in a bot field.I can map it to a bot field, but when I check the settings again, the mapping to the bot field is empty.What's the logic behind that?

Intenté conectar mi Instagram, pero cada vez me aparecía una página que decía "solicitud pendiente desde la cuenta" y luego me daba la opción de cambiar de cuenta o regresar. No entiendo por qué no me deja conectarlo. No he recibido ningún correo con una solicitud de acceso ni veo nada en mi cuenta de Instagram.Otra cosa, como esto no funcionó, intenté eliminar mi cuenta, pero en el "Centro de ayuda", las páginas que explicaban cómo hacerlo no tienen la misma interfaz que yo veo.

Activé una automatizacion dentro de una publicación orgánica y ha funcionado correctamente. Sin embargo, cuando la he boosteado desde un anuncio, he obtenido +100 comentarios extra con la palabra clave que debería haber activado el disparador, pero en las métricas de manychat no se ve reflejado. No sé si es un error en las métricas de manychat o en la automatización. ¿Alguien sabe qué puede estar pasando?

En Instagram, dentro del Centro de Cuentas, la página de Facebook profesional está correctamente asociada. Hi guys, I just set up a DM flow on TikTok since we don't have comments yey.Message contains “keyword” then send a message.After setting it up and making it live, I tested sending a DM with another account on another device. It shows the 3 seconds typing period but the actual messages didn't go through.Anyone else facing a similar issue? Any fixes for this?Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!

Hello,I can't link my account to Instagram.I was already using it at the time, but now I can't renew the connection. In Instagram, the connection to Manychat is shown as active. I am stuck at the screen where I can click on “Send request / Request sent”, which I have done. how do i start my manychat subscription for billing on business?

Hi everyone,I’ve been trying to reduce the number of active contacts in one of my ManyChat accounts to lower the billing tier. I’ve unsubscribed a number of users (they are clearly marked as “Unsubscribed” in the Audience tab), but they still seem to be counted toward the billing total.Interestingly, I did the same process for another client and it worked immediately – the number of contacts decreased and the billing tier adjusted accordingly. But in this account, no matter what I do, the number doesn’t go down.Has anyone else experienced this?Do I need to delete the contacts completely (not just unsubscribe them) to stop them from being counted?Or is there any delay in how the billing count updates? I tried it a few weeks ago, but still doesn´t work.Thanks a lot for your help!

hi everyone, i have a quick question about external request, i’m doing a request to n8n this workflow use IA to answer the user question and retrieve the answer throught the ‘respond to webhook’ node, the issue is this: the node still running and manychat show me a alert that the request is null, i try to use http headers to solve this but not work this is the response register:  if u can see the response is null, i thought that maybe the problem is the response mapping but is not  and this is the response in n8n:  is responding correctly. if i use another way to make request the response is working  HERE this is the headers that im using  how could i solve this issue? thnks 

eu desconectei o canal whatsapp, e agora pelo que vi as formas de conectar novamente foram alteradas mas eu não consigo realizar a conexão o número já está na conta do whatsapp do facebook, mas não aparece mais a opção no manychat

Pessoal boa tarde.Estou tentando conectar o instagram no manychat mas nao vai. Minha conta do instagram já é business, eu ja vi aquela opção de permitir mensagens, essa conta também ja esta vinculada a uma pagina do facebook. Ja tentei pelo celular, pelo app e não vai de jeito nenhum. Quando eu clico para conectar o instagram ele fica na pagina do instagram tempos e nao abre para conectar. Não sei mais o que fazer

Hey everyone,I’m running into a recurring issue where some messages in my flows don’t get delivered, and the error says:“Meta did not deliver message.”The problem is—this happens silently. There's no built-in alert or tag applied, and I only notice it much later when checking logs or missed leads.I am looking for a trigger or notification (email, internal message, tag, etc.) whenever this error happens so I can take action right away or perhaps make an automation for it.Has anyone found a reliable way to detect these failed messages in real time?Or maybe a workaround, like using conditions, filters, external tools, or even custom API logic?Would love any tips, examples, or even just confirmation if it’s not possible (yet).Thanks in advance 🙏

My accounts are separated. When I try to copy one to the other, the system shows me a success message, but the automations and contacts aren't automatically merged. Each account is linked to a social media. I want one account to be the owner of all social medias.
