Hola comunidad. Tengo una clienta que tiene una agencia de closer con varios clientes donde les da servicio de cierres comerciales. Me gustaría instalarme mediante manychat la manera de gestionar esas conversaciones. Estoy pensando que cada uno de los clientes finales debería tener una cuenta de manychat, y tambien varias lineas móviles a su nombre y dadas de alta en manychat/meta (doy por sentado que es posible tener varios whatsapp dentro de la misma cuenta de manychat).De esta manera mi clienta (directora de las closer) podrá tener acceso a todas las conversaciones en cada cuenta de los clientes de cada una de las closer y cada closer podrá gestionar sus conversaciones por whatsapp desde el chat en vivo de la cuenta de manychat de cada cliente final. Estoy encontrado dificultades con esto para las conversaciones de voz, que siendo de España, aun no hay coexistencia y por tanto los closer no pueden usar ese mismo número asignado para realizar llamadas.

Hi everyone,I’m setting up an Instagram FAQ with AI, and I need it to respond in two languages: Czech and English.I’m currently saving the user’s language preference in a custom field called user_language, which I determine through a language selection flow via the Instagram Menu and Default Reply.Right after the trigger, I’ve added a Condition that splits the flow into a CZ or EN version based on the user_language field.However, my question is:How does the FAQ with AI know which language to respond in?Should I add an AI Step at the beginning to detect the user’s language, before entering the FAQ flow?  I’d really appreciate any tips or best practices on how to

Hello All, I’m creating a new automation where data is being passed from ManyChat to n8n. Unfortunately, everything works fine in “test” mode but, when tested from the actual trigger Whatsapp, the call is not going through to n8n. Checked credentials, API key from Manychat and whole nine yards but, nothing seemed to work. Here are all the screenshots of Maychat and n8n automations. The worst part, one of the “text” block is not even being called. TIA !!!

Hola, tengo problemas para conectar mi página de Facebook a Manychat.Tengo el rol de administrador total y ya eliminé Manychat de mis apps conectadas en Facebook, lo volví a conectar seleccionando solo esta página, pero me sigue diciendo que no tengo permisos suficientes.También verifiqué los permisos en el Business Manager, y todo está bien.¿Podrían ayudarme a revisar qué más podría estar causando este error?

I am having a hard time activating my automation for posts and reels. It won’t let me turn the toggle on. I’ve tried everything. It’s the ‘academy’ automation. No matter what I do it only works for stories and not posts. What can I do?

Hey there! I am trying to use the DM automation option on the Free plan. No Pro options are in use but I am unable to “Go Live” as it keeps forwarding me to the Free trial pro option which ultimately charges you in 14 days. How do I opt out and go live in the free version? Thanks!! 

Hola a todos y todas!Vengo con este problema, estaba usando Chrome sin problema, me cambié a Safari y al tratar de escribir con tildes en el chat me escribe de mala manera.  Me explico… si quiero escribir “árbol” (con la tilde en la “a”), me escribe así: “´arbol” (con la tilde antes de la letra).Le pasa a alguien más?Solo pasa en Safari.Gracias.

I am trying to upload bulk emails in the manychat, but it is keep showing me the error. However, I tried to add custom field that is not working. Please guide. 

Bueno eso NO veo que nadie lo comparta. Y no lo veo en el foro. Hay alguna prohibicion? porque voy a resolverlo y lo voy a compartir con toda la comunidad. Salvo que haya algun proteccionismo de manychat para darle mas utlidad a su iA.

Hey everyone, I collect email lead from insta dm to send it to a google sheet. but in instagram when users reply with a dm containing a return to lign, the external request doesnt work and show me this message (screen below). apparently the caracter /n corresponding to return to lign is not supported or understand.my automation is working perfectly fine for others types of responses. 

I’m wondering if anyone has figured out how to manually respond to a comment with a flow. Similar to how you can respond to a direct message in “Live Chat” with a flow, except it would be a comment, not a direct message. Thanks! 

Please help me find the best way to deliver message by using Manychat AI on Facebook ads.I run Facebook ads to pull users send messages in messenger. Overall, I have 2 flows activated. First, one flow with trigger“when user click on ad ad”, I feel it is  very annoying because Manychat does not allow to have next step after the first message for click ads trigger.Second, I have another flow with AI Step. This will happen if user do not choose any “available quick reply”but they send direct message. Trigger is “User send a message”.Thing is when users send a first message, AI Step automatically says something like: “Hello, I am an AI ChatBot, how can I assist you today?”. Mo

Does anyone know whether the WhatsApp chat history would stay in ManyChat if I decided to remove the WhatsApp number from ManyChat?

When we setup trigger for all posts we are unable to activate it. But when we select specific post the trigger is properly working. We are on Pro Plan.   

Facebook new Meta updated , then Facebook's pre-scheduled posts aren’t showing on ManyChat Automation have someone can find a solution? Thank you

Manuchat isn't showing the scheduled posts for me to use in Facebook automation. I can’t scheduled it on ManyChat, just can automation when the scheduled post was posted on Facebook. It’s so annoying. Where is the problem? How can I fix it? 

Hello, I have set up an automation in tiktok where they are to send private message me a keyword to trigger an automation.  I have received over 300 messages and they are all going to my “Message Request” folder all sending me the keyword and nothing is being triggered.   Is there a cap on this?   This was working fine as of yesterday and then all of sudden no automation being triggered.  

 Can anyone here help me to find out why my Flows in Manychat suddenly disappear? While my old campaigns are still working, but cannot setup new campaings with the Manychat flows. It happened when I was setting up new campaings. As usual, I moved to “Partner App” to select my flow for Facebook ads. When I clicked on it, there was nothing appearing, I have tried to refresh many times but I did not work. 

I’ve been using ManyChat for about a week. Yesterday I built a new flow, and now I can’t choose ManyChat as the destination in Ads Manager. Has anyone else run into this? If so, how did you reconnect ManyChat to your ad account and get the integration working again?

Contact our Support team","state":true} So this is the message I get when I try to log into my many chat account and link my Facebook/instagram! It was working a couple of weeks ago and so I have no idea what's going on.I’ve emailed support/ticket created and they keep telling me my data was deleted! I didn’t delete or request for it to be deleted. Also, I’ve don't some research on here and it says accounts can’t be reactivated past 90 days…. my account was much less than 90 days old! I’m going around in circles here as now they tell me I have to create a whole new Facebook profile, but my instagram business page and Facebook business page are all linked to my personal Facebook! #frustrated

I created the following automation but the messages are not being sent on WhatsApp.There is a balance in the wallet, but I saw that the contacts that arrive in the spreadsheet are not being created in Manychat…What could have happened?Kiwify sends a webhook to a Sheets spreadsheet with data from abandoned cart leads, Manychat captures the information and sends the message.  

My automations used to run smoothly, but last week I've experiencing issues when users try to open links in buttons It simply does not work, nothing happens when clicking. Many real users reported that for me. Also when I test it, does not work for me either Any help?
