I am having a problem about manychat automation is sending double messages to customer.So basically  if a lead sent us a keyword I can see in the manychat live chat, the lead’s message seems like he sent the message for two times which is actually only one time when check instagram, that’s why the chatbot triggers two times.Has anybody had this issue?

Update Oct 11: This issue has been resolved Hi Manychat family!  We’ve identified an issue on Meta’s side that’s preventing Quick Replies from showing up in Direct Messages (DM) sent as comment replies on both iOS and Android devices. The good news is that Quick Replies in regular messages are working just fine. Meta’s team is actively investigating, and we’re keeping a close eye on the situation. We’ll update you as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience!

Hey, i’m going mad… Hope anyone can help. My automations start giving multiple responses to the Leads.Event the ones I created a year ago now not only send the message once, but 2-3 sometimes 4 times. It’s ridiculous and I dont know what to do. This caused to drop the engagement by miles and right now I think about stop using Manychat altogether!Anyone experiencing the same problems`? I could not find anything in the Q&A or Troubleshooting …Maybe someone from the Manychat Team can see into this :(

Hi guys so this is a long shot and a pretty specific issue that is most likely only going to be resolved with the help of someone from the Make team, now I have set up a scenario (on make) where I want to send a text message to a user during an AI assistant-generated call, a program called Vapi sends the data through my Webhook URL during the call and I use make to use that information to create a new subscriber ID after the user has given consent. On make it says that the phone number field isn’t filled out (in the screenshot). Now I know it is a chance in a million that anyone has ran into and resolved this exact issue but does Anyone have any advice or has had issues with creating subscriber ID’s before and may know what to do from here? Thankyou.  (btw its 100% not a data formatting issue, hence the text parser and GPT steps to make sure)

I have a comment automation set up to send a direct message on Instagram when someone comments me on a post. However, it’s triggering even when me is part of a word (such as saME). Is there a way to fix this or I just need to remove the keyword from the automation?

In ManyChat, is there a way to present users with a list of several options to choose from (similar to how Chatfuel does here: https://docs.chatfuel.com/en/articles/7916889-whatsapp-list-message)? The normal WhatsApp button questions are limited to 3 (and our use case requires us to present the user with 6 to 8 options to choose from). 

Hello,I am trying to make a Quiz on Facebook-Messsenger via AD.Last year I was using Json.This year it does not work anymore.The AD-Trigger works, but somehow the chat flow does not work anymore.Also I cannot test the AD in the Mobile feed.Can someone help? Or has a idea what I can do?

Olá, pessoal, novo por aqui, mas já venho com uma pergunta boa! kkPra dar contexto eu tenho uma empresa de tecnologia e trabalhamos com integração entre sistemas e também com o whatsapp (sistema cliente x whatsapp). Recentemente tive a ideia de um recurso que precisa do arquivo anexo que o cliente anexa no fluxo de chatbot, até consigo ver ele no chat ao vivo, mas eu preciso que fique salvo em uma variável (campos do sistema ou campos personalizados) para eu poder enviar ao meu sistema via webhook . Alguém sabe como fazer?Obrigado

Hola comunidad, espero estén teniendo un lindo día, hace una semana que estoy creando mi chatbot y hasta ahora me di cuenta de que tengo varias listas con menú ya que hay mas de 3 opciones, y necesito verificar que el usuario accedió a una de estas opciones, porque por ejemplo si escribe, no se le muestra nada no se valida, ya lo intente todo, desde la acción de asignar un valor a cada una de las opciones (que se guarda en una variable de campo de usuario) y verificar la variable si contiene algo, pero no, aun así no me deja, si el usuario escribe hasta allí llega la conversación, ¿alguna idea de como podría hacer estas validaciones?, necesito que si el usuario escribe en vez de elegir una opción del menú, le diga que es invalido y debe elegir una opción del menú

I’m trying to integrate Manychat to Make but nothing works. I got the API Key in MC, connected it in Make and it shows everything ok in it. But when i look in MC, nothing happens. There’s no Make option in trigger, actions, anywhere. I tried to refresh API key, tried everything but nothing works.   I was facing this problem in my account that i paid for PRO, so i created a new account and had the same problem.Need help urgent in it.  

Good day, I ran an automation on my newest Instagram post. The comments showed a comment count of 11 however, when I click, I can only see five I thave subsequently removed the post because I don’t want it to look faulty please help ASAP

Pessoal, alguém pode me dizer se o webhook nativo com a hotmart funciona? Estou a dias tentando e apesar de conectar credenciais e webhook corretamente e o evento ser enviado para o Manychat, ele não dispara as mensagens de forma alguma.  Caso tenha que fazer com o Make ou Zapier, como vocês fazem? visto que para disparar o contato precisa estar na base do Many, então eu teria que colocar algo para primeiro capturar e colocar esse contato em uma tag para depois disparar. Eu tinha meu whatsapp businesS, deletei ele para conectar ao manychat, entrei e percebi que nao ia conseguir usa-lo para alem das integrações. Cliquei para desintegrar e agora queria ter o whatsapp business, mas nao consigo. Imagino que deve ser por essa integração. Mas detalhe, eu ja desintegrei… o que faço agora? Esse número era para trabalho. E nao consigo suporte do manychat

I have added a subscription list request from the the Messenger list to one of my flows. All of a sudden, the ‘Get updates’is not showing when sending messages. I have tried creating new subscription requests and I have checked that I am sending these to new people who have never been sent one before but the ‘Get Updates’ button is still not showing

I can see it is in my contacts section under widgets but I’m trying to rewrite my sequence and need to know how to access the original link and flow. Can anyone help?

Tente novamente em 1 hora. Sendo que, o problema não está no WhatsApp - aplicativo - pois já fiz todas as recomendações.Alguém sabe o que preciso fazer?
