A aproximadamente 2 dias minhas automações de instagram não iniciam ao usar o gatilho (feed ou dm), sejam elas automações novas ou até mesmo antigas.Já atualizei as permissões do insta mas o problema continua acontecendo

Olá, estou enfrentando um problema com o manychat, estou criando o modelo de mensagem pago, ele está sendo aprovado, porém durante o disparo em massa das mensagens, elas não estão sendo todas disparadas e nem todas estão sendo entregues também, alguem pode me ajudar, nao sei mais o que fazer?   

I'm not able to connect my Instagram to many Chat and it's sending a request to page for ownership but it's the same exact page I just changed my name, so I don't understand why it's not connecting.

I recently changed my Instagram name but still have the same Instagram account.  So my facebook is now under new name, Instagram and stan.store link.  I don’t want to lose my contacts so I really don’t want to remove my Instagram.  How do I change it so it will link to my new name.  Example:  I was lifechangeaffiliate and changed to the_kriskonnection.  

I have recently hanged my instagram username, and no matter how many times I update permissions in manychat, or how many times I try to disconnect and reconnect manychat in my fb back end, I cannot get things working again. Can anyone help? 

Anyone else have this happen? My client got banned for a week because of the code sending issue. This is really bad, especially during XMAS!!! Anyone else have this happen?

Hi everyone!  I’ve got a problem with my automation in Manychat, I hope you could help me.When users send multiple sequential messages, the assistant only processes the first one or restarts the conversation, sending duplicate messages. Anyone knows how can I fix this error? Thank you.

Do you or do you not need a credit card for the free plan? The pricing page shows no credit card needed but the directions show that you do need one - and when I try to activate the free trial since it shows us as using 0/1000 contacts, it won’t let me without a credit card. We have one account with a paid plan and automations are fine there, but the other account with the free plan will not work account.I deleted all automations on the free plan - I had tried to set several up but was unable to make them live so they haven’t been used.Super frustrating that it’s so hard to ask manychat. 

How can I activate an automation in a free plan? My trigger doesn't utilize any advanced features; it's straightforward (comment “XXX” to receive the XXX link in a direct message). I was under the impression that the free plan supports up to 1000 users, but only a few people have interacted with my message on Instagram so far.I appreciate any assistance you can offer!

Olá mais uma vez,  Estava aqui pensando, Existe uma forma de notificar um usuário de um horário que ele marcou dentro do fluxo da conversa?Por exemplo, vamos supor que um usuário marcou uma consutlta pra aquele mesmo dia. E demos opções a ele de horarios como “15h”. Como a janela de 24h do Instagram ainda está ativa, como faço dentro dos blocos para enviar uma nofiticação a esse usuário de que falta por exemplo “meia hora para sua consulta”. Teria que salvar o horario em um campo personalizado? Preciso de um passo a passo. Agradeço pela ajuda!

As simple as that, I have a small test scenario and all the connections working (tested with other actions).I’m trying to send a massage from make.com and I’ve tried all types of messages, non is showing up in the whatsapp chat.Is this issue connected to the credit line that haven’t been shared by ManyChat with me?

I keep seeing this little bot and a duplication of the message I just sent via manychat. When I check Messenger there is no duplication. what is it and how do I get rid of it?  

Hi guys,I am a beginner in Manychat and I have a question.Let’s say I want people to get my checklist when they comment CHECKLIST.I want people comment “CHECKLIST” ONLY. I dont want people to get my checklist when they use “checklist” in a sentence. For example, they write a comment “I like checklist” - I don’t want these people to get it. Is this possible? Any way to set up something like this?

My contact list still going up, and mu company want to know how it works after 40000 contacts? Am i get a plus services or something else? and is there any discount services if my company spend that much for manychat?

Olá a todos,  Estou desenvolvendo uma automação para um empresarial que possui muitas lojas. Queriamos um modo de perguntar ao usuario para qual loja ele quer ir e com isso dar algumas informações. Para isso, estou salvando as repostas num bloco de atributos do usuario e depois o manychat pesquisa esse atributo numa planilha google sheets. Porém, minha preocupação é que os usuarios respondam com uma frase e não somente com o nome da loja, por exemplo, inves de falarem “Adidas” falem “Quero ir para Adidas”.Existe algum recurso que posso colocar para filtrar parte da resposta e inserir depois em um atributo como “loja_destino”? Mas de modo que somente insira o nome das lojas e não a frase inteira.  Obrigado!

Hello community,  i’m having trouble running multiple automations at the same time and need some help on how to do it or structure it. We have a chatbot on manychats which feeds our crm, so we have multiple triggers such as detect city of interest and detect product of interest e.g. if user sends a whatsapp message that contains “X”, a flow of product “X” starts and it stores “X” in a custom field called product of interest. At the same time, if message contains “City Y” in the message, it stores “City Y” in a custom field called “City of interest”. But seems that if message says I’m interested in X in City Y, it runs only 1 automation (not sure how it chooses which to prioritize) Help would be much appreciated. Thank you 

Why is this a new thing? This is anti-marketing 101. Less clicks = better results. Just get the link to their inbox, don’t make it a puzzle.Unless I’m missing something and this is a result of some legal issue with just sending something to someone’s inbox. But then ManyChat should specify that.  

Feature Request:Please build into Manychat some default behavior for handling Critical SMS Errors.Expected Behaviors: When Manychat receives a response from the Twilio API that contains an error message (Example: Error 30003); notify the Admin of the Manychat account. Admin should be able to indicate how Manychat should handle those errors. Options should include: Ignore Error 30003  Update Contacts  Start Flow  Admin should no longer be notified about Error 30003, but will get notifications about other errors. Background & Issue: For the last 24 months, I’ve been sending SMS messages on a monthly basis. I’ve recently notice that each month, my percentage of the SMS messages that are UNDELIVERED is going up. I am being triple charged for these messages; for each failed SMS I’m paying Manychat, Twilio, and the phone carrier.

Eu gostaria de entender a lógica de ter um whatsapp business já conectado a minha conta do Facebook Business e ao tentar conectar aqui no Manychat é recusada, porque?(Questão 1: Esse número será conectado a conta Manychat e só poderá ser usado com estratégias aqui, é isso?)Se o Facebook Business me concede a opção de fazer a conecção com a minha conta porque essa conta do whatsapp não é válida?Engraçado que ninguém faz um tutorial explicando o porque dessa situação?

Sempre que chego na etapa de interação com IA no fluxo, não consigo fazer com que ele dê continuidade aos próximos passos, é como se o usuário ficasse preso dentro do chat IA. Como faz para programar a interação IA para finalizar após determinada interação e prosseguir com o fluxo? Por exemplo, quando o usuário, dentro da interação com IA disser que quer falar com humano, seguir para o passo X e faça a ação de atribuir conversa à alguem. Ou por exemplo: Quando o usuário disser, dentro da interação com IA que está interessado em um produto X, encerre a interação e prossiga para um passo específico do fluxo. Desde já agradeço quem puder me ajudar.

Ola boa tarde, eu gostaria de obter ajuda no meu fluxo .Obs: Eu criei um floxo na IA Nativa do manychat e gostaria de ajuda na configuracao do mesmo, eu gostaria que quando um cliente dizer que ja pagou ou enviou o comprovante esse fluxo entrasse em modo de suspensao e deixar que um atendente humano finalizasse o atendimento, desde ja agradeço.

Hola, espero que todos esten muy bien. estoy intentando configurar un flujo en ManyChat para enviar un mensaje de remarketing después de que un cliente recibe el catálogo y deja de interactuar. Tengo un IA STEP, una pausa inteligente y una condición configurada para esto, pero el mensaje no se envía. ¿Alguien podría orientarme sobre qué podría estar fallando?
